Wiz Khalifa's got a lot of problems -- about six figures worth -- the Playboy model he banged last week is close to cashing in big time on a sex tape ... but there's just one hang up.

Our porn sources tell us vixen Carla Howe is very close to making a deal with Steve Hirsch at Vivid Entertainment. Carla's totally down to sell the footage for the right price. Problem is ... if Wiz doesn't sign off ... Vivid can't release the porno.

TMZ broke the story ... Wiz and Carla hooked up last week, took a bunch of pics, and -- she says -- shot footage of their bang sesh. Wiz admits doing the deed, but claims he had no idea it was being recorded.

We're told Carla's footage shows Wiz looking right into her lens, and shooting with his own phone camera. It's possible, we guess, he doesn't remember -- dude smokes kush like a chimney.

But it makes no diff -- sources close to Wiz tell us he's not interested in the sex tape going public.

Then again ... everyone has their price, and Hirsch has a great track record with sex tapes ... said Kim Kardashian, Ray J, Farrah Abraham, Mimi and Nikko.

Traci Bingham just learned a hard lesson about porn ... if you chicken out, it could not only cost you a fortune, it could even get you arrested.

The former "Baywatch" star signed on back in 2012 for a very explicit photo shoot which required her (and now we'll quote from the contract) "to pose for what is commonly referred to in erotica as a 'facial.'"

Traci took a $30K advance and then backed out of the shoot, so hotchicksonly.com then resolved to cream her in court ... which they did. They got a $180K judgment.

Traci didn't pay and blew off subsequent court appearances, so the judge issued a warrant for her arrest.

We reached out to Traci for comment – so far no word back.

The LAPD has previously issued a statement saying that there was no crime committed. If a passionate public embrace while displaying no nudity is grounds for having charges filed against you, then we'd expect that everyone who engages in an extended public display of affection with their loved one will be targeted as well. Sergeant [Jim] Parker is still under investigation for his conduct and filing misdemeanor charges against us does not change his behavior.”

"Django Unchained" actress Daniele Watts may be convincing in the movies, but not in real life because she's just been charged with lewd conduct for allegedly having sex in her car outside CBS Studios.

Watts went on a campaign against the LAPD ... accusing cops of racism for cuffing her after people complained they were banging in the Mercedes in Studio City. Watts, who claims she and her BF were just making out, walked away from cops in a fury, so they cuffed her and brought her back.

Prosecutors listened to the LAPD audio -- obtained by TMZ -- and realized what was up. Armed with various witnesses and photos of Watts straddling her BF with her breasts exposed, she and the BF were each charged with lewd conduct in public.

The crime is punishable by a maximum of 6 months in L.A. County Jail.

Kylie Jenner and Tyga still deny they're a couple -- smart since she's 17 and he's 24 -- but that's not stopping them from flying together all over Europe, where it just so happens the age of consent would be more favorable for them to ... y'know.

Tyga and Kylie were spotted together at England's Gatwick Airport on Friday ... then traveled on to Bordeaux, France and Geneva, Switzerland ... before landing in Athens, Greece where Tyga had a gig Sunday night.

Seems odd that Kylie would go on tour with Tyga -- if they're just friends -- but then we noticed the age of consent for sex in those countries:
