Taylor Frankie Paul and Dakota Mortensen's online saga just took another public turn ... this time with Dakota's roommate, Cru, posting a video he says captures the aftermath of a heated argument between the former couple ... and it's emotional.
In the clip, "The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives" star appears visibly upset as Dakota records the interaction. Throughout the video, Taylor repeatedly asks ... "Why are you doing this?" and "Why are you filming me?"
Dakota, the father of one of Taylor's children, responds ... "Now you can get caught," before referencing what he alleges were previous instances in which Taylor had physically assaulted him -- as he hold their child in his arms.

Here's the deal ... Camp Mystic's proposed chief restructuring officer, Karen Nicolaou -- the authorized rep for the camp in the bankruptcy proceedings -- filed a document asking a judge to allow Camp Mystic officials authority to use existing cash management systems in order to facilitate an orderly transition in the early bankruptcy proceedings.
In the docs, Nicolaou notes that Camp Mystic currently holds "over $1 million in camper deposits and prepaid tuition" ... which she says some camper families have agreed to allow the camp to hold on to for a "hoped-for 2027 season" because the camp isn't open this year.
That's a bit shocking ... considering 28 people, including 25 young campers, died last year amid serious flooding in the area.

Newly released police records are shedding new light on Darrell Sheets' death ... authorities say the "Storage Wars" star left behind a suicide note and had recently argued with his son.
According to the Lake Havasu City Police incident report, obtained by TMZ, detectives found a handwritten note tucked inside a black basket in a bathroom closet near where Darrell was found dead. Police summarized it as reading, "I could not take anymore the Facebook bulling, f*** you [redacted]" ... adding the handwriting appeared shaky.
The report also paints a clearer picture of Darrell's final night. His girlfriend told detectives he couldn't sleep, got out of bed in the middle of the night, and moments later she found him standing in the doorway of his office ... telling her to "go back to bed" before a single gunshot rang out.

According to our sources, one exchange from 2025 began after Bret posted a TikTok making fun of Taylor. Taylor allegedly asked Dakota if he'd spoken to Bret, and Dakota replied he'd only talked to him a couple of times over the previous few months.

After 4 days of arguing in court, a Utah judge has ruled that confessional videos of Charlie Kirk's alleged assassin -- 23-year-old Tyler Robinson -- as well as alleged text messages, will be shown publicly today ... and TMZ is streaming live from the courtroom where the exhibits will be shown.
While some video will be redacted ... the public will now be privy to what Tyler admitted to police upon arrest ... as well as what his roommate -- Lance Twiggs -- said in an interview.
The ruling comes after Charlie's widow, Erika Kirk, urged the court to make the evidence public.

We're told the settlement contains two significant provisions.

In court docs, Stefon’s accuser, Christopher Griffith, claims he produced over 100 pages of communications -- including texts on iMessage and Instagram -- between himself and Diggs.
Stefon had claimed Christopher had failed to turn over Instagram messages ... but Christopher said Stefon has those messages himself. Stefon claims Christopher blocked him on Instagram and he can’t see their old messages anymore ... so he asked the judge to order Christopher to hand them over.
As TMZ previously reported, Stefon sued Christopher for defamation, claiming the man was spreading lies about him. Christopher countersued, claiming he was drugged and sexually assaulted at Stefon’s home, which the NFL star denies ever happened.
