"Duck Dynasty" star Jep Robertson was rushed to the hospital this week ... after he suffered a seizure during a deer hunting trip ... TMZ has learned.

Jep -- the youngest of Phil Robertson's children -- was in the stand with friends when it happened ... Willie immediately rushed to his brother's side. J.R. was taken to a local hospital

A rep for Jep says he's doing better ... but will stay hospitalized for more tests. He's being treated with antibiotics to cover possible infections doctors think may have triggered the seizure.

Jack Bruce -- who sang some of Cream's biggest hit songs -- has died at the age of 71.

The singer/bass player's family revealed the news on his website Saturday morning ... and his rep tells us he died from liver disease. We're told he had been sick since January.

Bruce sang lead vocals on classic Cream songs like "Sunshine of Your Love" and "White Room."

The group also included Eric Clapton and Ginger Baker ... and they were all inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 1993.

Bruce was considered one of the best bass players of all time.

Tori Spelling is having a nervous breakdown ... according to multiple people who are intimately involved in her life.

Our sources tell TMZ ... it all came to a head when Tori checked herself into Cedars-Sinai Medical Center over the weekend. We're told her "Ebola scare" was all a ruse ... "a lie" to cover up what we're told is her crumbling personal life.

Our sources are consistent about the problems that have caused Tori to lose it:

-- Her marriage is dangerously on the rocks. We're told Tori had a nuclear argument with husband Dean McDermott recently over a nanny he wanted to hire who she felt put the kids at risk. But the bigger problem -- we're told she's telling people he's skipping AA meetings and fears he's close to drinking again. Tori's biggest fear ... alcohol is what Dean says caused him to cheat.

-- Tori and Dean are financially strapped, if not flat broke. Candy is not helping her out financially, and they've blown through her $800K inheritance from Aaron Spelling. She's freaking out that she's turning 42 and believes her scripted career is over, and her reality career is shaky.

-- Tori is faking illness to the point she is actually making herself sick. The Ebola craziness was never real ... but Tori created such drama around it, staying up days at a time and not eating ... she made herself sick and her health is compromised.

One very close friend is trying to stage an intervention, telling TMZ, "I am hoping that shedding some light on it for all of her fans to read may actually lead her to seek some change in her life ... kind of like David Hasselhoff watching the drunk video of himself eating a hamburger."

"Blood, Sweat & Heels" star Melyssa Ford showed off the nasty head wound she got when a cast member smashed her with a bottle, and based on this video -- this was no fake reality TV fight.

Ford was being wheeled into Lenox Hill Hospital in NYC on Thursday ... where she's still getting treatment for head and foot wounds after Geneva Thomas allegedly attacked her while taping this week.

As we reported ... Geneva was arrested and booked for felony assault.

Ex-NBA player Jeremy Tyler -- who was just released by the Lakers -- claims his baby mama went berserk and punched their 10-month-old child last week ... and now he's obtained a restraining order against her.

TMZ Sports has learned ... the 23-year-old -- who's expected to sign a deal to play in China -- filed court docs in L.A. asking for protection from Sukey Rowan ... a British national who Tyler's been with for years.

In the docs, Tyler says Rowan got violent during an altercation at his mother's house on October 18th -- when she showed up to the home before she was expected to be there and demanded to see their child.

"I brought [the child] outside and she swung at me and tried to hit me while I was holding our son," Tyler says ... "At one point she missed me and hit our son."

Tyler continues, "My sister tried to get between us, and she kicked my sister, who is nine months pregnant, in the stomach."

Tyler says he's not only concerned for his safety -- but worries that Rowan will take the child to the U.K. and that "I will never see him again."

Despite the allegations, Tyler says "I still love Sukey, but I cannot let my son and I live in danger because of her mental issues and violent temper."

A judge granted a temporary restraining order against Rowan -- which also bars her from leaving the country with their kid.

Rapper iLoveMakonnen went DOWN on Tuesday night -- instead of "goin' up" like he says in his hit song -- when he was attacked on stage by a fan.

iLoveMakonnen was performing his hit 'Tuesday' at SOB's in NYC ... when a large man in a grey hoodie walked up to the front of the stage (:08 in the video), and then grabbed the rapper and started throwing haymakers.

Watch the clip ... after getting in several hard shots, the attacker actually managed to slip away -- but sources inside the club tell TMZ the owners know exactly who the guy is ... and describe him as a "jealous fan." We're told he's been banned for life.

Cops never got involved -- no one called 'em -- and iLoveMakonnen wasn't seriously hurt.

Melissa Rivers will sue the medical center where Joan died and the doctors as well because it's the only way she can find out what really happened to her mom.

Sources connected to the Rivers family tell TMZ ... after the New York Dept. of Health and Human Services came out with its findings that Yorkville Endoscopy LLC was "deficient" in surgical services and medical staff ... Melissa tried to find out the root of the problems and if they caused her mom's death, but she was shut down.

We're told Melissa got advice from her lawyers ... the only way to know precisely what happened is to file a lawsuit, which entitles her to force doctors and facility staff to sit for sworn depositions and answer questions about what happened the day Joan stopped breathing.

Melissa, we're told, is frustrated because it's apparent the facility and the Dept. of Health know exactly what happened, so her only recourse is court.

Elizabeth Pena -- who became famous playing Ritchie Valens' brother's baby mama in "La Bamba" -- died from complications from alcohol abuse.

According to the death certificate -- obtained by TMZ -- Pena suffered from cirrhosis of the liver "due to alcohol." She had the disease for months, but it became acute shortly before her death.

The death certificate says the 55-year-old had acute gastrointestinal bleeding hours before her death, which caused her heart to stop.

Pena died October 14th at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in L.A.

Tori Spelling had several of the symptoms, and got treated like an Ebola patient this weekend when she was hospitalized with a bunch of illnesses ... TMZ has learned.

Sources tell us Tori was running a fever, coughing uncontrollably, and having trouble breathing ... when she was taken to Cedars Sinai Hospital. We're told Tori was quarantined from other patients, and medical staff took precautions while treating her.

While it sounds scary ... we're told it's NOT Ebola -- but instead Tori was admitted for a severe case of bronchitis with a sinus infection. Doctors are running blood tests, and a lung specialist is going to check out her bronchitis.

We're told Tori had to cancel a scheduled press tour for the 2nd season of her reality show.

Rob Lowe became the handsomest piece of shark bait in the water this weekend -- when he gashed his leg open during a surf session gone bad ... and the blood came pouring out.

As you can see in the pic, Lowe ripped open his right knee -- but before he got stitched up, the guy posed for a Instagram pic ... with the blood still streaming down his leg.

In fact, 50-year-old Lowe was so impressed with his wound, he tweeted ... "The amount of blood that can unwantedly come out of one's body is amazing."

The website is selling them for $19.99 and says they offer a "soft, fluid protection barrier while the cellulose inner facing assures comfort and breathability." All of that might be true, but it ignores the fact Ebola isn't an airborne virus -- so, the mask is pretty much useless ... for now.

We may never know exactly what killed Joan Rivers ... because a decision was made NOT to do an autopsy ... TMZ has learned.

Sources connected to the NYC Medical Examiner tell us ... Melissa Rivers was despondent when Joan died and told doctors she did not want an autopsy performed. According to New York law, doctors will honor such a request if there's no evidence of criminality associated with the death.

The Medical Examiner has concluded the cause of death was deprivation of oxygen which caused irreversible brain damage. We're told they determined the "predictable" complication involved the procedure itself and not Propofol.

Here's the problem ... we're told without an autopsy it's impossible to pinpoint the nature of the problem. As one source said, an autopsy might reveal a puncture in the throat or other trauma.

The only way Joan's family might get a definitive answer is if a doctor or nurse owns up to a possible mistake ... and even then it's just someone's word.

So the precise cause of Joan's death may forever stay a mystery.

Country singer Dustin Lynch got a beer can chucked AT HIS FACE during a concert Friday night ... oh, and did we mention this went down at something called the Mullet Festival?

Lynch was playing the headlining gig at the Boggy Bayou Mullet Festival in Niceville ... when some not so nice person threw a can at his noggin and made contact.

Lynch tries to locate the thrower to no avail ... and shortly after the concert tweeted he had to go to the hospital to get stitches.

Former "American Idol" contestant Joanne Borgella died Saturday at the age of 32 ... after fighting for the past year against what she described as a "rare case" of cancer.

Borgella's family broke the news on her Facebook page Saturday ... saying the singer passed away around 5:45 A.M. -- adding, "Her faith, courage and strength were unshaken throughout every obstacle she encountered."

Joanne was the first winner of "Mo'Nique's Fat Chance" using the name "Miss F.A.T." in 2005. In 2008, she was on Season 7 of "A.I." and made it into the top 12 girls category.

Last year, Joanne said her cancer was rare because it had spread to her chest -- the family's post on Facebook described it as endometrial cancer ... a form of cancer that attacks the lining of the womb.

Borgella last updated her social media pages about her battle in September ... and said she was going back to radiation for 2 more procedures.

T.I. is either the ultimate entertainer, or dangerously naive -- he's touched down in Africa for a concert he says must go on ... Ebola or no Ebola.

Sources close to the situation tell TMZ ... T.I. landed in Tanzania on Friday to headline the Serengeti Fiesta this weekend -- and his management team insists there is no risk of an outbreak, since the country has yet to have had a single Ebola case.

It's true ... Tanzania's on the far east coast of Africa, while the hardest hit countries are in West Africa. It's kinda like canceling a trip to Maine because Ebola's in Dallas.

One not-so-fun fact for T.I. -- just last month an Oxford University study said Tanzania is one of the top 15 countries in Africa at risk for animal-to-human transmission of Ebola.
