Khloe Kardashian's dipping into the hoops pool again -- she and NBA superstar James Harden hit Las Vegas for the 4th and TMZ Sports got the first pics of their date night.

Khloe, James, and his famous beard were spotted leaving dinner Saturday night at Red 8, a fancy Asian restaurant in the Wynn. Vegas sources tell us they looked very couple-y -- snuggling side by side during the meal.

After dinner they went to Drai's Nightclub for Chris Brown's performance.

It's interesting ... Khloe is still legally married to ex-NBA star Lamar Odom, and as we've reported -- there's been zero movement forward in their divorce.

As for how Khloe and the Houston Rockets stud hooked up -- well, Harden was one of the coaches for Kanye West's basketball birthday bash at Staples.

is telling friends she has no doubt ... Scott Disick is hooking up with the chick he was all handsy with in Monte Carlo, but she's also deeply worried he's lapsed and fallen back into substance abuse.

Our sources say Kourtney believes the woman, celebrity stylist Chloe Bartoli, is an opportunist and taking advantage of Scott, whom Kourtney believes is getting wasted again. We're told she knows Chloe and, as we reported, Scott knows her as well ... they even dated.

Our sources say Kourtney's sisters have the same view as her and on Friday they all went from simmer to boil, targeting their anger at both Scott and Chloe.

Poor Scottie Pippen ... all he wanted to do was hit the clubs with his friend Kourtney Kardashian this weekend -- instead, she shot him down.

Kourtney and Scottie were each having dinner with friends at Craig's in West Hollywood (Scottie was with Ron Harper) ... but on the way out, Pippen decided he wanted to crash the party scene.

So, he goes to Kourtney's SUV -- convinces her to roll down the window and asks KK if she wanted to hit up 1 OAK on the Sunset Strip ... after all, Kourtney is friends with Scottie's wife, Larsa!

But alas, Pippen got rejected ... because Kourtney ... well, she had other plans. Super boring other plans.

Kris Jenner took her man Corey Gamble to the Palace of Versailles in France over the weekend ... and no doubt regaled him with tales of the Kim Kardashian/Kanye West wedding.

Kris has the most epic Versailles photos ever, but she and Corey still snapped a few selfies as they walked among the common folk.

Kim Kardashian is calling BS on a story told by the wives of the 2 men who inspired the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge -- claiming she was being uncaring and snobby.

Eyewitnesses who were with Kim tell TMZ ... Kim insists the incident, which one of the women chronicled on Facebook, did not go down the way they said.

The women claim they saw Kim and Kris Jenner in Celine -- a fancy schmancy women's store -- and asked for a pic with Kim, after explaining who they were. They say when they told Kris their husbands had ALS, Kris fliply responded, "Oh fun," and Kim and Kris blew the women off by refusing a photo.

But we're told a group of women hounded Kim and some even knocked on her dressing room while she was naked. Sources say when Kim came out Kris was talking to a couple of ladies and they told her they were in Cannes and were having a great time shopping and going to parties, and that's when Kris replied, "Oh fun."

As for denying a pic, the eyewitnesses claim neither of the women asked Kim for a photo when she walked out of the dressing room. She simply exited and smiled for all the cameras pointed in her direction.

Our sources say, Kim and her mom obviously support the cause ... as you know Kim famously did the challenge on TV, and if Kim knew the women were even there, she would have loved to sit down with them and talk about how she could help.

Kim Kardashian got an early morning wake-up call -- not from her French hotel's front desk -- but from a random drunk woman banging on her door!

According to our sources ... pregnant and hormonal Kim was rousted out of bed at 4 AM when the woman started kicking her Cannes hotel room door, and trying to get in for a tête-à-tête. Kim went to check who was banging, and got treated to a view of the woman lifting up her dress and flashing her.

We're told Kim yelled at the woman to beat it, but she refused to leave -- and Kim had to call security 3 times before they arrived to gave la chick ... le heave-ho.

Caitlyn Jenner didn’t unwrap any ties this Father’s Day … she finally got the gifts she’s always wanted – dresses and a day spent as a woman of leisure.

As we previously reported, several of Caitlyn’s kids joined her at her Malibu pad on Sunday, and they didn't come empty-handed.

We’re told the Kardashian girls went all out gifting her with dresses, shoes and accessories for her new wardrobe. Her elder sons Brandon and Burt did yard work so that Caitlyn wouldn’t have to get her manicured hands dirty.

It’s a breaking of tradition for Caitlyn and her kids, who in years past always resorted to sports-related Father’s Day gifts or the token tie.

We're told Caitlyn felt it was the best Father's Day ever.

Caitlyn Jenner had almost a full crew of kids dune buggying all over Malibu for Father's Day, and the pic is kind of awesome.

Kim and Kanye were front and center with North West, along with Khloe, Kendall, Brandon and his wife, and Burt and his girlfriend, Valerie.

We're told Kourtney had the flu and Brody was out of town on a DJ gig.

As we reported, Caitlyn threw the party and it's one of the few times her kids from different marriages showed up.

It's the first time we've seen Caitlyn out in a dress. She looks great, but maybe a tad overdressed for off-roading in a Polaris Buggy.

Caitlyn Jenner is under criminal investigation for her fatal car crash in February, and we've learned prosecutors are putting Jenner under a special microscope ... a microscope normally reserved for murderers, kidnappers and extortionists.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... the L.A. County Sheriff's Dept. is a couple of weeks away from completing its investigation. The Sheriff would then normally send the case to the D.A.'s closest satellite, which in this case is Van Nuys.

But law enforcement tells us the D.A. has quietly told the Sheriff that the case will be sent to the big guns at the main office in Downtown L.A. ... in the Major Crimes Unit.

The Major Crimes Unit deals almost exclusively with extremely serious felonies. Think of the way the Navy SEALs are to the Navy. But Major Crimes will be reviewing Jenner's case, and one law enforcement source connected with the case calls it "surprising."

Law enforcement sources familiar with the case feel Jenner should not be charged with a crime at all ... Jenner wasn't texting or on the phone ... it was momentary inattentiveness that ended badly. But the sources say even if Jenner gets charged, it would certainly be a misdemeanor, not a felony.

Although the D.A. wants Major Crimes to make the final decision, it will never be filed as a felony. In the greater scheme, it's a petty case.

Fact is ... a lot of cases involving celebs end up in major crimes because they're high profile.

North West is gonna have a little brother to taunt, because Kim Kardashian just spilled the beans.

Kim chose the appropriate day for the reveal on social media, saying to Kanye, "Precious moments like this when we were traveling on tour with you and what I live for," adding, "You're such a good daddy to North & you will be the best daddy to our new son too!"

We had heard it was a boy for a few weeks, but Kim chose to make it official late on Father's Day.

Caitlyn Jenner celebrated her first Father's Day with her children, and there's a lot more significance than you think.

Caitlyn's kids from all 3 ex-wives came together for the shindig at her Malibu house. Of course, it's the first time she's celebrated the holiday as a woman. Caitlyn has told her kids she will always be their dad.

But there's more. Caitlyn never celebrated Father's Day with all her kids. Kris organized Father's Day events, but the boys and Cassandra rarely went.

Now that there are no wives to organize Father's Day parties, Caitlyn -- like many single dads -- is left to her own devices. We're told Sunday's festivities were initiated by Caitlyn.

Interesting some of the Caitlyn's sons are celebrating with her daughters ... they don't really socialize together.

Whatever ... hopefully a good time was had by all.

Kendall Jenner just posted a pretty touching Father's Day shout out to Caitlyn, telling her she's always been the same person ... her hero.

Kendall says, "My whole life this soul was my daddy and just because your appearance is different now doesn't mean you were any less of a father to me my entire life."

She ended by saying, "Happy Father's Day to the person who raised me, and taught me everything I know. My hero."

Kendall Jenner made 3 interesting choices -- grammatically speaking -- when it comes to talking about her dad, Caitlyn Jenner ... and it raises a complicated issue.

Kendall was speaking to an E! reporter in NYC about Caitlyn's docuseries, and said ... "I think that he can honestly do so much good with everything and I'm excited for it. If he's excited, I'm excited for him."

Based on the clip, it's hard to tell if Kendall meant to use female pronouns and slipped up (no biggie, everyone's done it) -- or if she's just continuing to use male pronouns for her father.

Remember ... Caitlyn told the kids, "You can call me dad." So, is it ... 'She's my dad' or ... 'He's my dad?"

Can't a guy just rap about some rough sex without everyone trying convict him of statutory rape?

That's the first amendment case being made by Boosie Badazz on behalf of his good friend Tyga, who's caught a ton of flak for rapping about sex and "catching a felony"... which many thought was a reference to 17-year-old Kylie Jenner.

Boosie -- who is featured on the track "Pleazer" -- stands behind Tyga's claim the song was recorded before he ever hooked up with KJ. In fact, Boosie even posted a pic with Tyga in the studio that day (try to ignore the fact Chris Brown was there too).

Boosie says the "felony" line was part of a metaphor referring to rough sex, but definitely not with Kylie -- and adds it's unfair to use Tyga's old lyrics against him ... an issue with which Boosie is all too familiar.

Boosie was indicted on first degree murder charges back in 2010 and prosecutors tried to use lyrics of his (about killing people, mind you) as part of the case against him.

3:00 PM PT -- Tyga says the song is almost 2 years old. He was still with Blac Chyna back then, so he seems to be saying "Pleazer" has nothing to do with Kylie.

Tyga just released a sultry, romantic song about his GF Kylie Jenner -- nah, just kidding ... he's actually dropping a rap about illegal sex ... y'know, like with a 17-year-old.

Tyga does not shy away from the obviously sensitive issue with his new song, "Pleazer" ... 'cause the 25-year-old included these lyrics:

I hit her, she backwards, lickin' her a**hole
My d**k is the password
T nasty, 'bout to catch a felony for it
Vagina juice like orange juice in the mornin'

Tyga got pulled over as he was taking his underage girlfriend Kylie Jenner to Disneyland, and the cops first question, "What's the rush?"

A CHP officer clocked Tyga going 82 on the freeway -- that's 17 MPH over the speed limit.

The cop cut Tyga a big break, letting him off with a warning. But it wasn't all good news. Tyga got 2 citations ... one for tinted windows and the second for driving without plates. Both are fix-it tickets.

In their defense, they were rushing to the theme park to spend a day celebrating 2-year-old North West's birthday. Definitely certifiable.
