Justin Bieber is a really good friend ... because just 2 days after Lil Twist crashed the singer's ultra-expensive, chromed-out Fisker Karma, Bieber's homies were behind the wheel ... again.

TMZ broke the story ... Twist crashed the Fisker into cement poles outside an L.A. liquor store Tuesday, badly damaging the front-end ... and for bad measure he fled the scene.

But Bieber hasn't connected the dots ... because Thursday, one of his pals was back on the road in the same car, which had apparently been repaired quickly.

If Justin Bieber continues to trust Lil Twist with his ultra-expensive cars, then he deserves what he gets, because TMZ has learned Twist had yet another mishap, and this one involves a hit and run.

We've learned Lil Twist was driving Justin's chromed-out Fisker Karma Tuesday, just after 6PM, when he crashed into cement poles protecting a wall at a San Fernando Valley liquor store ... damaging the poles and badly damaging the front-end of the car.

Sources tell us ... either Twist or one of his passengers told an eyewitness, "Do you know whose car this is? It's Justin Bieber's car."

We're told a few minutes later, a BMW roared up to the parking lot and the driver told Twist and the passengers, "Get all the pieces from the car [that fell] and put it in the car [the BMW]." After putting the Fisker parts in the BMW, the 3 men took off in the BMW, leaving the Fisker behind.

Sources say one of the 2 passengers was Chris Brown. His reps have not confirmed or denied.

FYI -- it's a crime to leave the scene of an accident that causes injury or property damage without exchanging info with the victim -- in this case the liquor store owner. We're told this was NOT done.

You'll recall ... Twist also caused thousands of dollars worth of damage when he bottomed out Justin's Ferrari in the Four Seasons Hotel parking lot. And Twist was speeding in Justin's Ferrari January 1st when he was stopped by the CHP. A photog died while taking pics of the scene.

Justin -- don't be an idiot. Cut him off.

8:17 PM PT... Chris Brown's people just got back to us and said he wasn't in the car and wasn't even in town the day of the crash.

TMZ has obtained NEW VIDEO of the Chris Brown valet incident ... in which it's clear -- BROWN THREATENED THE VALET.

The new footage shows Chris cussing at the valet in front of PINZ bowling alley in Studio City, CA -- where Brown had just attended a charity event for inner city youth.

The valet had asked for the $10 fee before handing Brown the keys -- but Chris refused to pay because he was only at the event for a short time and didn't feel it was fair.

Chris exploded in anger ... getting right in the valet's face and yelling, "Gimme my f*cking keys ... f*ck ten dollars."

Then comes the threat -- "Gimme my keys ... we gonna turn this whole spot up ... I promise you."

11:50 AM PT -- TMZ has obtained NEW VIDEO of the Chris Brown valet incident ... in which it's clear -- BROWN THREATENED THE VALET.

Chris Brown turned his anger issues on a valet parker at a bowling alley in L.A. last night ... cussing at the guy over the $10 service charge ... and TMZ caught the whole thing on tape.

It all went down at PINZ bowling alley in Studio City ... where CB had been attending a charity event with his posse.

But when Chris went to get his car from the valet, the guy working the parking lot asked for the $10 charge ... and Chris got PISSED.

After the valet made it clear he couldn't release the car without the cash ... the singer and his posse surrounded the guy ... and at one point you can hear Chris say, "F*ck ten dollars."

Sources at the scene tell us Brown was angry because he was only at the event for 30 minutes and felt like he was getting ripped off by the valet.

As tensions grew, someone in Chris' posse can be heard saying. "We got the money ... don't worry about it."

But Chris DID worry about it ... and in a threatening manner, told the valet, "We gonna turn this whole thing on out."

A short time later, Brown shouted a last insult at the valet ... it sounded like he said, "Funk ass ten dollars" ... before walking away with his posse.

Michael Vick's new dog is the WORST possible breed for a convicted dog killer ... and that's from the official organization that breeds the dog.

The American Belgian Malinois Club and Rescue tells TMZ, the group is very concerned that Vick is allowed to own ANY dog, but the Belgian Malinois is especially problematic. The breed is highly trainable and they could easily become dangerous if they land in the wrong hands.

Vick, as you know, ended up training pit bulls to fight and kill.

Belgian Malinois -- which are frequently used by the military and police -- have the same fighting potential as pit bulls.

Although the organization thinks dogs should be off-limits in the Vick household, they believe a more docile pooch -- like a lab -- would be way more appropriate.

Justin's concert in London Monday was slated to start at 8:30 PM ... but he didn't take the stage until 10:30 PM -- and a very young and pissed off crowd roundly booed his skinny ass.

Particularly irritating ... most of his fans have a curfew, which put them in a bad position.

Bieber tried to defend his lateness by tweeting he was actually only 40 minutes late because the opening acts were always scheduled to last more than an hour.

Bieber admitted there was no excuse for being late, but then blamed the media for spreading the word of his tardiness.

Justin Bieber needs to rethink loaning his car out to Lil Twist, because his Lil Friend just got another ticket in JB's Lil Fisker Karma.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... Lil Twist was just pulled over on the 101 Freeway by CHP because he made an unsafe lane change. Officers cut Lil a break on the lane change but gave him a ticket for tinted windows.

FYI -- it's the same tricked out Fisker Justin was driving when he was racing down the 101 Freeway last year, trying to shake the paparazzi.

And you'll recall, Lil Twist is the dude who got a ticket in Bieber's Ferrari on January 1 when a photog was struck and killed while shooting the scene.

"Dancing with the Stars" producers are taking a HUUUGE gamble, because they just signed Andy Dick to join the cast ... a notorious loose cannon whose last stint in TV was "Celebrity Rehab."

Sources close to the production tell us ... Andy was on the set today ... along with Lisa Vanderpump, and D.L. Hughley (who are also believed to have signed contracts to compete on the show).

We're told Andy has been paired up with one of the new dancers ... and one connected source tells us, "He's more for comedy ... nobody expects much from him."

Still, one source insists Andy is taking the competition very seriously and wants to prove that he's for real.

Andy's a risky cast choice for LIVE TV -- to say the least -- considering the troubled actor's been in and out of rehab, has been arrested a whole bunch of times ... and has a reputation for being unpredictable.

We're guessing Oscar, Hollywood's man of the hour, is dying a little inside today ... because somebody invited 18 42-year-old trainwreck Courtney Stodden to one of his pre-parties.

Pitbull didn't just win his legal war with Lindsay Lohan ... he ANNIHILATED HER ... TMZ has learned.

We broke the story ... Lohan sued the rapper in 2011 for using her name in his hit song "Give Me Everything" ... when he dropped the line, "I got it locked up like Lindsay Lohan."

Lohan claimed Pitbull never got permission to use her name ... and therefore he had no right to profit off of it.

But today a New York federal judge sided with Pitbull ... ruling that Lindsay is dead wrong on the law -- because the song is a work of art protected by the 1st amendment PLUS Lindsay's barely even mentioned in it.

The judge also ruled ... Lindsay's allegations that she suffered emotional distress are also BS.

The case has been dismissed.

A major porn studio has pulled the plug on Mindy McCready's sex tape -- immediately ceasing all DVD distribution of the footage in the wake of the singer's suicide ... TMZ has learned.

Vivid Entertainment honcho Steve Hirsch tells TMZ, the DVD distribution freeze is effective at once and will continue indefinitely. The porn company currently has no plans to resume distribution.

The tape "Baseball Mistress" -- which features McCready and her boyfriend at the time -- was originally released by Vivid in 2010, following the singer's stint on "Celebrity Rehab." It's unclear when the actual footage was shot.

In the tape, McCready discusses her alleged affair with married MLB legend Roger Clemens ... hence the title. McCready said she never authorized the tape's release.

As for digital distribution -- Hirsch said that's harder to regulate ... but he plans to pull all digital copies of the video from the Vivid website asap.

As we reported, McCready was found dead at her home in Arkansas Sunday after suffering what appeared to be a self-inflicted gunshot wound. She was 37.

DMX should know if he, of all people, drives a car without a driver's license ... he's going to end up in handcuffs -- and that's exactly what happened this morning in South Carolina.

The rapper was handcuffed and taken to Spartanburg Detention Center around 2AM ... after an officer saw him driving a 1978 Buick (sweet) and pulled him over for allegedly driving without a license.

DMX spoke to the local FOX station as he left the police station and said, "No, I didn't have a license ... put the cuffs on me. Brought me here. I paid the money. Basically, just 5 hours wasted for nothing."

And there's this DMX bonus -- his 5-month-old daughter was in the back seat during the whole incident.

Justin Bieber isn't taking too kindly to being told he doesn't deserve a Grammy -- going after the Black Keys drummer who insulted him ... saying, the drummer "should be slapped around."

Bieber added "haha" at the end of his statement -- which he posted on Twitter -- like he was joking.

TMZ broke the story ... BK drummer Patrick Carney mocked Bieber's Grammy snub after the awards on Sunday -- telling TMZ, "He's rich, right? ... Grammys are for music, not for money ... and he's making a lot of money."

10:40 A.M. PST: Selena's rep just told TMZ ... Selena let the fans in her SUV because they wanted to get her autograph and possibly a few pics and the scene was too chaotic curbside. The rep says the fans got out of the SUV 2 terminals down.

Selena Gomez pulled an incredibly DANGEROUS move at LAX yesterday, appearing to let 3 random fans into her private SUV ... but it seems the whole thing was a stupid set up.

The girls claimed to be die-hard Selena fans from Brazil who were hoping to meet the singer outside Selena's airport terminal.

Selena initially blows past the girls and gets into her waiting car ... while the girls continue to yell at Gomez, pleading for a moment of her time.

Eventually, Gomez cracks the window and motions for the girls to come over -- they race over to the car, fling the door open, and quickly barrel into the vehicle.

Selena's security guard rushes in to pull 'em out -- as if she's in harm's way -- but Selena waves him off ... and he stands down. The car eventually drives off with all of the girls inside.

It's bad enough Rob Gronkowski could have screwed the Patriots by re-re-injuring his broken arm -- but the real travesty of his Vegas trip ... those insanely awful dance moves.

Rob Gronkowski scared the hell out of New England Patriots fans last night ... when the superstar tight end BODY SLAMMED his friend on stage at a Las Vegas nightclub ... landing hard on his broken forearm ... and TMZ has the footage.

Gronkowski -- who signed a $54 million six-year contract extension in June -- broke his forearm last season, then injured it again during the Pats' first playoff game against the Texans.

But that didn't stop him from executing a Stone Cold Stunner-esque move on a friend during a playful dance battle at XS nightclub last night.

As Gronkowski was throwing his friend to the ground, the tight end -- who was wearing a protective sleeve on his busted wing -- also crashed to the ground and smacked his damaged arm on the stage in the process.
