Lady Gaga gave fans a shock on Thursday in Los Angeles ... when the superstar gave an unexpected performance for the one-night showing of her concert film "Mayhem Requiem."
Social media was flooded with videos of Gaga dressed in a flowing red-and-black Victorian gown, making her way around The Grove ... heading out of the Apple Store and over to a nearby AMC Theatres location, backed by a New Orleans-esque marching band playing her "Mayhem" hits as 40 goth performers writhed and crept along.

The surprise appearance promoted the one-night-only event premiering her live performance film, 'Mayhem Requiem' ... recorded at her January concert at The Wiltern.
Gaga also gave a short speech before the film screened, talking about the process of creating the project and how much it means to her. She also thanked the fans for their undying support and love. "Mayhem Requiem" is streaming on Apple Music.
One thing's for sure ... no one there last night was holding a "Poker Face."

WSB-TV Atlanta spoke to a handful of irritated residents in the suburbs of Atlanta who say empty Waymos are circling their cul-de-sacs -- one person claims they observed 50 cars pass by within one hour. Other videos show similar swarms of the driverless vehicles on city streets.
Residents say this is happening during the morning hours ... one person pointing out, "We have small animals and pets, got kids getting on the bus in the morning and it just doesn’t feel safe to have that traffic."
An Auburn University graduate had her life cut short by her boyfriend's dad in Alabama -- and police have now arrested the suspect for the accidental shooting, according to authorities.
Jeffrey Scott Towers, 54, was apprehended by the Trussville PD this week and charged with manslaughter after he fatally shot his son's 22-year-old partner, Whitney Robeson, police announced Monday.
Trussville detectives launched an extensive investigation and, with help from the Jefferson County coroner, determined that the March 7 shooting was an accident. As for how they came to that conclusion, the police have not yet released those details.
In May 2025, Robeson got her degree in interior design from Auburn University, and she had just started a job as a Trade Consultant for Restoration Hardware, according to her obituary.
Towers, meanwhile, was booked and later released from the Jefferson County Jail after posting $30,000 bond.

U.S Rep. Max Miller is fighting an Ohio doctor in court over allegations the Congressman falsely told police he made antisemitic remarks -- but the politician believes cell phone evidence proves he wasn't lying ... TMZ has learned.
According to court docs, obtained by TMZ, Dr. Feras Hamdan sued the Congressman for defamation in February.
The Ohio-based doctor, a first-generation Palestinian American, claimed Miller, who is Jewish, smeared him as an "unhinged" and "deranged" antisemite who "threatened to kill" Miller and his family and "ran him off the road" in highway incident.

Hamdan claims Miller called the police to report the incident, and the doctor says he ended up being charged with ethnic intimidation and tampering with evidence, both felonies.
Kodak Black is back behind bars in Florida ... TMZ has learned the rapper surrendered on charges of fleeing/eluding law enforcement and resisting an officer without violence.
According to Broward County jail records, seen by TMZ, Kodak was booked Thursday. Both charges are currently listed as pending trial, with bond set at $0.

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... Pratt inked a deal with Los Angeles production company Boardwalk Pictures to roll cameras as he runs for Mayor. The production team is about to begin filming with Spencer, his wife Heidi Montag, and their kids throughout his political journey.
What's really interesting ... our sources say filming would not stop if Spencer gets sworn into office. The contract specifically provides that the show would go on.
Now we're told Spencer and the production company have not put the cart before the horse. As of now everyone is focusing on the campaign, and they haven't discussed details on how filming would continue if he wins. But the ink is dry in the contract.
