Khloe Kardashian is a good sister by all accounts, but there are limits to schlepping to every celebration when lots of loot is on the line.

Kourtney turns 36 Saturday and she's having a big shindig at 1OAK in Vegas. But Khloe will be ensconced at Coachella, where she's hosting a private party for her new group messaging app called Regroupd.

Khloe's rented out a big house in the desert, where she's expecting 100 celebs, who will be well fed. There will be 2 food trucks -- Coolhaus Ice Cream and Umami Burger.

Beer pong tables are at the ready, as is pool basketball.

Khloe will roam the backyard giving celebs tutorials on her app.

Given that the Kardashians now have more money than God, it's possible Khloe could take a private jet to Vegas after her party.

The baptism of North West was like any Kardashian event ... a total and complete circus.

Kim Kardashian, Kanye West and Khloe Kardashian showed up Monday afternoon to the Saint James Cathedral -- an Armenian church in Jerusalem -- to baptize 22-month-old North.

Kim was mobbed as she walked into the church, shielding baby North from the massive crowd that had gathered outside the church.

Once the ceremony was over, Kim and Kanye reportedly had lunch with the mayor of Jerusalem, Nir Barkat.

Just another quiet Kardashian family gathering.

Kim Kardashian, Kanye West and North West have left Armenia for the Holy Land ... and the end game is watering the baby.

It was supposed to be an 8 day trip to Armenia, but they bailed 5 days in and jumped on a plane to Jerusalem.

North West will be baptized in a 12th-century Armenian church, according to the Jerusalem Post.

It's interesting ... cameras for "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" are recording the entire trip, and Kanye is happily playing along.

Kim and Kanye have turned Armenia upside down ... creating pandemonium among fans, photogs and soldiers.

The video is insane. They were leaving the genocide memorial when everyone just went nuts. It's weird ... the most moving symbol marking the 100th anniversary of the genocide looks more like a Hollywood event.

Khloe Kardashian has been told to get off her ass in her divorce from Lamar Odom, or the case will be dismissed, and it looks like that's exactly what's about to happen.

A document was just filed by the court in Khloe's divorce, saying she has not gotten off the dime and unless she files paperwork to seal the deal in the divorce case or the whole case will be thrown out.

Khloe filed in December 2013 and Lamar never responded. She had a right to go to court and get a default divorce judgment, but she hasn't done it. In fact, sources connected to the Kardashian family tell us she just doesn't want to deal with the divorce and won't take any action.

It's become a problem, because our sources say the house Khloe and Lamar owned was sold more than a year ago for $5.5 million and the business people don't know what to do with the money because the divorce is in limbo.

So now the court has made it clear ... if Khloe doesn't file papers to make the divorce final, she will stay married to Lamar and the divorce case will be dismissed ... as early as the end of April.

Justin Bieber and Kendall Jenner play by different rules than most of us -- or they're just straight up banging ... because 'just friends' don't take pics like this.

Biebs certainly loves his puppies because he spent a romantic day out near Coachella with three of his current favorites ... he posted the disgustingly cute photos with Kendall and Esther.

Khloe Kardashian got a present from the Armenian people -- a certificate giving them a plot of land -- and it's interesting that she's referred to as "Odom" yet she had no problem displaying it to the world.

It appears the certificate was created by residents of a high-end housing community in the country, where Khloe and Kim are touring. It appears the residents gave the Kardashians a piece of earth.

The certificate refers to Kim as Kimberly Kardashian West and Khloe as Khloe Kardashian Odom.

As you know, Khloe filed for divorce a year-and-a-half ago. No big deal the certificate reads "Odom," but it got our attention that she posted a photo of the certificate on her Instagram and wrote, "Kourt and Rob we got you a souvenir!!!!!! Land in Armenia!!!"

She had to know she was referred to as Odom, and apparently she cared, because Khloe deleted the post.

Khloe's divorce has been stalled for months. There's been no activity and no explanation.

Kim and Khloe Kardashian had a meeting Thursday with none other than Hovik Abrahamyan, the Prime Minister of Armenia.

The P.M. heaped praise on the Kardashian girls for staying in touch with their Armenian roots and remembering the 100th anniversary of the Armenian Genocide.

It's unclear if "KUWTK" cameras were rolling during the visit, but there was plenty of video so the girls are in luck. They apologized for not speaking the Armenian language but promised to learn it ... or at least give it the ol' college try.

The Prime Minister gave them a flower arrangement that symbolizes the anniversary.

Bruce Jenner has been a super athlete all his life, and that won't change when he becomes a woman.

Sources close to Bruce tell TMZ his routines -- which involve multiple sports -- will be unaffected. Bruce is a staple at his golf country club, where the members love him, and he will stay active at the club.

Bruce is heavy into paddleboarding in Malibu -- something he does with his sons -- and that will continue.

We're told Bruce will keep up his passion for racing cars recreationally with his kids. Ditto flying helicopters, both model and real.

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West got the full diplomat treatment as they arrived in Armenia to the cheers of an enormous crowd and tons of media.

Although their trip is just days short of the 100th anniversary of the Armenian Genocide, Kim's rep says it has nothing to do with the commemoration. Kim says she simply wants to get in touch with her Armenian roots.

North and Khloe were also there -- as they were greeted by women in traditional Armenian garb, who presented the fam with bread and salt ... a tradition for greeting dignitaries. They all left the airport together in a minivan.

They plan to visit the genocide monument, museums, meet with politicians and they will reportedly go to the town of Gyumri ... where relatives of her dad may live.

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West must be stopped at the Florida border, because they're nothing but wannabe Jay Z's and Beyonce's ... according to a prisoner who has taken his cause to court.

Wayne Albright -- who's been locked up since 2000 for attempted sexual assault -- claims Florida needs protection from the couple he calls "Meat Whistles" and "Moose Knuckles."

Albright shows abject contempt for the famous duo, declaring the only tolerable Kardashian is Rob, who's "eating himself out of house and home, no doubt from the shame he feels as a result of what Kim has done to the Kardashian name."

The prisoner is specifically targeting Kim and Kanye from stepping foot in Florida, and he wants to "ban these two Moose Knuckles from appearing on any television programs aired in the state of Florida, unless it's Court TV and they're on trial for posing as a famous couple."

Bruce Jenner will put his male persona to rest for good when he appears on Diane Sawyer's two hour special, sources connected to Bruce and the production tell TMZ.

We're told Jenner views the show as "a farewell to Bruce." He will "present himself" as a woman publicly for the first time. But it's not about his look -- it's about his mental state and his journey.

Our sources say Bruce does NOT reveal his new name, or dress like a woman on camera. Nevertheless, we're told Bruce sees the interview as the most significant event associated with his sex change -- more significant than the surgical procedures that will get him there.

Bruce will chronicle his life from age 5, where he identified as a woman. Jenner -- who did numerous interviews for the special over a period of time -- talks about the difficulties he's had in life living as a man but not feeling like one. He also spends significant time talking about the impact his decision to have a sex change has had on his family.

Bruce realizes he has already become a target for people who either don't understand why he's transitioning or those who have outright contempt for it. But he's doing the interview to both free himself and educate the public so others in his position don't have to go through the pain.

Our sources say some of the most compelling moments in the show -- which airs on ABC on April 24th -- are when Bruce talks about "mundane things" that will change in his new life -- day-to-day things that will change.

Kanye West has settled the civil lawsuit filed by the photog he assaulted at LAX ... TMZ has learned.

Kanye and Daniel Ramos shook hands as the case was put to bed.

TMZ broke the story, Kanye was criminally charged with misdemeanor battery and pled no contest. He's currently on probation.

According to Ramos' lawyer, Gloria Allred, one term of the settlement was an apology from Kanye to Ramos. We don't know if any money changed hands.

Allred says, "We believe that this case sent an important message. Celebrities are not above the law, and they have no right to physically attack someone simply because they were asked a question."
