Royce Reed's landlord is accusing her of clogging her dance studio plumbing ... with excessive tampons, and he's getting revenge by kicking her out on her ass ... according to Reed, anyway.

The "Basketball Wives" star -- and Dwight Howard's baby mama -- just got slapped with eviction docs for her Orlando dance studio. The landlord says she missed rent in April and wants her gone, pronto.

Meanwhile, Royce filed her own docs ... saying she DID pay, even though the studio's become a real s**thole -- the plumbing backed up and flooded the joint. Not a great setting for dance classes.

In the docs, Royce says the landlord tried to blame it on tampons, and wanted her to cough up the dough to fix it. Her reply? There's no evidence the offending fem products are hers or her students.

If that wasn't enough to tank her biz, Royce also says he leased out the neighboring space to a gun store -- intending to make her dance studio less desirable to kids.

Kaitlyn Bristowe and Nick Viall apparently were the wet dreams of "The Bachelorette" producers ... they were drooling to make a story line out of the sexual tryst, but the other guys wouldn't bite.

Sources connected with the show tell TMZ, some of the contestants definitely knew Kaitlyn and Nick had sex. We're told producers did everything they could to goose those contestants into talking about it and making it a big deal.

Now here's the rub. The contestants wouldn't bite. We're told they all knew producers wanted to make it a story line and a source of conflict, but they felt if they did that it would help Nick and therefore hurt them.

The show has still not squarely addressed the liaison.

The CEO of Reelz, which has agreed to run the Miss USA pageant, tells TMZ, Donald Trump will lose money because the fee the network is paying is way less than the cost of production.

Stan Hubbard tells us, he made the decision to air the pageant because it's a TV show, not a political event, and the women participating should not be punished for Trump's remarks.

Hubbard thinks it's hypocritical for people to demand a boycott, because it's no different from buying music or watching TV shows and movies featuring entertainers who have wacky views.

The CEO says he personally disagrees strongly with Trump's remarks about Mexicans, but he feels strongly the pageant should not be the ultimate victim.

As for money, Hubbard says "Trump is not going to profit from what we're paying. What we've agreed to pay doesn't even dent the cost of production."

Hubbard says right now there are no advertisers and it will be a challenge given the political climate and the July 4th weekend, where everyone's gone. But he says Trump won't see a penny of ad revenue.

Hubbard also says pageant organizers are trying to find a Hispanic host. He also says a series of PSAs promoting "Hispanic non-political causes" will air during the show.

NeNe Leakes made it clear to our photog ... 'Real Housewives of Atlanta' is on its own next season, because she will not appear at all ... not even occasionally.

Producers floated the possibility of a reduced role for NeNe in Season 8, but she shot that down in a big way Wednesday at LAX.

The buzz is that the show is in trouble without her. NeNe seems to agree.

And this is interesting ... she said her decision to leave the show never had anything to do with money.

As we reported, she's signed on to do an ABC game show, "To Tell the Truth."

Mackenzie McKee has gone to Vivid Entertainment about a sex tape, telling them if they dare release it she will nail their ass harder than Farrah Abraham's ever was.

TMZ obtained a letter Mackenzie's lawyer fired off to the porn giant, acknowledging there's a tape but warning it will remain private, or else.

It's unclear how Vivid got hold of the tape, but here's what IS clear ... the only way Vivid can release the video is if she signs off, and her lawyer has given Vivid 10 days to declare its intentions.

Rough translation: He’s not interested because his foundations and social work already keep him very busy.

As for Slim's views on Trump, one of Slim's TV companies, Ora TV, followed in the footsteps of Univision and Televisa and cut ties with Trump on a pending project.

NeNe Leakes isn't done with "The Real Housewives of Atlanta" ... TMZ has learned producers want her to come back in a reduced role, and she's game.

Our sources say, although NeNe made it seem she was gone for good, the show's producers are still angling to have her appear periodically during the season.

As we reported, NeNe bailed on the show because the money wasn't right. She's already committed to doing a primetime network sitcom, and the only way she'd continue on 'RHOA' was if they delivered a wheelbarrow full of cash ... to make the crushing workload worthwhile.

But our sources say NeNe is open to a part-time role on 'RHOA,' again if the money is right and it fits with her sitcom schedule.

We're told Bravo is absolutely interested, and the negotiations will begin soon.

TMZ has learned, a minority host is being "seriously considered" in the wake of NBC's decision to remove all things Trump from the network. One thing is certain ... Trump will not be returning to the show.

The minority host idea we're told is an opportunity to make a powerful statement discrediting Trump's campaign platform on immigration. Toward that end, the most powerful statement would be making a Mexican or Mexican American the host. That's the most logical scenario, but all we know is that the likely scenario now is a minority at the head of the boardroom.

Poor Scottie Pippen ... all he wanted to do was hit the clubs with his friend Kourtney Kardashian this weekend -- instead, she shot him down.

Kourtney and Scottie were each having dinner with friends at Craig's in West Hollywood (Scottie was with Ron Harper) ... but on the way out, Pippen decided he wanted to crash the party scene.

Caitlyn Jenner let her hair down during NYC's Pride event Sunday at the Dream Hotel ... moments after the annual Gay Pride Parade wrapped.

There's a big clue that "19 Kids and Counting" will never see air again, because a key member of the brood is leaving the US of A.

Jill Duggar -- one of Josh Duggar's victims -- just revealed she and hubby Derick Dillard are going overseas on an extended mission trip.

TMZ broke the story ... TLC was considering reconfiiguring the show so Josh would be out of the picture and Jill and Jessa would be front and center. But with Jill out of the country, that scenario is no longer plausible.

Kim Kardashian is calling BS on a story told by the wives of the 2 men who inspired the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge -- claiming she was being uncaring and snobby.

Eyewitnesses who were with Kim tell TMZ ... Kim insists the incident, which one of the women chronicled on Facebook, did not go down the way they said.

The women claim they saw Kim and Kris Jenner in Celine -- a fancy schmancy women's store -- and asked for a pic with Kim, after explaining who they were. They say when they told Kris their husbands had ALS, Kris fliply responded, "Oh fun," and Kim and Kris blew the women off by refusing a photo.

But we're told a group of women hounded Kim and some even knocked on her dressing room while she was naked. Sources say when Kim came out Kris was talking to a couple of ladies and they told her they were in Cannes and were having a great time shopping and going to parties, and that's when Kris replied, "Oh fun."

As for denying a pic, the eyewitnesses claim neither of the women asked Kim for a photo when she walked out of the dressing room. She simply exited and smiled for all the cameras pointed in her direction.

Our sources say, Kim and her mom obviously support the cause ... as you know Kim famously did the challenge on TV, and if Kim knew the women were even there, she would have loved to sit down with them and talk about how she could help.

Lisa Vanderpump is scoffing at Brandi Glanville's claim she was not fired from "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills," calling her explanation a "crock of poo."

Lisa and Kyle Richards were leaving Villa Blanca in Bev Hills Wednesday when our photog asked about Brandi's claim she left on her own terms.

There are reports Brandi was 86'd because she didn't get along with all the girls, especially Lisa. But Vanderpump only wishes she had the juice to kick that kind of ass.
