NYPD detective Alicia Stone died a week after undergoing a Brazilian butt lift and liposuction in Colombia ... leaving her husband searching for answers.
Detective Stone, a 13-year NYPD veteran in the department's Internal Affairs Bureau, was reportedly rushed to Fundación Valle del Lili Hospital in Cali, Colombia, after she was discovered unresponsive in her hotel room Thursday. According to the Daily News, she was pronounced dead about an hour later from an "unspecified cardiac arrest."
The late detective's husband, Michael Stone, told the Daily News, “The doctor who called me from Colombia just called me and told me my wife had just passed away. She didn’t have any information to tell me when I was asking her ... Something just doesn’t add up.”
A Saudi Airlines jet was turned into a bloody mess after it was hit with a massive bird strike ... which damaged the nose of the aircraft.
According to the Aviation Safety Network, Saudi Airlines flight SV340 hit a flock of birds shortly after takeoff from Houari Boumediene Airport in Algiers Saturday.
While the strike damaged the nose cone of the Boeing 777-300, the plane continued to its destination and landed safely at King Abdulaziz International Airport in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
KISS has suffered another blow ... Danny Francis, the legendary band's head of security, has passed away.
Co-lead vocalist, Paul Stanley, 73, made the announcement on X, writing, "Danny Francis, my dear friend, assistant and so much more for 30 years of tours and life has died after a brutal fight with liver cancer. He was loved by Erin and all my children and his kindness was given to everyone he came in contact with. My condolences to his entire family."
This comes as Stanley and the rest of the band are still mourning the sudden loss of guitarist Ace Frehley.

A popular YouTuber known as "Mr. Crafty Pants" has been arrested after allegedly possessing and trading disturbing sexual images of children online ... according to reports.
Authorities say Michael David Booth, who has nearly 600,000 subscribers on his YouTube channel, was taken into custody last week after allegedly sharing explicit photos of minors through the social media app Kik, Wave News reported.
According to an arrest report, obtained by the outlet, Booth allegedly had six explicit images, including three showing children under 12, he is accused of sharing more than 15 times at the beginning of August.
Nick Mangold's sudden passing has shaken the NFL community ... and his former coach, Rex Ryan, fought back tears on live TV as he reflected on the loss of the beloved player.
