More DUI trouble for ex-Atlanta Falcons running back Jamal Anderson -- the former NFL star was arrested for DUI on Sunday ... the 2nd time he's been busted for drunk driving in 10 months.

Officials say the 42-year-old was swerving in his lane -- when he was pulled over. During the stop, cops determined he was under the influence and put him under arrest.

He was eventually released on $5,830 bond.

Just 3 days later, Anderson was arraigned on his DUI charge from last November -- when cops say he was discovered passed out behind the wheel of an Escalade on I-85.

BTW -- Anderson was also arrested for DUI in 2012 ... but ultimately pled guilty to the lesser charge of reckless driving.

Nick Prugo -- the guy who masterminded the Hollywood "Bling Ring" -- got busted for another nefarious plot ... this time he allegedly tried to hire someone to rape his longtime nemesis.

Prugo was arrested and charged with solicitation to commit sexual assault, as well as 3 counts of stalking. Prugo's friend, Edward Feinstein, was also taken into custody and charged with the same crimes.

The D.A. says Prugo and Feinstein posted an online ad in January 2014 ... looking to hire men to go to Dawn Daluise's home and rape her. Prugo has a sordid history with Daluise.

She's an esthetician who was also arrested for trying to hire someone to murder a rival skin care shop owner last year. When she got busted she told cops Prugo violated his parole by going out of state ... and he ended up going back to jail briefly.

A second millionaire on "The Millionaire Matchmaker" in less than 2 months has been charged with brutalizing a woman ... and the latest one was so bad, the guy was arrested for attempted murder.

John Bonavia was featured on 'Millionaire Matchmaker' on March 20, 2014. According to the show, he's a financial adviser and worth $1 million.

On Sept. 12th, the Beverly Hills Police Dept. got a call from Bonavia's neighbor, who was alarmed after hearing screaming and pounding coming from Bonavia's house.

Law enforcement tells us, when cops arrived and knocked, Bonavia was uncooperative, so they forced their way in and found Bonavia and a woman, whose face was battered and bloody.

The woman was in bad enough shape that cops arrested Bonavia for attempted murder. The D.A. later charged him with felony injury on a cohabitant. He was also charged with making criminal threats.

And this isn't Bonavia's first brush with the law. In May 2014, another girlfriend accused him of hitting her with his fists and choking her.

And earlier this month, another millionaire from 'Millionaire Matchmaker' was charged with forcible rape, rape by use of drugs, forcible oral copulation, sexual penetration by a foreign object and attempted sodomy by use of force, and 2 counts of administering drugs to commit rape.

A tattoo artist who appeared on the TV show "Best Ink" got nailed by cops for burglarizing her ex's apartment, but luckily ... she can drown her sorrows in the $200 beer stein she allegedly jacked.

Jessica Rotwein -- a Season 1 star on 'Ink' -- was arrested Thursday for the burglary cops say she pulled off back in March at her ex-boyfriend's Bronx apartment ... where security cams caught her coming through the front doors.

Rotwein was apparently fond of beverages -- she allegedly made off with the high-priced mug, 2 shot glasses, and $40 coffee maker. She also took her mail and a $15 shower caddy, 'cause y'know ... hygiene.

We're assuming it was a bad breakup.

Vine star Eric Dunn might have more than 3 million followers on the social app but he was just another guy at a college football game causing problems, which cops solved by arresting him.

Police say Dunn was in the stands at a Florida Atlantic University football game last week when staff asked him several times to stop blowing a whistle, but he refused. Cops showed up and asked Eric to come with them ... but the Viner protested.

Words were exchanged when the officers pulled him out of his seat and away from the crowd.

They say Eric was belligerent, so they tried cuffing him but he resisted. He was eventually arrested and charged with trespassing and resisting an officer.

Videos on social media showed the arrest.

"Star Trek: Voyager" actress Jennifer Lien is behind bars after cops arrested her for allegedly exposing herself to 3 kids under 13.

We've learned 2 weeks ago Lien was at her Tennessee home when she got in an argument with her neighbor outside her house. She was angry that a small child was crying over a cut foot.

Lien allegedly exposed her breasts and rear end to the 3 neighbor kids. Cops took a report and Lien denied exposing herself. But they didn't believe her and got a warrant for her arrest.

When cops went to Lien's house to arrest her she didn't go down without a fight. Cops say she refused to put clothes on, was carried to the police car and threatened to have them shot and killed.

Lien, who played Kes during the first three seasons of "Star Trek: Voyager" has been in jail since her arrest Sept. 3. Her bond is set at $2,500.

Chris Brown may have a leg up in his custody battle with his baby mama Nia Guzman ... her boyfriend was just arrested for forging checks.

Law enforcement tells TMZ King Ba was arrested for felony forgery, after he allegedly faked more than $5,000 in U.S. Treasury checks. We're told he was released on a $5,000 bond.

Ba told authorities he turned himself in after seeing his mug on Crime Stoppers.

As we reported, Nia has filed legal docs claiming Chris is not a suitable parent because he hangs with a bad element, but the sword may have been turned on her. For her part, sources close to Nia say she broke up with Ba.

Now all Chris has to do is worry about those drug tests.

Two topless women from the feminist group, FEMEN, stormed the stage of a Muslim conference during a "wife beating" discussion in France Sunday.

The conference about Islam’s teachings took place in Pontoise, France ... with one topic discussing whether men are allowed to beat their wives.

During the discussion, two FEMEN activists jumped on stage and pulled the microphone away from the shocked speakers. Security guards quickly pulled the 2 women off stage ... appearing to kick one of them as she was dragged away.

FEMEN naked protests, which was originally founded in 2008 in Ukraine, have popped up in many different countries ... normally with messages painted across their bodies.

During this protest one message painted across one of the activist's chest is reported to have read “nobody makes me submit.”

The womens identities are not yet known.

Lorenzo Lamas' son was arrested in an eerily similar situation as Kim Richards ... but in this case, he allegedly stole from Target and fought his way out with a baby in his arms.

A.J. Lamas -- who appeared on the reality show, "Leave It To Lamas" -- was popped at a Van Nuys Target for robbery. Cops say he stole a wrench, clothes and tennis shoes. As for why he was busted for robbery ... cops say on his way out when security tried to stop him, he punched the security and got away.

What makes it particularly dangerous and sad -- he had a baby in his arms during the incident.

Young Money rapper Chanel West Coast won't be charged with assaulting and battering a security guard in a drunken stupor, despite the fact that most of it is right there for all to see on video.

The video is epic -- the "Ridiculousness" star was booted from 1 OAK non compos mentis last month after she allegedly started a fight inside. But the fighting didn't stop there, because she went wild on a security guard, kicking and punching him.

After failed negotiations, she was cuffed and arrested.

But the forgiving guard has decided to let bygones be bygones, so charges will not be filed.

It may not be over. Chanel posted pics of her bruises from the incident, claiming she was unnecessarily roughed up.

'Love and Hip Hop' star Teairra Mari just learned a tough lesson -- you can get charged for not getting a phone charge.

You might remember ... Mari allegedly went nuts on an Uber driver in July after he refused to let her charge her cellphone. The driver claims Mari began to punch him and stole his charger -- forcing him to pull over.

Prosecutors bought the driver's story and on Friday Mari was charged with battery and theft -- both misdemeanors. She was also hit with a vandalism charge but it's not clear where that came from.

The man "Big Bang Theory" star Jim Parsons singled out for praise during his Emmy acceptance speech in 2010 has been arrested for having an improper relationship with his high school student -- a felony.

42-year-old Greg Stanley -- who was Parsons' roommate in college and longtime friend -- was arrested in College Station, Texas after a 17-year-old complained Stanley lured him to his home last month, served him alcohol and sexually assaulted him.

Stanley was a theater arts teacher at College Station High School, where the 17-year-old attended.

According to cops, a conversation after the incident between Stanley and the 17-year-old was recorded, in which Stanley reportedly said he would give the boy a prominent position within a student organization "if we could just move on."

As for why Stanley wasn't charged with child molestation ... the age of consent in Texas is 17.

Stanley has been placed on administrative leave.

A rep for Parsons tells TMZ, "They were friends but have not been in contact for several years."

Katie Rees -- who was stripped of her Miss Nevada crown in 2006 after nude photos of her surfaced online -- was busted Tuesday night for felony possession of meth.

According to the Las Vegas Sun, Rees was the passenger in a car driven by her boyfriend that was pulled over by police for speeding and failing to signal.

The paper says that during their interrogation of Rees and her boyfriend, police found rolling papers, two smoking pipes and a canister containing what police believed to be marijuana. Cops also found, Xanax, Oxycontin and meth ... which Rees admitted to smoking earlier in the day.

Reese was booked on five different drug charges, including felony possession of meth.

The boyfriend was arrested on multiple felony counts as well.

Rees was busted in 2008 for allegedly assaulting a police officer. She was also busted on felony drug charges earlier this year.

The guy busted for sending child porn to one of the "Dance Moms" kids had violent fantasies about Lindsay Lohan and served time in prison and a mental hospital ... TMZ has learned.

According to court docs we've obtained ... Phoenix Sundown was arrested back in 2007 for assaulting his 18-year-old girlfriend. He was 29 at the time. Sundown got 3 years in a state pen, but was eventually diagnosed with a mental disorder and transferred to a prison hospital.

During counseling there ... doctors discovered Sundown had several photos of women with red pen and wax markings on their breasts and crotches. One collage showed a Lindsay Lohan pic with trails of red dripping on her body, and Sundown holding a long knife over her.

He also copped to writing to Spin magazine about his sexual fantasies with several other female celebs, but said he never contacted them directly.

Cops nabbed the guy who allegedly sent creepy packages to a "Dance Moms" star who is a minor -- and they believe some of the items he sent were pornographic.

TMZ has learned the suspect is named Phoenix Sundown ... and San Diego PD arrested him Tuesday afternoon. As we reported earlier ... the packages arrived at a Pennsylvania post office on Tuesday, and the bomb squad was called in to destroy them.

36-year-old Sundown was booked for sending explicit or obscene matter to a minor -- specifically images of a minor engaged in sexual conduct. He's being held on $25,000 bail.

We've spoken to reps for the "Dance Moms" student to whom Sundown sent the package. We're not revealing her name because of her age -- but the rep tells us Sundown started harassing the child 2 months ago.

The rep says Sundown would post pics of Elizabeth Smart, tag the the "Dance Moms" star ... and included the hashtag, "#futuregoals." They immediately reported the activity to police.

Taylor Swift never broke stride as a crazed fan jumped onstage and went toe-to-toe with her security force in a fight so nasty ... bones were broken.

The intense brawl went down Saturday night at San Diego's Petco Park, and law enforcement sources tell us 26-year-old Christian Ewing snuck into the concert -- repeatedly evading security guards trying to toss him.

We're told Ewing eventually charged onto the stage just as Taylor was runway strutting during "Style." Check out the video ... 4 security guards immediately pounced on him, but he put up a hell of a fight.

The guards eventually dragged him away -- but one guard broke a rib. Ewing was booked for felony and misdemeanor battery, and obstruction. His bail is set at $35k.

Besides a quick glance ... Taylor was able to shake it off.
