Hugh Hefner Deposed at Playboy Mansion In Cosby Case

Published | Updated

Hugh Hefner got put under oath at the Playboy Mansion Wednesday in one of the Bill Cosby sexual assault lawsuits ... TMZ has learned.

We've learned Gloria Allred fired off a slew of questions to Hef in a lawsuit filed by Judy Huth, who claims Cosby got her drunk at a party at the Mansion when she was just 15, touched her vagina and then forced her hand down his pants.

Allred has been an adversary of Hefner's for a while, claiming he facilitated Cosby's alleged sexual abuse at the Mansion. Cosby has denied the allegations. Hef has been mum.

Hef, who is 90 and ill, was videotaped.

Hugh Hefner Added to Cosby Sexual Battery Lawsuit

Published | Updated

The woman who claims Bill Cosby sexually assaulted her at the Playboy Mansion has just added Hugh Hefner to the lawsuit, claiming he knew of Cosby's predilections of alleged serial sexual battery but still put her in harm's way.

Chloe Goins claims in a new lawsuit, Hefner is the one who introduced her to Cosby at a 2008 party at the Mansion. As we reported, Goins claims Cosby spiked her drink and then when she was out of it sucked her toes. She also says when she came to her breasts were wet and sticky.

According to the lawsuit, Hefner had a habit of inviting "young and impressionable and possibly minor children to his residence and providing alcoholic beverages." She also says Hefner knew or should have known that Cosby had a "history of severe and serial sexual battery and/or possibly rape of women" and that exposed his guests to harm.

BLAME IT ON THE HORMONES ...

Kendra Wilkinson's not waving any white flags in her war with Holly Madison ... but she is blaming hormones for her XXX tweets at her ex-Playboy pal.

We got Kendra outside FOX News Thursday and she explained why she's on the attack, and not planning to back down.

Earlier, she went after Holly on Twitter for dissing Hugh Hefner in a People article. The tweets were extremely graphic, and Kendra's since deleted them.

But the damage is done for Holly, who tells us she doesn't want to be part of a fight where "one woman lives to demoralize and degrade another woman."

She added a jab of her own -- "For those with unresolved issues, therapy works."

BUST A RHYME?

Kendra Wilkinson's rap career is off to a rocky start ... it seems whatever she recorded she did under the influence, because she just can't spit the rhymes.

It may be a good thing ... after our photog gives the former Playmate a beat, she throws down a verse or 2 ... and it's, well, just watch.

Maybe rapping is just a diversion so she doesn't have to talk smack about Holly.

Playboy Mansion Last Grammy Dance In the Grotto?

Published | Updated

Diddy will be holding court at the Playboy Mansion right after the Grammys ... and there's a decent chance it will be the last party of its kind at the legendary spot.

Anyone can attend the charity event called the City Gala -- for a $1,500 minimum donation -- where Sir Richard Branson and ex Playboy covergirl Jane Seymour will share the stage with host Diddy.

Aside from an open bar and a buffet, you can also catch a celeb poker game with Carl Weathers, John Salley, Tito Ortiz and Omar Benson Miller.

Remember, the Bunny palace is now on the market ... so it's possible it won't be owned by a party animal like Hugh Hefner when the 2017 Grammys roll around.

Ticket to hang with celebs -- $1,500.

Epic party memories (in the Grotto, if you dare) -- priceless.

Playboy Mansion Theater Owner to Make Offer ... Mansion Could Become High-End Club

Published | Updated

The Playboy Mansion could soon have a new owner ... a guy famous in the theater biz who wants to turn Hef's place into an ultra-exclusive, members only club.

We've learned Jeff Beacher, the brains behind Beacher's Madhouse, has met with Playboy execs about buying the 6-acre Holmby Hills estate and creating a partnership with Playboy Enterprises in which Beacher could use the Playboy name for the club.

We're told Beacher has drawn up paperwork for a $90 million offer ... comprised of $12 mil from Beacher and the rest from partners.

Beacher confirmed to TMZ he's serious, and the plan would be to sink $20 mil for renovations, keeping the main structure intact. He wants to build 5 bungalows for guests.

Beacher says he'll submit the offer as early as Monday.

A top Playboy exec tells TMZ they'd seriously entertain Beacher's proposal, although not necessarily the price. The property is listed for $200 mil.

The real wild card is zoning ... Holmby Hills is one of the most exclusive areas of L.A., with sprawling estates. It's unclear if Beacher and company could get a variance for a club.

Playboy Mansion Larry Flynt Tries to Hustle Hef With Lowball Offer

Published | Updated

Larry Flynt wants to buy the Playboy Mansion, but as part of the deal he wants to make Hugh Hefner his bitch.

Sources connected to Flynt tell TMZ, the Hustler honcho believes the Mansion is only worth $40 million -- far short of the $200 million asking price. But Flynt says he understands the property is iconic so he's willing to double the amount and offer $80 mil, assuming an appraisal justifies it.

Now the strings ... Flynt will ask Hefner to participate in choosing the girls for Hustler. He also wants Hef to write a column for Flynt's mag.

We're told Flynt's intention is to turn the Playboy Mansion into the Hustler Mansion, with the same glitz and glamour that defined it in its heyday ... after some major renovations.

But our Playboy Enterprises sources tell us, ridiculous stipulations aside, there is no way in hell they will sell the property for $80 million.

Hustler's Larry Flynt Wants Playboy Mansion Minus Hef ... According to Report

Published | Updated

It's a little too perfect -- Hustler honcho Larry Flynt buying the Playboy Mansion and giving his archenemy Hugh Hefner the boot -- but it's reportedly exactly what could happen.

Flynt's Hustler execs want to make an offer on the mansion according to the NY Daily News -- but he wants Hef out of place. As TMZ first reported ... the mansion is on the market for $200 million, and there's a clause in the sale that allows Hef to remain in his crib until he dies. The buyer just has to wait.

Team Hustler thinks it's a good fit for its staff and, more importantly, its parties. We got Flynt last week and he claimed he'd have ZERO interest in the iconic pad. Maybe his execs convinced him to change his mind.

Either way, our real estate sources say there's potentially a huge snag -- Hef has to approve the purchaser, and we're told chances are slim to none he'd give Flynt the thumbs up.

I DON'T WANT HIS MESS

Larry Flynt has 2 reasons for not wanting to buy the newly listed Playboy Mansion -- no sloppy seconds and no sticky sheets.

We talked with the Hustler honcho -- and Hugh Hefner's longtime nemesis -- outside Craig's in West Hollywood, and it's clear he won't be dropping $200 mil on Hef's pad ... partly because he's looking for something more original.

Larry's also got beef with the fact Hef gets to stay in the mansion until he dies -- and he's got a strong opinion about when that will happen!

Playboy Mansion It's NOT a Teardown!!!

Published | Updated

The Playboy Mansion may not be leveled for a brand new mansion after it's sold, because we've learned Hugh Hefner himself commissioned plans to expand the crib and bring it up to date.

Sources connected to the property tell us, there are plans to expand and restore the 20,000 square foot mansion, which was built in 1927. We're told Hef had the idea of doing it himself but the years caught up with him and he never went through with it.

Our sources say the plans call for expanding the property to around 35,000 square feet, which would be an appropriate size for the main house on 6 acres of prime real estate in Holmby Hills.

We're told the property -- listed jointly by The Agency and Hilton & Hyland -- is NOT being marketed as a teardown. The woodwork throughout the house is magnificent, the living room and foyer are incredible and the architecture spectacular.

As for the pricing -- $200 million -- although it's high for sure, some real estate experts say the land alone could be worth $90 mil, and the house is historic and awesome. So, who knows?
