Party All The Time

With a court date in New York fast approaching, Lindsay Lohan let off a little steam last night/this morning by partying in London with a few friends until 5:00 AM.

LiLo has been ordered to appear in a NYC court on Monday ... a result of her run-in with a psychic in a New York club back in November.

Lohan will be there to answer a desk appearance ticket, so a number of things could happen -- a future court date could be set, she could enter a plea ... those are just a few of the options.

If she doesn't show, a warrant will be issued for her arrest.

2013 is already bringing huge changes for Lindsay Lohan.

Just two days after looking really rough in London (below) for New Year's Eve, the 26-year-old actress stepped out looking like a totally different person.

Unlike her NYE meltdown, Lindsay showed up at London's fancy Nozomi restaurant last night, glowing in a black fur jacket and a brand new face.

Kim, Kanye and the fetus were all smiles (well, maybe not the fetus ... it probably looked kinda smushy) ... and who wouldn't be. Kim raked in 6 figures for the appearance at the club inside the Mirage.

John Legend, his fiance Chrissy Teigen and Lance Bass joined the party.

Kim is approximately 3 months pregnant. Even with morning sickness, it would be hard to pass up this kind of payday.

Kim Kardashian isn't letting a little pregnancy slow down her New Year's Eve plans ... 'cause she will be partying -- as scheduled -- in Las Vegas tonight, TMZ has learned.

Kim has been set to ring in the new year at 1 Oak on the Vegas strip -- for some time now -- and we're told nothing's changed since Kanye West, unexpectedly, revealed their baby news.

The reason? $$$$

Sources tell us Kim will pull in six-figures for the appearance -- plus, boozing is a non-issue for KK ... who, we're told, has never been a big drinker anyway.

Also, our Kardashian sources say Kanye will be by Kim's side during the ritzy event -- it costs $125 just to stand in VIP -- and at least another $3,000 to get a table.

Danny Trejo must throw one helluva party -- 'cause he dropped $550K on a new pad in the San Fernando Valley ... and no joke, the place is set up for the ultimate blowout. Ok, maybe a little joke.

The "Machete" star's new 3,150 sq. ft. house features all the classics -- 4 bedrooms, 5 baths and a big backyard -- but that's really just where the fun begins.

Billiard room? Check. Pool and jacuzzi? Of course. Family room with its own wet bar? Yup, it's got one of those too.

According to our sources, LiLo is hell-bent on starting the year off right -- and making a good impression on the judge hearing her case -- which means no parties, no clubs and definitely no drinking on the last night of 2012.

It's a far cry from her past NYE extravaganzas ... where LiLo got her party on at shin-digs all over the world, including St. Barts and Italy.

But this year, we're told LiLo's plans include a small, quiet dinner in London -- where's she's visiting -- and then it's straight back to the hotel before the ball drops to chill with family and friends.

Ryan Seacrest tells TMZ ... the countdown to 2013 will be a special one, because he'll be honoring his late friend and mentor ... the great Dick Clark.

Seacrest was leaving a birthday lunch at Cecconi's in West Hollywood when we asked him how he felt about this year's NYE show .... the first one since Dick passed away back in April.

"I miss him," Seacrest told us ... adding, "I'm excited about New Year's though to celebrate him ... it'll be a fun night."

Clark hand-selected Seacrest to take over the main hosting gig on New Year's Rockin' Eve after he suffered a stroke back in 2004.

Lindsay Lohan celebrated the birthdays of two of her siblings last night in NYC, but the cup with the salted rim in front of her makes you wonder ... how much celebrating did she do?

According to our sources, Lindsay dined out with mother Dina, siblings Cody, Ali and Michael Jr., and even Lindsay's grandmother. It was a double celebration -- Ali turned 19 yesterday and Michael Jr. turned 25 the day before.

TMZ obtained a photo from the dinner ... and our eyes were immediately drawn to the drink in front of Lindsay ... the one with the salted rim.

But sources close to Lindsay tell TMZ the drink was a VIRGIN strawberry margarita and it wasn't Lindsay's ... it was her grandmother's.

Just because Drake was present during a bloody nightclub brawl in NYC ... does NOT mean he should be blamed for the backlash of bad press directed at the club next door ... this according to new legal docs.

As TMZ previously reported ... Drake was sued by Entertainment Enterprises for $16 million. EE claimed its rep took a HUGE dive after that crazy fight (which also involved Chris Brown) at W.i.P nightclub back in June.

FYI -- EE does NOT own W.i.P, but has a HUGE financial stake in another nightclub (called Greenhouse) located in the same building ... and says it lost millions due to the bad press.

Now Drake is firing back ... arguing he CAN'T be held responsible for how the media portrayed either club in the news -- and claims Greenhouse's rep was in the toilet looooooong before he set foot through the door.

Specifically, the rapper says the NY Times has described the club as having "a history of violence and other problems."

Not only that, he says the club was almost shut down back in 2011 by the NYPD ... and had its liquor license previously suspended due to "a string of violent incidents."

LeAnn Rimes tells TMZ ... she was NOT drunk when she performed on "X Factor" Wednesday night, contrary to LOTS of speculation.

LeAnn says she was in no way impaired, and any awkwardness was because "I was trying to help this 13-year-old girl who was having some trouble with the song."

LeAnn believes Carly Rose Sonenclar was very nervous and had difficulty with some of the notes and she was doing her best to help her get through it.

LeAnn's lawyer, Larry Stein, who spoke with LeAnn a few minutes ago, tells TMZ "LeAnn was not performing the way she would normally perform, because she was on stage with a young girl."

LeAnn says she does not understand why people believe she was drunk. Stein has a theory: "There have been a lot of untrue things said by others and it feeds into this sort of thing."

At one point, LeAnn clutched Carly Rose, arguably to maintain her balance.
