Ludacris is back in the studio, gearing up for a new album, and reminded everyone how an Atlanta rap legend can hail from Chicago ... with a few of his "44 Bars" aimed at Scottie Pippen!!!

On Wednesday, Luda released the visual for his "44 Bars" single, where he flexes punchlines galore -- à la previous smashes such as "Hip Hop Quotables" and "Cry Babies (Oh No)" -- and quipped, "Wishin' you fake rappers slide down a giant switchblade / Cut the nonsense, boys, you know you trippin / 'Stop the 'Bullsh*t', ya nose growin' bigger than Scottie Pippen's!!!"

Scottie has gone lengths to destroy the lore of the Chicago Bulls dynasty after hating the way he was portrayed in Michael Jordan's "The Last Dance" doc ... even claiming MJ was once a "horrible" player in his eyes -- the type of nonsense Luda is referring to.

Diddy's most successful "Making The Band" product, Danity Kane, is back on tour ... well, most of the group, at least!!!

On Tuesday, Aubrey O'Day, Aundrea Fimbres, and D. Woods kicked off the latest iteration of DK in San Francisco for their "The Untold Chapter Tour" -- minus OG members Dawn Richard and Shannon Bex.

Even better, Klypso created an epic TMZ moment by dancing on the hood of the bus! He said it was the most amazing way to spend his bday and he wants to host more tours ... he even had a pic of himself on top of the bus on his birthday cake!

A music superstar, an Oscar winner, and a tennis legend take over the Met Gala ... we don't know if there's a punchline yet -- because we'll have to wait and see what happens since Beyoncé, Nicole Kidman and Venus Williams have been named co-chairs of the event!

The three stars have been tapped to work with industry icon Anna Wintour -- who always heads up the annual fashion extravaganza -- on next year's edition of the event ... with Vogue announcing the news via Instagram Wednesday morning.

The gala has a "Costume Art" theme in 2026 ... essentially a celebration of the intersection between human body and art -- so, expect to see stars celebrating their own skin as they march up The Metropolitan Museum of Art.

Zoë Kravitz, Sabrina Carpenter, Doja Cat, Lena Dunham, Teyana Taylor and many more stars are also helping out with the event ... either as committee co-chairs or as members of the host committee.

Clinton "Clintnlord" Adams, a social media influencer and hip-hop artist, has been hit with multiple felony charges after prosecutors accused him of sexually assaulting two women he allegedly lured to a vacant area still scarred by California's January wildfire destruction.

The Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office announced Tuesday that Adams is charged with three felony counts of forcible rape and one felony count of assault with intent to commit rape. Prosecutors also allege the crimes involved multiple victims, an enhancement that could significantly increase his prison time.

District Attorney Nathan J. Hochman called the alleged attacks "predatory," saying they occurred in an isolated, fire-damaged zone that remained impacted by the devastating winter wildfires. Adams allegedly targeted the women in separate incidents over the summer, bringing each to the remote location where the assaults allegedly occurred.

"Love & Hip Hop Atlanta" star Erica Breaux found herself behind bars in Georgia after she was caught with drugs ... in a stolen car!

A rep for Brookhaven PD tells TMZ ... Breaux, also known as rapper Erica Banks, was a passenger in a vehicle that was pulled over Monday in Brookhaven, GA, after a police officer noticed a tinted tag covering the license plate. In Georgia, it's against the law to have material affixed to a license plate that covers any portion of it.

The officer also noticed the vehicle had dealer plates, which should only be driven by a dealer employee and registered for sale. What's more, the officer ran the plates and learned the vehicle was marked as stolen from Atlanta.

Kendrick Lamar's debut album "good kid, m.A.A.d city" has been on the Billboard 200 for well OVER 10 years, and that's in spite of the album's intended first music video being locked up in the vault forever!!!

On the inaugural episode of "The 3rd Verse Podcast" with Stat Quo, DJ Mormile, & Justin Hunte, the trio discusses the long-lost music video for Kendrick and Dr. Dre's "The Recipe" video, which was shot sometime before the album came out but was passed over for the eventual lead and hit single, "Swimming Pools (Drank)."

DJ Mormile was working at Interscope at the time and says he, Anthony “Top Dawg” Tiffith, and the rest of Top Dawg Entertainment were gravitating towards 'Swimming Pools' ...  but the expensive budget and rollout had already been laid out for "The Recipe" to lead the charge.

Tekashi 6ix9ine already knows what he'll be up to after he serves his 3-month prison sentence next year ... because a judge also ordered him to 12 months of supervised release with some pretty strict conditions.

According to court papers, obtained by TMZ, the rapper's supervised release will include a mental health treatment program focused on anger management and an outpatient drug treatment program.

Last week, 6ix9ine told us he wasn't worried about doing his prison bid -- set to start January 6 -- because he plans on using the time to get in shape.

A rep for the Miami Beach PD tells TMZ Hip Hop ... cops received a call from security guards for a "large fight" at Hotel Faena just after midnight Sunday ... judging from the footage, the call was correct.

The fight appeared to contain about a dozen men -- and one of them got Bari good as the video unfolded by grabbing him by the collarbone and throwing him in the bushes!!!

Busta Rhymes went from fun-loving rapper to the fire-breathing dungeon dragon when a content creator called him Tracy Morgan to get a rise out of him -- and succeeded!!!

TMZ Hip Hop obtained video from last night in Miami during the Art Basel festivities when Busta thought he was entering a friendly photo-op ... only to be "confused" for the "30 Rock" star.

Busta did not find the joke amusing, and you can see his attitude shift from calm to crabby in a matter of seconds as the kid's fellow social media creator, Funny Salesman, looked on helplessly in the background.

Rapper POORSTACY took his own life in a Florida motel room in front of his baby mama and toddler last month ... and TMZ has now obtained new photos of the eerie scene.

The pics were taken by a source who was staying in a room adjacent to POORSTACY at the Boca By the Sea Hotel on the day the rapper killed himself.

In the photos, you can see the outside of the building cordoned off with yellow tape. Children's plush toys lie strewn on the lawn outside the door as an officer stands nearby, appearing to take notes.
