Miley Cyrus may have been rushed to the hospital because of a bad reaction to antibiotics, but we're told the reason she was on the meds was because she wore herself down by hard partying and an emotional meltdown over the death of her dog.

Sources connected to Miley tell TMZ ... she has been "an emotional mess" since her dog Floyd died earlier this month. We're told she had crying fits and has been unable to sleep.

Our sources say Miley's escape has been partying ... as one person said, "She's been off the rails since this happened." We're told she's been drinking a lot and drugs are also involved.

We're told Miley was on meds because she got sick from being extremely worn down.

We reached out to Miley's rep ... so far no word back.

Miley Cyrus is canceling yet another concert following her hospitalization Tuesday after a severe allergic reaction to medicine.

Miley took to Twitter early Wednesday morning to announce the cancellation herself, saying, "the hospital is sayin i wont b released today therefore Im not going 2 make it 2 St Louis. Im so sorry but somethings are outta my control."

As TMZ first reported, part of the reason for Miley's hospitalization was the fact she has been "off the rails" since the death of her beloved dog Floyd earlier this month.

Miley Cyrus is in the hospital ... after a sudden and apparently severe allergic reaction to medicine.

Miley was in Kansas City for a concert Tuesday night on her Bangerz tour. It appears Miley was at the arena -- the Sprint Center -- when she fell ill. We're told she had a bad reaction to antibiotics.

Doctors ordered her on bed rest immediately.

Here's what's interesting ... A TMZ employee happens to be in Kansas City and just texted us an hour ago telling us Miley was out shopping with her mom ... so it seems whatever reaction she had was sudden.

The concert has been cancelled. She also cancelled her concert last Monday in Charlotte due to the flu.

4:25 PM PT -- Artie's expected to get out of the hospital tomorrow, according to his rep. We're told he's feeling much better, but he'll be heading home for some rest.

As for this weekend's L.A. stand up gig -- we're told it's going to be rescheduled.

Artie Lange has been admitted to a hospital in Michigan ... suffering from diabetic shock ... according to the comedian.

Lange tweeted photos just a short while ago showing himself in a hospital gown and lying in a bed ... and not looking happy about the situation.

Artie tweeted, "In the hospital outside of Detroit after going into diabetic shock. Trying to get better. Sorry for missing gigs."

Artie's radio and simulcast TV show is in repeats this week because he's on the road doing stand up again.

It's unclear at this point if he'll be able to make his next scheduled date -- April 19 in L.A.

Mexican music icon Juan Gabriel was rushed to a Vegas ICU Monday morning -- where he was diagnosed with a bad case of pneumonia.

According to his rep, the 64-year-old had woken up with an intense fever and congestion.

Gabriel -- one of the best-selling Latin recording artists of all time -- had performed a 3-hour set just the night before at Mandalay Bay resort. According to his rep, the pneumonia has forced the singer to postpone 3 shows in California this week.

"Are You the One?" star Chris Tolleson was the one ... who along with a few friends, rescued a guy from a burning car just minutes before it burst into flames.

Tolleson tells TMZ he was in a car with a group of friends in Virginia Beach a few weeks back when they drove up to an accident scene and discovered a car that had just crashed into a tree ... and was ON FIRE.

Tolleson says he and his friends ran out of their car and found a guy unconscious in the passenger seat (there was no driver to be found) but the door was blocked by a tree. He says he and his friends pulled the tree back enough so they could open the door and dragged the guy out of the car.

After Tolleson says they dragged him 50 feet or so, he says they could hear the car starting to crackle, so they dragged him another 50 feet. Tolleson says the car blew up just a few minutes later.

Tolleson says his other two friends suffered first degree burns from the fire, while he got cut up from helping to remove the tree.

The victim suffered serious injuries. No word on his progress.

B.B. King is totally embarrassed by his subpar performance in St. Louis recently -- but his rep tells TMZ, he has a good excuse for sucking ... the blues legend was off his meds.

King's April 4th performance at the Peabody Opera House was meandering and stilted, he chatted with the audience more than he sang, people heckled him, and some even walked out. It was bad.

But a rep for B.B. -- who's 88 years old by the way -- tells us, "Mr. King suffers from diabetes -- and he mistakenly missed a dose of his prescribed medication on the show day."

In addition to his high blood sugar problem, King's rep says the singer was exhausted from a 1,600 mile bus trip from Vegas -- adding, "Simply put, it was a bad night for one of America's living blues legends -- and Mr. King apologizes and humbly asks for the understanding of his fans."

Now here's one of his best performances.

Former "CSI" star Jose Zuniga's white SUV is in pieces -- after his car crashed through a bus stop in Hollywood moments ago.

Zuniga -- who has also appeared in pretty much every other TV show you've ever seen -- tells us, he was rear-ended ... and the other car sent him careening through a nearby bus stop. He landed in a construction area. We're told a third car was also involved, but damage to the other cars wasn't as bad.

Thankfully, we're told no one was injured. The fire department responded to the scene shortly afterward.

Being a reality star might be too much work for Mema from "Hollywood Hillbillies" -- the 70-year-old had to be rushed to the hospital while she was in NYC to promote her Reelz TV show.

We're told Mema was leaving her hotel Thursday when she fell ill. Her grandson and manager David Weintraub found her walking out of the lobby to hail a cab that would take her to the ER.

Mema's temp was 104. She spent the night at the hospital and doctor's think the 12-hour-days media tour was just too much for her.

Hillary Clinton got the George Bush treatment in Vegas Thursday -- an unidentified woman threw a shoe at the former Secretary of State during a speech ... and TMZ has obtained crazy video of the incident.

Clinton was speaking at Mandalay Bay for the Institute of Scrap Recycling Industries when the assailant threw the shoe at her.

Watch the video to see what happens -- Clinton dodges it like a champ and then has some hilarious words for the audience.

The shoe thrower was escorted out of the hotel immediately -- and law enforcement sources tell us, she's currently in custody with the Secret Service.

You'll recall, George Bush famously dodged not one -- but TWO -- shoes thrown at him by an Iraqi journalist in 2008.

Debbie Rowe has had a change of heart and decided to marry long-time friend Marc Schaffel ... and the flip flop has to do with her health.

Rowe -- who was famously married to Michael Jackson and had 2 kids while she was married to him -- tells TMZ ... when Schaffel gave her what looked like an engagement ring 3 weeks ago, she made it clear she would NOT marry him ... largely because she feared she had terminal cancer.

Rowe says she got the word from her doctors Wednesday ... she has sarcoidosis -- an auto-immune disease which is NOT cancer and not life-threatening.

She has decided to now say yes to Schaffel's proposal, telling TMZ, "He loves me, knows my kids, loves my kids and we'll see where this goes." Rowe says they have not set a date.

Amanda Bynes' mother just came out publicly and said her daughter does NOT suffer from Schizophrenia or bipolar disorder -- she says the only problem Amanda had was weed -- but multiple sources tell TMZ ... that's just NOT true.

Amanda's mom says all her her daughter's problems emanated from marijuana, and she is now weed-free, so Amanda is off ALL medications. Lynn Bynes says, "She has no mental illness whatsoever."

We made the rounds again Wednesday ... and everyone we spoke with stands firm -- Amanda does suffer from Schizophrenia and Bipolarity. Beyond our sources, there's documented proof of mental illness.

-- Amanda was placed on an LPS Hold last year after a judge heard evidence in the psychiatric hospital where she was being held. According to California law, someone can be placed on an LPS Hold only when the person remains "gravely disabled as the result of a mental disorder or impairment by chronic alcoholism." As we reported, doctors presented evidence of grave mental illness.

-- Amanda's mom won a temporary conservatorship after a court-appointed investigator determined Amanda was severely mentally ill. The judge granted the conservatorship order not too long after Amanda soaked her dog in gasoline and almost lit it on fire.

-- Amanda's lawyers in both California and New York won delays in her criminal cases based on mental illness.

-- Sources directly connected to Amanda and her treatment tell TMZ Amanda was given a complex Rx cocktail in a Ventura County psych hospital specifically for Schizophrenia.

-- Amanda spent weeks at the UCLA psych ward and at times was so incoherent she had to be restrained. Amanda left after she became freaked out by other patients.

-- Sources tell us, during Amanda's stay at a Ventura County psych hospital, she would tell doctors about the "Bad Amanda" and mimicked an exorcism and began biting herself.

-- Tamar Arminak, the celebrity lawyer who reps Amanda's mom, tells TMZ, "Amanda is now on zero medication." Her mother believes all the talk about Schizophrenia is false and that's why she took her off the meds. The mom says she's had no psychotic episodes in the last few months.

Sources connected to Amanda tell us they are alarmed and fearful.

It's tough to be in Jennie Garth's world if you're black. First she says her African-American friends were denied at a Hollywood club, and now her black Goldendoodle gets rejected by a fancy rover.

Jennie was tooling around the San Fernando Valley with her pooch Wednesday ... when her dog Pearl tried jumping in the back of her Range Rover. It was a gnarly, failed attempt -- dog vs. rover, and rover won.

It seems Pearl was no worse for wear.

TMZ broke the story, Jenny stormed away from DBA nightclub Monday night ... the club takes issue with her veiled claim of racial discrimination. They say she played the "Do you know who I am" card and was told she had to wait in line like everyone else.

Ultimate Warrior looked like he was on the verge of a medical catastrophe all weekend -- sweaty and stressed, like he was about to "burst at the seams" ... eyewitnesses tell TMZ.

According to sources who were with Warrior this past weekend, the WWE legend looked like he was in constant pain ... sweaty and looked very uncomfortable, like he was choking on his tie. It was apparent to everyone ... something was seriously off.

Another warning sign -- when Warrior did his signature rope shake after his big speech on Monday Night Raw, he looked weak ... and people around him noticed.

One eyewitness put it this way ... "We all felt like he looked like he was going to blow a gasket. It was pretty easy to see."

It makes Warrior's speech on Monday Night Raw even more ominous ... "Every man's heart one day beats its final beat. His lungs breathe a final breath." 24 hours later he was dead.

The Ultimate Warrior "clutched his chest" moments before he collapsed at an Arizona hotel Tuesday afternoon ... this according to law enforcement sources who spoke with witnesses.

TMZ has learned ... Warrior was walking down a hallway at the Gainey Suites Hotel in Scottsdale, AZ and headed toward his car with his wife -- when he stopped, clutched his chest and went down.

We're told Warrior never recovered.

Sources connected to the situation tell us officials believe Warrior suffered a "catastrophic medical event" and so far, we're told there is no evidence to show drugs or alcohol were a factor in his death. All signs point to massive heart attack.

We're told an investigation is underway. The Maricopa County Medical Examiner tells us the autopsy is scheduled for Thursday.

The Ultimate Warrior is dead ... he died suddenly and horrifically, right in front of his wife.

We've learned Warrior collapsed without warning outside an Arizona hotel at 5:50 PM Tuesday ... while walking to his car with his wife.

He was transported to a nearby hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

Warrior -- real name James Hellwig -- was a true WWE legend ... and was one of the most iconic wrestlers of all time. He was 54-years-old.

Warrior was just inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame the night before Wrestlemania XXX this weekend ... and this week he made his first appearance on "Monday Night Raw" in years.

Triple H just tweeted, "Saddened to announce the passing of the Ultimate Warrior. Icon and friend. My sympathy to his wife Dana and his daughters."

Stephanie McMahon also tweeted, "#RIPUltimateWarrior Your strength of character is to be admired. There will never be anyone like you. Your spirit lives on in your family."

Hulk Hogan -- Warrior's greatest rival -- has also tweeted, "RIP WARRIOR. only love. HH"

Kevin Nash wrote, "So happy I embraced Warrior with a hug when we saw each other backstage Saturday night.My heart goes out to his family.Always Believe."

Warrior posed for some pics at the airport in New Orleans around 6am Tuesday morning. We're told he was in great spirits and offered to take photos with any fan who approached him.

WWE posted a message on the official website saying, "WWE is shocked and deeply saddened to learn of the passing of one of the most iconic WWE Superstars ever, The Ultimate Warrior. "

"Warrior began his WWE career in 1987 and quickly went on to become one of the biggest stars in WWE history. Warrior became WWE Champion at WrestleMania VI, defeating Hulk Hogan in an epic encounter. We are grateful that just days ago, Warrior had the opportunity to take his rightful place in the WWE Hall of Fame and was also able to appear at WrestleMania 30 and Monday Night Raw to address his legions of fans."

"WWE sends its sincere condolences to Warrior’s family, friends and fans. Warrior was 54 and is survived by his wife Dana and his two daughters."
