Tim Tebow is definitely down with Jesus ... but he ain't down with "MY Jesus" t-shirts -- and he's threatening legal action because he says a website is illegally using his name to sell the merchandise.

TMZ obtained the cease and desist letter Tebow's attorneys sent to cubbytees.com last month -- in which they claim "The Merchandise makes it appear as if Mr. Tebow actually endorses Cubby Tees and its products."

Interestingly, the tee shirts in question do not use Tebow's image or name -- but instead spell out "MY Jesus" using the colors and font of his new team ... the NY Jets. In fact, the website clearly states, "This fun design is not officially endorsed by New York's backup quarterback or the Son of God, but plays off the themes of Tebow's faith and his new team."

Still, Tebow's attorneys are demanding the site stop "any use of Mr. Tebow's name and/or likeness" -- and according to Cubby Tees, Tebow already successfully petitioned eBay to remove the tees.

The shirt makers tell TMZ they aren't backing down, and actually sent a response to team Tebow ... saying the design "shares nothing with Mr. Tebow except for promotion of a common Lord and Savior." The shirts are still for sale.

Lane Garrison is putting on a real show in jail -- TMZ has learned, the former "Prison Break" star is teaching acting classes ... to his fellow prisoners.

Sources tell TMZ, the L.A. County Sheriff has Lane mentoring about 20 prisoners as part of the "Merit" program -- designed to teach marketable real-world skills to inmates.

In addition to acting, we're told Lane is also giving a crash course in screenwriting as part of the program.

And get this -- Lane's so moved by the experience, we're told he's promised the Sheriff to continue to mentor the prisoners even after he's been released ... whenever that is.

Lane's currently in custody after a domestic violence arrest last month. He's stuck in L.A. County Jail on a parole hold, stemming from his 2007 vehicular manslaughter conviction.

The new season of "Workaholics" is already facing hard times ... and it hasn't even aired yet.

The good people over at Comedy Central just put the above billboard up on Sunset Boulevard in Hollywood -- and if it wasn't glaringly obvious ... it features a trio of six-foot boners pressing against some kind of elastic fabric (spandex?).

For those who haven't watched yet, "Workaholics" is about three recent college grads desperately trying to adjust to adulthood.

But by the looks of the billboard -- they'll be fully grown in Season 3.

Nick Stahl -- the actor who played John Connor in "Terminator 3" -- is missing ... this according to his wife.

Law enforcement officials confirm ... Stahl's wife filed a missing person's report with the L.A.P.D. on Monday ... saying she last saw the 32-year-old actor on May 9.

As TMZ first reported, Octo filed for Chapter 7 on April 30 ... the most serious form of bankruptcy.

But according to docs filed today, Nadya didn't file all the necessary paperwork in time -- and never asked the court for an extension -- so her bankruptcy case was dismissed.

- There is surveillance video which shows there was NO contact between Khloe and Chantal
- The video shows ... after Khloe and Lamar enter the club, Chantal seems completely unfazed
- The valet who escorted Khloe and Lamar out of their car on December 5, 2009 says he was standing between the couple and Chantal and there was never any contact
- Chantal was interviewed by the LAPD and said she was not injured
- The LAPD investigated the case and decided there was nothing there and declined to prosecute

Tanning Mom will never ever EVER sully the hallowed pages of Playboy ... despite desperately wanting to strip naked for the venerable magazine -- this according to Playboy sources.

TMZ broke the story ... Chantal Spears (also known as Ronald Spears) filed a lawsuit in December ... claiming Khloe assaulted her in front of Playhouse nightclub back in 2009. Khloe claims it was self-defense.

In new legal docs ... Chantal/Ronald now says she is willing to settle the case out of court, IF Khloe pays her a hefty fee for "mental and emotional anxiety" ... to the tune of $150,000.

Khloe countered the request ... stating that Chantal/Ronald has failed to truly specify what her alleged damages were, despite being asked several times.

The case is still ongoing and a judge has yet to rule.

The dancing dog that took home the "Britain's Got Talent" crown yesterday could be worth MILLIONS ... TMZ has learned.

In case you missed it, UK's nationwide talent search resulted in the the epic win of a 17-year-old girl, Ashleigh, and her dog, Pudsey, who perform adorable dance routines on stage.

Sources tell us ... ever since Pudsey made her "BGT" debut, offers for sponsorship and TV deals have been rolling in non-stop. We're told the deals could rake in millions of dollars -- on top of the $800k they already won from the show.

According to our sources, some of the offers on the table include: dog food endorsements, television shows, stuffed animals, dog toys and even a children's book revolving around the talented canine.

Mark Cuban just raked in a $1,000 check for drawing a picture of two stick-figure cats kissing each other ... seriously.

It's not as random as it seems -- Mark is an "investor" on the reality show "Shark Tank" ... and recently sunk $25k into a company called, "I Want to Draw a Cat for You" -- a website that sells personalized cartoon cats for $9.95 a piece.

After he bankrolled the company, IWTDACFY jokingly posted an offer on the website that Cuban would personally sketch some cat art for $1,000 ... not thinking anyone would actually bite.

But they were wrong ... 'cause a short time later, a 24-year-old dude named David Switzer put up the cash ... and requested a kitty pic featuring himself and his girlfriend.

Mark tells TMZ ... although he has no prior cat-drawing experience, he's taking the job seriously ... and even reached out to the regular cat artist to get an idea of what the pic should look like (see below).

As TMZ previously reported ... the royal panties come from the estate of the late "Baron" Joseph de Bicske Dobronyi ... who wanted to auction them off after he died with the help of a British auction house, Hansons Auctioneers. But it didn't go as planned ...

A rep for the late Baron's estate tells TMZ ... the auction house was difficult to work with. He claims the auction house never gave the item enough publicity and were more concerned with the approval of the royal family than selling the goods.

We're told the estate was tired of waiting around for Hansons to find them a worthy bid ... so they demanded the underwear back and put them up for sale on eBay for a limited 10-day auction instead.

Octo, fully clothed, said she doesn't feel that Patricia Krentcil should lose her kids, but she does feel Child Protective Services should step in to give Krentcil some parenting tips.

Whitney Houston's daughter Bobbi Kristina -- and several of her relatives -- have signed a deal to star in a reality show for Lifetime called "The Houston Family Chronicles."

The show will focus on Pat Houston, Whitney’s sister-in-law and manager, Pat’s daughter Rayah, Whitney’s brother Gary, and Whitney's mother Cissy.
