Justin Bieber is in the crosshairs of the L.A. County Probation Dept ... because his Canadian arrest just set in motion a chain reaction that could land him behind bars.

Law enforcement sources tell us an investigation has been launched to determine if Justin's arrest for dangerous driving and assault constitutes a violation. We're told officials will contact law enforcement in Canada to verify the details of the incident.

Justin is currently on 2 years probation after pleading to misdemeanor vandalism in the egging case back in July.

Cops in Canada say Bieber got into a physical altercation with a paparazzo after his ATV collided with the photog's minivan.

Justin Bieber got arrested in Canada after crashing his ATV into a minivan driven by paparazzi ... TMZ has learned -- and he now faces charges of dangerous driving and assault.

Bieber was taken into custody Friday afternoon in Perth County, Ontario. Police say there was a physical altercation between Justin and a paparazzo in the minivan ... after they had the collision.

Justin was photographed riding the ATV with Selena Gomez Friday in Ontario near his father's home.

Police say Justin was released and will have to appear in court later this month.

He could have a bigger problem on his hands though -- Justin is on probation for 2 years after the egging case in L.A. So, it's possible this arrest could trigger a violation.

Justin's attorney says Justin and Selena are fully cooperating with the police investigation.

San Francisco 49ers defensive lineman Ray McDonald was arrested early Sunday morning on allegations of felony domestic violence.

Police in San Jose, CA tell TMZ Sports ... McDonald was arrested at his home at around 3:00 AM. No other details were known.

War Machine has now been transferred to Clark County Detention Center in Las Vegas where he will faces charges in the alleged beating of porn star Christy Mack.

As TMZ first reported, the former MMA fighter was captured at a hotel in the Los Angeles area after he avoided police for days following the alleged beating of Mack and her new boyfriend at her home in Las Vegas.

LAPD got themselves a 2-for-1 deal Friday night ... when they went to arrest someone for allegedly violating their probation ... and ended up arresting rapper Nipsey Hussle too!

Hussle was picked up in downtown Los Angeles and booked for obstructing a police officer. According to police, they were raiding a clothing store looking for a possible probation violator and Hussle (real name Emmias Ashghedom) happened to be there as well.

It's unclear what Hussle did to get himself arrested, but his rep says Nipsey feels the arrest was "unjust and without cause." He was released Saturday morning after posting $13,000 bail.

Joe Francis is now facing 7 misdemeanor counts for his alleged attack at "Girls Gone Wild" headquarters, and a judge has issued a warrant for his arrest.

TMZ broke the story ... Joe got busted back in May after scrapping with a security guard and a 'GGW' employee at his old office. He was also hauled in for violating a restraining order that required him to stay away from the building.

Now prosecutors have charged Joe with 1 count of criminal threats, 2 counts trespassing, 1 count of battery, and 3 counts of disobeying a court order.

According to a source close to Joe ... he actually called cops the night of the arrest, because he says the security guard attacked HIM. We're told there is surveillance video to support Joe's claim.

Rapper Bobby Shmurda doesn't just rap about guns, he's got 'em in real life ... and got busted for one in NYC recently.

According to court documents, Shmurda was arrested in the Brownsville area of Brooklyn on June 3. The doc says cops spotted Shmurda showing off the weapon in an apartment and when they went to investigate, he tried to hide it in a couch.

Police eventually recovered a 9mm Glock pistol, and a magazine for it which contained 14 rounds.

He was charged with felony criminal possession of a weapon, says the paper, a charge that could land him 15 years in prison.

The good news: Nick Gordon walked away from a terrible car accident Thursday morning with no major injures. The bad news is ... he got arrested for DUI.

Law enforcement sources in Roswell, GA tell TMZ ... Gordon (who is married to Whitney Houston's daughter Bobbi Kristina) lost control of his BMW, hit a curb, took out a fire hydrant and flipped his car upside down. We're told it finally came to a rest after sliding around 200 feet.

When cops arrived on scene, we're told they discovered Nick was driving on a suspended license and cops felt Gordon's behavior gave them probable cause to arrest him for DUI.

We're told police did not conduct a breathalyzer test, but they are seeking a warrant for a blood test.

Robert Downey Jr.'s son Indio won't have his day in court just yet ... TMZ has learned his arraignment scheduled for Thursday was pushed back because the 20-year-old is still getting treatment in rehab.

As TMZ first reported, Indio was arrested in West Hollywood back on June 29 after cops observed him smoking something out of a pipe while riding in the passenger seat of a car.

Indio is facing charges of felony possession of a controlled substance and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.

Thursday in court, his attorney, Blair Berk, told the judge Indio is doing well in his live-in treatment facility.

He's due back in court next month.

Ray J's sexual battery and assault case in Beverly Hills will be wiped away -- for the most part -- after his attorney struck an amazing plea deal ... TMZ has learned.

Honestly, Houdini's got nothing on Ray J ... who is pleading no contest to misdemeanor trespassing. Ready for the Houdini part? The other charges for sexual battery, assault on a police officer, and resisting arrest ... will all be dismissed.

TMZ broke the story when Ray was busted at the Beverly Wilshire Hotel back in May for allegedly grabbing a woman's breast, and then getting into a violent altercation with arresting officers. He kicked out the window of a BH PD patrol car.

The plea deal requires Ray to be on probation for 3 years, do 50 hours of community service, 12 anger management counseling sessions, and 12 alcohol therapy sessions.

6:23 A.M. PDT -- The D.A. added an additional count of criminal obstruction of breathing ... when Budden was officially charged late Wednesday night. According to the complaint, Budden allegedly grabbed his girlfriend's cellphone from her, then grabbed her by the neck, making it hard for her to breathe.

Rapper Joe Budden -- who is accused of brutalizing his GF -- surrendered to NYC cops Wednesday morning, but arrogantly predicted he'd soon be out on the streets partying it up with strippers.

Budden turned himself in to NYPD's 34th precinct ... where he was charged with robbery and grand larceny -- for allegedly taking his GF's cell phone during a violent assault. While he was still in custody ... Budden tweeted, "I'll be out in time for the strip club later."

As we reported ... sources say Budden became enraged when he saw pics of his girlfriend with other men. He allegedly dragged her out of a NYC restaurant ... and drove her to his home in NJ where she told cops he beat the crap out of her.

NJ cops are still investigating the alleged assault ... so Budden might not want to brag about his freedom just yet.

Discovery is permanently pulling the plug on its hit show "Sons of Guns" ... as the show's star faces child rape charges.

A rep for Discovery tells TMZ ... “Given the serious and horrific nature of the charges against Will Hayden, we have decided to halt further production of Sons of Guns and cancel the series.”

TMZ broke the story ... Hayden was re-arrested Tuesday when cops decided to charge him with child rape. Hayden was first arrested 2 weeks ago for allegedly molesting his 12-year-old daughter.

Hayden is the owner of Red Jacket Firearms ... the gun store featured on Discovery's show, which ran for 5 seasons.

Hayden is still in custody after his arrest.

11:30 AM PT -- Will didn't just lose his TV show ...he lost his company too ... Red Jacket Firearms just announced they've severed all ties with Hayden.

Young Jeezy didn't have just any old weapon when he was busted Sunday ... he was armed with a military style AK-47 ... according to court docs.

We're told Jeezy is one of 6 people who've been charged with possessing the assault rifle ... a felony charge. All of the suspects were on the rapper's tour bus when cops found the weapon, and our sources say they all got charged because no one copped to owning it.

We broke the story ... cops searched the bus while investigating the deadly shooting at Wiz Khalifa and Jeezy's concert last Friday.

Two of Jeezy's entourage members are already convicted felons ... so they got 2 additional charges.

4:30 PM PT -- TMZ has obtained arrest docs in Hayden's case ... and Hayden's daughter is now backing up the allegations. She told investigators Hayden took her virginity in March, 2013 when she was 11-years-old. She said she was orally and vaginally raped almost daily, but did not report it because he threatened her physically.

According to the docs, the victim says Hayden told her, "Don't tell them nothing, because I'm all you got."

Will Hayden has been arrested again -- this time cops are adding a charge of child rape in the molestation case he's already facing ... TMZ has learned.

TMZ broke the story ... the "Sons of Guns" cast member was busted 2 weeks ago in Louisiana for allegedly molesting his 12-year-old daughter. Hayden was released after posting bail -- but we've learned he was picked up again today.

Law enforcement sources tell us the investigation led the East Baton Rouge Sheriff's Department to tack on a charge of aggravated rape of a child. An arrest warrant was issued today ... and cops, aided by U.S. Marshals, nabbed Hayden in Livingston, LA.

Hayden told us after the initial arrest that his ex-girlfriend -- and mother of the child -- was making false allegations to get back at him for ending their relationship.

Young Jeezy is currently behind bars for possession of an assault rifle ... and TMZ has learned the weapon turned up during the investigation into the deadly shooting at Wiz Khalifa's concert Friday night.

We're told Irvine PD executed a search warrant on the rapper's tour bus Sunday at the Verizon Wireless Amphitheater in connection with the shooting in Mountain View, CA ... where a man died after being shot 5 times.

Jeezy is on tour with Wiz ... and law enforcement sources tell us during the search cops found an assault rifle they believe belongs to Jeezy. Several members of Jeezy's entourage were also arrested for gun possession.

Shia LaBeouf called 911 after coming face-to-face with an intruder at his L.A. home ... and you hear Shia scream at the strange woman, "Don't touch me!."

LaBeouf -- who sounds relatively calm -- tells dispatchers a woman who'd been stalking him for weeks was right at his door.

Cops arrested 31-year-old Graciela Nahle. Law enforcement tells us ... she's been there twice ... both times skulking around.

Nahle copped a quick plea after last weeks' arrest .... no contest to trespassing. She was sentenced to 45 days in jail ... but she was out in just 4 days.

She's also been ordered to stay far away from LaBeouf.
