The woman was not injured, law enforcement tells us.

Aubrey Plaza has sold the Los Angeles home she shared with her late husband, filmmaker Jeff Baena ... TMZ has learned.

Property records obtained by TMZ show the property closed Friday for $4.375 million, meaning Aubrey sold it for less than the $4.7 million she and Jeff paid in October 2022.

The sale comes as Aubrey starts a new chapter with actor Christopher Abbott. Sources with direct knowledge previously told TMZ the couple welcomed their first child together, a baby girl, in late July. This trustee met D4vd while serving food in the joint ... becoming friendly before D4vd started writing him letters. We're told they would mail out the letters even though they were in the same facility.

You can read the letters for yourself ... they are religious in tone with D4vd writing that he's putting his faith in God and telling a fellow inmate to do the same.

McKenna West is being dragged to court by her biological son’s baby daddy as she continues to fight the biological parents of the baby she gave birth as a surrogate ... TMZ has learned.

According to court docs, obtained by TMZ, Robert Gross sued McKenna on September 2 in Alaska.

A former ABC News employee is asking a judge to dismiss CBS correspondent Matt Gutman from her wrongful termination lawsuit.

Samira Said, who worked as an ABC News field producer, named Gutman as a defendant in a lawsuit filed last month against ABC and parent company The Walt Disney Company.

According to court documents obtained by the L.A. Times, Said's attorneys filed a request Friday to drop Gutman from the case. Her lawyers did not immediately explain why they were seeking his dismissal.

Convicted Tupac Shakur killer Duane "Keffe D" Davis is maintaining his innocence ahead of his sentencing, saying he didn't do "s—t" and wasn't anywhere near the murder scene.

Davis was interviewed by the Hollywood Reporter for an article published Friday after he was recently convicted of the 1996 murder of the iconic rapper during a drive-by shooting in Las Vegas. At his trial, prosecutors said Davis did not pull the trigger but passed a gun to the shooter, who then pumped Tupac full of bullets.

Davis told the Hollywood Reporter ... "I’m innocent, man. They got an innocent man sitting in jail." But he vowed to be released from prison, saying he had already filed an appeal with the state court.
