Fear of Ebola led to the scary scene in this video and it should be a lesson to everyone these days -- NEVER say "Africa" right after sneezing on a plane ... because you could be removed by men in hazmat suits.

A US Airways flight from Philadelphia landed in the Dominican Republic Thursday, and was immediately greeted by health officials after a passenger decided to make a stupid joke.

According to passengers the man sneezed and then said he'd just come from Africa. Flight attendants immediately reported it ... even though the man pleaded with them that he was only joking.

In reality he had NOT been to Africa, and as he was removed he said ... "I ain't from Africa. S**t!"

Dumb joke to make, and his fellow passengers were not amused. You can see them hurling taunts and boos as he walks off the plane.

TMZ Sports has learned ... someone is trying to shop video and pictures which they claim shows University of Georgia running back Todd Gurley illegally signing memorabilia ... and it could have been what triggered the NCAA to suspend the college football star.

Here's what we know ... the footage purportedly shows Gurley seated inside a car -- signing various helmets, pictures and jerseys.

Sources tell us ... there are photos from two separate autograph sessions and both happened fairly recently.

The people connected to the video are saying Gurley was paid to sign the memorabilia ... in violation of NCAA rules. The people connected to the video tell us Gurley was paid just shy of $2,000 for the two sessions.

We're also told the NCAA -- and UGA officials -- contacted the people shopping the footage ... though it's unclear if the video people cooperated with investigators.

Gurley was suspended indefinitely by UGA on Thursday. UGA would not reveal why he has been suspended.

Justin Bieber looked like he was having a good time and dancing with a group of girls ... but that came to a quick end when he got on the mic and lobbied for everyone to stop shooting him.

Bieber was in a bar in Rome ... and he looked like just a regular guy drinking a few beers and trying to mack on some chicks.

You see a bunch of people taking photos of Bieber ... nothing overly aggressive but lots of flashes.

At a point, it clearly bothered Biebs ... you see him grab the mic and ask people around him to stop filming him and just have fun ... he refers to the group of guys as "groupies."

No one was harmed in this shoot.

Amanda Bynes was accused of shoplifting in New York City TWICE Wednesday -- TMZ has learned she was also caught trying to swipe merch from a women's clothing store ... one hour before the Barneys bust.

According to our sources, employees at Pookie & Sebastian began following Bynes around the store because she was acting suspicious. We're told they didn't recognize it was Amanda, and just thought she was a "half-naked, homeless crackhead."

Customers tell us Bynes was dancing and muttering about plastic surgery -- but eventually she tried to bolt with a shirt stuffed between her arms. When an employee stopped her and asked if she was going to pay, Amanda said ... "Do I really have to buy this?"

The answer, of course, was yes -- and we're told Bynes was actually cooperative ... whipping out a credit card to cover the $128.

As TMZ first reported, Bynes was also nabbed by security at Barneys while trying to walk out with a $200 hat.

Amanda Bynes would have gladly paid Barneys for the hat she wanted to buy ... problem was, she left her purse in the car and her driver was nowhere to be found ... so says Bynes.

Sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ ... Bynes told security at Barneys NYC she found a hat she liked Wednesday afternoon and fully intended to buy it. Problem was ... her purse and her wallet were inside the car, so she walked out to find her driver.

Amanda didn't get much past the front door, because the hat had a security tag which triggered the sensor when she walked out. And that's when security nabbed her.

Amanda also says she wasn't thinking clearly because a woman inside the store was harassing her and trying to take pics.

Amanda Bynes was accused of going full Winona Ryder -- she was caught by security at a trendy New York City store allegedly trying to steal merchandise. NYC cops were called ... but we've learned they just let her go.

According to our sources, Bynes was nabbed by security guards at Barneys on Madison Ave. after she tried to leave without paying. Law enforcement sources tell us she put on a $200 hat and walked out of the store ... security nabbed her outside.

We're told they brought Bynes back in, where witnesses say she was "acting crazy." 4 NYPD officers arrived on scene to question her, but security had already let her go.

Our sources say ... Bynes told security guards she was being chased by fans inside Barneys ... so she grabbed the cap to cover her face. She said she had no intention of stealing anything ... so they let her go. Barneys made her sign a no-trespass agreement ... banning her from re-entering the store.

Tyga and Kylie Jenner were out together Monday night ... and we're told it was a date, but the way "date" is defined is, well, a sensitive issue.

The youngins went to Kabuki restaurant in Hollywood. Sources close to Tyga tell us they are "dating" but are quick to add that does not mean they are physical. It's important, because he's 24 and she's 17.

One Tyga source told us ... if we even insinuate they are having physical contact he will deny he's dating Kylie ... even though the source says Tyga privately says he's dating her.

BTW ... sitting on the same side of the booth is prima facie dating, right?

The woman who lost a defamation lawsuit to Donald Trump has just anted up more than A MILLION BUCKS ... which makes Donald not that much richer.

It's pretty shocking ... Sheena Monnin -- the former Miss Pennsylvania who lost the Miss USA pageant -- was socked with a $5 million judgment for falsely claiming the contest was rigged. She had said she saw a list of the top 5 before the judges even picked the finalists.

Sheena was royally pissed off because she claims for a variety of reasons her lawyer committed malpractice, so she sued him and settled for somewhere north of a million bucks. We're told Sheena struck a deal to settle up with Donald for more than a million bucks.

Stephen Collins' house has been swarmed by LAPD officers after someone in the news media claimed to have heard a shot ... but TMZ has learned the actor is not at home and he's fine.

Reporters staked out Collins' San Fernando Valley home Tuesday night ... in the wake of TMZ's story about Collins confessing to molesting and/or exposing himself to young children.

One of Collins' neighbors -- actress Donna D'Errico -- tweeted a photo showing at least 6 LAPD units and wrote that the actor shot himself.

Nick Hogan's hacked nude photos of girls he dated in high school ... were a huge wake up call to instantly trash the images because, technically, they're now child porn -- and Nick had no idea they still existed.

The pics were taken when Hogan was in high school and even though he and the women in the photos were the same age at the time ... Nick didn't want people -- and cops -- thinking he was in possession of illegal images.

In fact, Nick didn't even know the computer with the pics was connected to the cloud, because it's been in storage for years. As we first told you ... the hackers also snatched shots of Nick's mom in a thong. Super creepy, but not illegal.

Bobby Shmurda was just busted again ... this time for shmarijuana -- but the "Shmoney Dance" rapper believes NYC cops have a vendetta.

The 20-year-old was busted for smoking a joint with two friends while double parked on a Brooklyn street ... and Shmurda was hauled off to jail for the night.

Sources close to the rapper tell us ... Bobby believes neighborhood cops are out to get him -- not because he's black -- because he's a big music star and they want to see him fail.

As we previously reported ... Shmurda was busted in June on a felony gun charge ... after he was caught brandishing a 9mm Glock.

After he was released from jail, Bobby posted a video saying it's gonna take more than a few "bum ass" cops to slow his roll.

That will clearly help his case.

Your first reaction to watching Amanda Bynes ride a bicycle haphazardly through the streets of Manhattan might be to laugh ... but this is going to end badly unless she gets some help ... STAT.

Bynes was spotted this weekend riding a Citi Bike ... where she nearly took out a few pedestrians as she sloppily rode through a crosswalk. The video was shot right near Penn Station ... one of the more heavily trafficked parts of the city.

Early Monday morning, a Twitter account believed to belong to Bynes posted a photo of a lit cigarette that appears to be weed ... but Bynes loves to say how she doesn't smoke pot. And if you believe that, we have a bridge we'd like to sell you ...

As TMZ first reported, Bynes flew from L.A. to N.Y. on Friday and her behavior was all over the map. Amanda's friends all think Amanda needs help ... or else she might wind up in serious trouble.

-- People who want to break into Hollywood post resumes on various websites. Some of them get an email from people claiming to be major Hollywood players, looking for an assistant.

-- The "players" -- who actually register Gmail accounts using the names of the actual big shots -- offer jobs to the super-eager applicants from all over the country.

-- The "players" give the applicants a start date and a first assignment, to get their feet wet.

-- The "players" actually send the applicants a check to deposit -- usually for $3,000 -- and then purchase pre-loaded debit cards. The applicants are told to send the cards to several charities near and dear to the "players."

-- But since the applicants haven't even had their first day of work, the "players" tell them to snap a photo of the debit cards with the numbers to prove they followed instructions correctly ... kind of a test.

-- The applicants then dutifully send the pics and the "players" then execute the fraud by draining the cards with online shopping.

So, by the time the charity gets the cards the account is dry.

As for the checks ... well, they look like the real deal, but they're fake. So by the time your bank figures out the scam, the money is spent and you're on the hook.

We've confirmed the names of 2 big wigs are being used ... famed director Louis Leterrier and big-time producer Alex Orlovsky -- he made Ryan Gosling.

We're told the feds are investigating the case, and we've learned all of the IP addresses and server information goes to Nigeria. And everyone has a friend who's a prince in Nigeria.

The Situation's tanning salon is on the verge of shutting down for good -- according to an ex-employee who says her paychecks have been bouncing so hard ... she has to sue just to get some scratch.

The accuser says every check she got from the Boca Tanning Club during her 3 months of employment bounced ... according to court docs obtained by TMZ.

The woman tells us she reported Sitch to cops in Middletown, NJ every week ... and every week he would quickly cough up cash to cover the bad check. She says she quit in June, and of course ... the final paycheck also came up lame.

When she went to the bank ... she claims she was told the salon's account had been closed -- so she believes Sitch's days are numbered in the tanning biz.
