Drake is paying homage to Tay Keith following Tay's untimely death this week in Tennessee, thanking him for his major contributions to the music world.

On Friday, Drake posted a tribute to Instagram, celebrating Tay's life with a photo of the Grammy-nominated hip hop producer marked by the phrases, "In Loving Memory" and "Rest In Peace."

Champagne Papi also wrote that he has "endless and eternal gratitude" for Tay's spirit and contributions to their love of music, and Tay will be "deeply missed."

Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce's wedding guest list is gaining more star power ... 'cause TMZ has learned Sombr has scored an invite to the couple's big wedding celebration.

Sources familiar with the guest list tell us Sombr is expected to attend the July 3 celebration at Madison Square Garden -- the massive event we've told you about that's separate from the actual wedding ceremony.

In the plan, Pinky said she would budget $200 on children's expenses, $800 on groceries, $80 on gas, $300 on medical, $1,574 on Georgia state taxes, and $1,343 on federal taxes ... which would leave her with $1,500 per month in disposable income.

This shooting makes clear that while LAPD provides officers with written guidance on the use of force and pets, this is not enough."

She added ... “I have directed the Police Commission President and the Chief to examine the Department's Use of Force policy on Dog Encounters to determine best practices from around the country, and use this opportunity to update the LAPD's overall tactics, policies, and training related to the use of lethal force to increase safety for everyone – officers, Angelenos and their pets.”

Elena Katherine Moore -- a personal trainer in South Carolina who had been missing since last Thursday -- is confirmed to be dead, authorities announced Friday.

According to Lexington officials ... the body found on Wednesday had been officially identified as Moore. An autopsy is scheduled for Saturday ... and authorities anticipate a cause and manner of death to be released on Monday.

Police said Wednesday ... the clothing on the body matched what Moore was wearing when she went missing ... but the coroner would need to identify if it was her.
