Mama June should be kicking herself in the ass for the not-so-brilliant deal she struck to sell her house -- a cash deal worth just a fraction of the home's market value.

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... June handed over her keys to some investors in August for just 6 figures. That's a shocking loss, considering she bought it in 2014 for $156k, and it had been appraised in 2018 at $150,300.

You don't have to be a math whiz to know June took a bath, but what's really shocking is SHE set that dirt-cheap discount price!!!

Our sources say Mama June was approached by a group of real estate investors who'd heard through the grapevine she wanted to sell. We're told June informed them the place could be theirs for the nice round price of $100k.

Of course, they quickly agreed, paid a $2,500 down payment and let escrow take care of the rest. BTW, this was a CASH transaction.

Liam Hemsworth's busting out the big guns ... in wake of his ex, Miley Cyrus, publicly flaunting her new man, Cody Simpson, and his glorious abs.

Liam's ripped arms and huge biceps were on full display Monday as he filmed some action scenes in a sleeveless tee for his upcoming new TV series, "Dodge & Miles."

Though Hemsworth hasn't commented on Miley apparently moving on with Simpson -- who's Australian just like him, by the way -- he's letting his guns do the talking for now.

The TV icon got real about his future during a recent interview, saying he's starting to slur his words and his tongue isn't working, at times, during taping -- and he admits it might mean stepping away from the show sooner than he'd hoped.

In a candid conversation with CTV, shot on Friday, Alex reveals just how cancer and chemotherapy have started to diminish his skills. As we reported ... Alex went for another round of chemotherapy last month, and he says the treatments are causing sores inside his mouth, making his role as a host more challenging than ever before.

He's been at the helm of 'Jeopardy' since 1984, but Alex says he'll retire when he gets to the point where he's bothered by his diminished performance. Alex added, show producers have been supportive and tell him everything's fine ... but he's sure that won't last forever.

Alex revealed back in March he was diagnosed with stage 4 pancreatic cancer.

Comedian Rip Taylor -- who served up over-the-top gags for decades -- has died.

Rip's publicist, Harlan Boll, confirmed the news, saying he passed away Sunday in Beverly Hills. No cause of death was released.

Dubbed the "King of Camp and Confetti" and "The Crying Comedian," Rip got his start by appearing on "The Ed Sullivan Show," "The Merv Griffin Show" and lots of other variety talk shows as a comic in the '60s, going on to star on several different game shows as well.

He's perhaps best known for his brief stint hosting "the $1.98 Beauty Show," which had guests compete for the title of the "1.98 Beauty Queen" in a pageant, talent-show format.

"Boy Meets World" star Maitland Ward doesn't believe the so-called stigma associated with doing porn ... insisting her move to the adult film industry is actually a savvy business move.

We got Maitland -- who rose to fame playing Rachel McGuire in the 90s ABC sitcom -- at Kings Road Cafe, and she tells us porn is opening the door to loads of new opportunities.

Cassandra Waldon, the very first "Big Brother" contestant to enter the house on the U.S. version, has died.

Cassandra passed away on September 25 ... apparently from injuries related to a car accident in Rome. A source at the United Nations -- where Cassandra worked -- tells TMZ ... she was struck by a car about 2 months ago, and suffered a head injury. We're told she never regained consciousness before her death.

Julie Chen, the host of "Big Brother," remembered Cassandra as a standout houseguest from the debut season in July 2000. Julie posted on Instagram, "Thank you for bringing your intelligence, warmth and wisdom to the Big Brother house Season 1."

She is the answer to the trivia question -- who was first to walk into the 'BB' house? That's kind of a double-edged sword ... as some fan blogs also point out she was first to fall victim to the so-called "First to Enter Curse."

No one who's entered first -- on the U.S. or Canadian (non-'Celebrity') versions -- has ever won the competition. Cassandra finished 6th out of 10 houseguests.

Cassandra worked at the UN as its Director of Communications for the International Fund for Agricultural Development. She was living and working in Rome when the accident happened.

We're told her funeral will be held next weekend in her home state of Maryland. Cassandra was 56.

Amber Cooksey filed docs seeking a restraining order claiming Danny's abusive ways have exasperated her epilepsy condition. According to docs, obtained by TMZ, Amber says Danny lashed out in profanity-laced phone calls while accusing her of having multiple affairs.

In docs, Amber says a recent curbside custody exchange of their 8-year-old son, Jackson Paul, went terribly south. She claims Danny started cursing at her, but she says she was horribly shocked when her son bit her and called her a bitch.

In another incident, Amber claims Danny once sent their son into her house with the sole purpose of trying to catch her with another man. In the docs, she also accuses Danny of having followed her to the grocery store to take pics of her car and license plates.

As we reported, the Hampton, GA home is where June's BF, Geno, got in his car wasted, drove in the gated community and ended up crashing into their driveway. He was so intoxicated he had to be carried into the house.

It's also where June and Geno had a massive garage sale. The pics showed the house in shambles.

Well, check out the digs now. It was almost like 'Extreme Home Makeover,' where contractors came in for 3 days and made the house look brand spanking new.

Stacey Dash says her husband and his 3 kids conspired to have her arrested ... to cover up her husband's alleged brutality.

TMZ broke the story ... Stacey called 911 Sunday, claiming her husband put her in a chokehold. When cops came out, they observed scratches on husband Jeffrey Marty's arms -- this, along with statements from his kids, got her cuffed and booked for assault.

Stacey says in the 911 call Jeffrey coached his 15, 14 and 10-year-old on what to say to cops. At one point, Stacey accuses Marty of faking his injuries, claiming he was taking photos of scratches on his arms ... scratches she didn't inflict.

Mama June's family hasn't given up on her ... despite the fact she seems done with them. The fam wants to grab just a couple minutes with the reality star in what can best be described as a Hail Mary.

Sources close to June tell us her sister, Joanne, has spearheaded an effort to get June away from her BF, Geno. The next step, they say, is getting June professional help she desperately needs for her addiction issues. They know ... unless Geno's out of the picture, it's all futile.

June and Geno were in court in Alabama Wednesday when Geno lashed out, shouting slurs at photogs. We spotted a film crew documenting Joanne's efforts to help her sister.

In our video from the parking lot, Geno hugs a woman -- that's Joanne -- and you see her follow June and Geno go to their car ... as she begs June to grab lunch and talk. It's all to no avail because June slams the door in Joanne's face.

Joey Fatone's pulling back the curtain on how to survive "The Masked Singer" -- take a chill pill. Sounds simple, but just watch ... it's far from it!

We got Joey out at LAX and had to get his take on how to endure the elaborate costumes the 'Masked' contestants wear on the hit FOX series. As you know by now, Joey was the popular Rabbit singer during season one, and eventually finished in fourth place.

For future contestants, Joey says one thing that's inevitable is the constant sweating because they're in the costume for up to an hour at a time. So, don't sweat the sweat.

Even something as simple, normally, as taking a bathroom break becomes a great adventure. Joey says the whole experience created some very morbid thoughts in his head -- but overcoming his claustrophobia is the only thing that saved him.

Artie Lange is in serious danger of having breathing problems if he doesn't get his deformed nose fixed sooner rather than later ... but Dr. Paul Nassif first needs Artie to reach a major milestone in his sobriety.

We talked to the star M.D. from "Botched" and he tells TMZ ... Artie's saddle nose -- due to drug use and a bookie's fist -- could possibly trigger a lot of sinus infections because of the severe nasal obstruction.

The dangers are serious ... for instance, the doc says Artie could develop bronchitis from being forced to breath through his mouth, which would cause an irritation to his upper lungs. Plain and simple ... Artie's gotta get his nose in tip-top shape, but first and foremost comes his sobriety.
