Cardi was with Offset Wednesday night at The MacArthur in DTLA to ring in his 26th birthday. On the way out, she gave him the big gift first -- a new Rolls-Royce Wraith!!!

You can tell he was stoked by the way he thanks his bride-to-be -- nothin' says "love you" like a nice squeeze -- but the presents weren't over from there. Looks like she also bought him a fully blinged out watch! And Cardi made it clear to us -- she put down her own cash for the goods.

Aside from high-priced gifts, Offset also had his pals Quavo, Takeoff, Big Sean, Swae Lee, Lil Yachty, G-Eazy and Ashanti there to celebrate.

Jamie Foxx might as well have been turning 35 this week instead of 50 by how many old-school hip-hop acts he booked for his birthday bash ... talk about memory lane.

Jamie rang in the big 5-0 Wednesday night at Paramount Pictures Studios with a straight-up concert, and he brought out the big guns with guys like Ice Cube, Snoop Dogg, Ludacris and Too Short.

Jr.'s bash was anything but low budget -- DJ Ruckus spun all night with the all-star musical performances and celeb guests like Austin Mahone, Lance Bass, Joanna Krupa and Adrienne Bailon.

Kim and Kourtney Kardashian killed 2 birds with 1 stone by throwing their sons a joint monster-themed birthday party where Santa even made the guest list.

The Kardashians do parties right and this was no exception because the sisters added a little yuletide vibe by installing an ice rink in the backyard. Pretty hard to pull off in L.A. in December.

The woman who called 911 from French Montana's birthday party claimed someone loaded her up with drugs, then tossed her out of the house naked, but her biggest concern seemed to be getting out of Calabasas.

TMZ obtained the call placed last month from French's crib, where his 33rd birthday celebration went into the wee hours. The woman struggled to provide details ... first claiming to be in Beverly Hills, then telling the 911 operator she was texting photos. The poor operator had to tell the caller, several times, you can't send pics, ma'am.

When asked what's around her, all she could say was, "Calabasas."

The caller did drop some outrageous allegations -- claiming she'd been raped and punched. Law enforcement sources tell us responding cops found no evidence to support the allegations and made no arrests. They did find 2 women who'd been fighting and, as we reported, told them to leave.

Blink-182 and Steve Aoki are both known for playing loud music to packed crowds, so seeing the band unplug for Aoki in a living room with only about 100 others is quite the sight.

Aoki turns 40 Thursday, so Blink serenaded him with a couple songs. The band went with a non-traditional birthday jam, “What’s My Age Again?," and added a personal touch for Steve by changing the lyrics from "Nobody likes you when you're 23” to ... "when Aoki’s 40.”

The intimate get-together went down at billionaire Ron Burkle's famed Greenacres estate in Beverly Hills, and raised half a million for Aoki's charitable foundation. Oddly, no sign of cake in the video.

French Montana's birthday shindig proved yet again to be a celebrity magnet ... drawing tons of them for his 33rd affair.

The rapper went all out -- with sponsorship help from Brother Love Diddy's CIROC French Vanilla -- for the festivities Thursday night at a Bev Hills mansion. A bunch of Montana's buddies rolled through -- DJ Khaled, The Weeknd, Lil Uzi Vert, Belly, OT Genasis, Cassie and producer Scott Storch among them.

'Love & Hip Hop' star Miss Nikki Baby dolled up for the occasion but wouldn't reveal Montana's gift. Storch's gift is literally music to Montana's ears. We're told Jermaine Dupri was also there and DJ Marshmello spinned the night.

No choppers this year ... but the bash did include a dance performance that was lit(erally).
