Eric Bieniemy Son Arrested In shooting Of Mom ... Held In Jail Without Bail
Jaw-dropping development in the shooting of Eric Bieniemy's wife, Mia ... the couple's 27-year-old son, Elijah, has been arrested for the horrific act.
Elijah Zion Bieniemy is currently behind bars and being held without bail at a Virginia jail after allegedly opening fire on his own mother, hitting her multiple times, inside the family’s Ashburn home Sunday evening.
Bieniemy -- who posed for a mugshot after his arrest -- was charged with Malicious Wounding, Use of a Firearm in Commission of a Felony, and Discharge of a Firearm Inside of a Dwelling, according to a rep for the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office.
It's unclear what led up to the shooting.

Andy Reid publicly addressed the shooting of offensive coordinator Eric Bieniemy’s wife ... and the Kansas City Chiefs head coach provided an encouraging update on Mia's condition.
Big Red made the comments while speaking to reporters after practice at training camp in Missouri on Monday, opening up with a statement expressing support for his longtime assistant.
“Our hearts go out to Eric Bieniemy and his family,” Reid said. "Our thoughts and prayers are with them. I can't get into details on it, but things happen sometimes, and Eric will work through it. He's got a great support group here, as does his family."

8:00 AM PT -- Officials say Eric Bieniemy and Mia Bieniemy's son, Elijah, was arrested and charged with malicious wounding, use of a firearm in commission of a felony, and discharge of a firearm inside of a dwelling as a result of the shooting.
Mia sustained multiple gunshot wounds, according to the release.
The wife of Kansas City Chiefs offensive coordinator Eric Bieniemy was shot at their home in Virginia ... and is currently being treated for "serious injuries."
The Loudoun County Sheriff's Office said officers arrived at the Bieniemy residence in Ashburn, Virginia, around 7:30 PM. Sources told ESPN 57-year-old Mia Bieniemy was hospitalized as a result of the shooting.
Officials confirmed a person was receiving medical care ... but did not reveal the individual's identity.
