Justin Bieber just got CALLED OUT by former two-time boxing champ Fernando Vargas -- who says his teenage son Fernando Jr. would KICK THE CRAP out of the Biebs ... and wants his chance to do so.

The Vargas' were doing an interview with BBoxingnews.com when the elder Fernando was asked if he'd let Jr. -- an undefeated amateur-- spar Justin since he's been training with Floyd Mayweather.

"Bring him down, we'll meet him anywhere, I'd love to do a fight with Justin Bieber and my son."

The younger Vargas weighed in too, saying he's seen Justin training with Floyd on social media and says he definitely wants to test his pretty Canadian chin.

"He's alright, he's cool. If he's trying to do [Mayweather's famous shoulder roll technique], I don't see it happening for him."

The man who "boxed" Mickey Rourke in Russia is PISSED -- telling TMZ Sports the actor's people are STIFFING him out of $5,000 he was promised for the fight.

We spoke with 29-year-old Elliot Seymour who says he was supposed to be paid $15k to step in the ring with the 62-year-old actor ... but only got $10k.

Seymour says the whole situation was sketchy -- but insists he was NOT paid to take a dive.

"People can say whatever they want ... if you've never been in a fight before in your life, you have no idea what it feels like to get hit."

Despite the financial dispute, Seymour says he's down to fight Mickey again -- if Mickey wants a rematch.

Rourke's boxing manager tells TMZ ... Seymour only got $10,000 because that's the most he can carry through customs. He says Seymour will get the other $5,000 next week, saying, "I think the poor kid is just enjoying the attention a little too much and is beginning to talk to the press about anything just to get more attention."

Boxing champ Peter "Kid Chocolate" Quillin is making his silver screen debut next year -- as none other than the original Black Mamba himself Roger Mayweather ... TMZ Sports has learned.

Quillin tells us he auditioned, and landed the small role in an upcoming flick entitled "Bleed For This" -- a true-life story centered around the life of world champion boxer Vinny Pazienza, played by "Divergent" actor Miles Teller.

"Only Roger Mayweather can be Roger Mayweather," Quillin says ... "What I tried to do is bring a fighter's mentality to his character."

The 31-year-old champ says the hardest part of the job was nailing down the fight choreography -- since he's not used to scripting out his moves in the ring -- but says there's one part of the gig that came naturally.

"I remembered all of my lines. I didn't f**k up."

Boxer Jermain Taylor has finally been hit with charges for SHOOTING his cousin at his Arkansas mansion back in August -- and if convicted, could face up to 26 years behind bars.

Taylor's wife called 911 immediately following the August 26th shooting ... and Jermain can be heard on tape admitting he shot a man. He also warns police, "Better come get him before I kill him."

At the time, Taylor claimed the man was an intruder and he was protecting his property -- but prosecutors are calling BS ... telling us they're not buying Taylor's self-defense story.

Now, he's been charged with battery and making terrorist threats -- both felonies. If convicted on both counts, he could face a maximum of 26 years in prison.

As for the victim, we're told he survived the shooting. No word on his current condition.

His GF claims Floyd Mayweather pulled a gun on her ... and repeatedly beat her up ... but Nelly says HE'S not going to bury the hatchet with the boxer because "I ain't got no hatchet to bury."

It's an interesting statement ... considering Nelly's girlfriend Shantel Jackson filed a bombshell lawsuit against Mayweather earlier this year ... essentially saying Floyd terrorized her during their 2-year relationship.

Floyd and Nelly have also exchanged barbs in the media -- but last night, when Nelly was leaving Pinz bowling alley in L.A., the rapper insisted he's not the one holding the grudge.

As one law enforcement source put it, "[Floyd] goes in and pulls a 'Do you know who I am' and does inappropriate things with some of the women."

We spoke with honchos from multiple strip clubs who tell us they will NOT heed the warnings, because they've never had a problem with Floyd. Plus, everyone knows he spends a TON of cash.

Sources close to Floyd tell us the boxer is adamant he has NEVER done anything wrong at a strip club -- particularly with women -- and has no idea why cops would have him in their crosshairs.

Boxing legend Leon Spinks was taken down after going a few round with some chicken wings ... TMZ Sports has learned.

We broke the story ... Spinks is currently hospitalized in Nevada -- and now, we've learned Leon's medical problems can all be traced back to a chicken wing meal gone bad.

Leon's attorney tells us Spinks is known to his friends as the "Chicken Wing King" -- and during a recent meal, accidentally swallowed a bone ... which got stuck in his intestine.

Spinks has undergone two surgical procedures so far -- with a 3rd scheduled for later today. We're told Leon is conscious and on the mend.

We're also told ... Leon's current wife Brenda is adamant she has power of attorney over Leon -- despite a claim to the contrary by Leon's ex-wife Betty.

As we previously reported, Betty says Leon empowered her to call the shots regarding his health after they divorced back in 2004.

But Leon's attorney tells us, "Brenda and Leon have a power of attorney agreement. Betty's power of attorney was expressly revoked by Leon."

Boxing legend Leon Spinks -- who famously beat Muhammad Ali in 1978 -- is hospitalized in Las Vegas, TMZ Sports has learned ... and his friends say the situation is very serious.

Sources connected to the 61-year-old Olympic gold medal winner tell us ... Spinks underwent surgery this weekend for abdominal problems (his 2nd surgery for the issue) and there were complications during the surgery.

We're told the situation seemed dire at first ... but Spinks seems to be doing better.

Leon's wife issued a statement saying, "It's going to be a long road ahead, but he's strong and he's starting to recover."

Leon's good friend Tony Orlando -- the famous singer -- is asking people to "Please pray for my friend Leon Spinks" ... and said the boxer is "facing the greatest fight of his life."

A former heavyweight boxing champ who's OBSESSED with fighting Wladimir Klitschko has taken his pursuit to the sea ... chartering a boat to HARASS Klitschko this morning while he was out paddleboarding in Miami.

The video is maniacal -- showing Shannon Briggs hammering Klitschko with taunt after taunt ... while buzzing right by the guy ... eventually knocking him off his paddle board.

At one point during the incident, you can see and hear Klitschko tell Briggs, "You crossed the line."

Briggs has been all over Klitschko recently in an effort to coerce him into stepping back in the ring so they can fight.

Briggs recently found WK while he was eating lunch at an Italian restaurant and ignited a physical confrontation in which Briggs cut his foot on broken glass and ended up in the hospital.

Michael Jackson's son could be the next great boxing prodigy -- because Floyd Mayweather says he is going to PERSONALLY train Prince Jackson ... now that he's apparently joined The Money Team.

Floyd was PUMPED when he saw the pics of Prince rollin' around Calabasas this weekend in a truck covered in "The Money Team" decals -- and yesterday, Mayweather told us he can't wait to train the kid.

"I haven't worked with him yet, but I look forward to working with him when I get back to Las Vegas," Mayweather told TMZ Sports.

But Prince's uncle Jermaine Jackson says all is not as it appears ... telling TMZ Sports his nephew is NOT an official TMT member and only got into the TMT vehicle because he likes big trucks.

Doesn't seem to matter to Floyd ... at this point, seems Prince is officially in the crew ... whether Jermaine likes it or not.

Boxing champ Andre Berto is coming out swinging HARD at Victor Ortiz ... telling TMZ Sports V.O. is INSANE for asking Floyd Mayweather for a rematch -- because Floyd would KILL HIM.

Berto was out at Katsuya in Hollywood last night -- when he said Ortiz sounded "crazy" and "desperate" for calling out Floyd ... saying, "[Victor] needs to fight me again. I''l f**k his ass up."

Berto says if Ortiz can beat him -- "which he won't" -- then he deserves a shot at Mayweather.

FYI -- Ortiz DEFEATED Berto when they fought back in 2011 with Ortiz getting the unanimous decision.

Still, Berto is fired up ... saying, "I need to go ahead to whoop his ass before it's said and done."

Boxing phenom Gerald Washington was arrested in Burbank, CA late Monday night ... TMZ Sports has learned.

Washington -- a former tight end at USC -- is 14-0 in the ring ... but last night, the 32-year-old found himself in handcuffs after a routine traffic stop went south.

Law enforcement sources tell us ... cops noticed Washington's Chevy truck was "straddling the lines" just before midnight ... plus, he had expired tags ... so they pulled him over.

During the stop, cops determined Washington was NOT under the influence -- but officers noticed a warrant out for his arrest stemming for a previous driving without a license incident.

He was taken into custody and bail was set at $5k.

Floyd Mayweather was snubbed by Warren Buffett before his championship fight Saturday night, because the billionaire and his company had issues with the champ, weed and women.

Sources connected to both Mayweather and Buffett tell TMZ ... the mogul had agreed to walk Floyd into the ring ... accompanied by Justin Bieber and Wiz Khalifa. In fact, we're told Buffett was excited to be part of Team Money.

But our sources say Buffett's company, Berkshire Hathaway, had problems with the spectacle, primarily because of a Mayweather documentary -- "All Access." Buffett is featured in the flick with Floyd ... and the very next scene shows Money carousing with women while his posse rolls joints.

The documentary didn't sit well with Buffett's people -- they felt it reflected badly on their boss. We're told at around 10 A.M. Saturday ... Warren agreed and 86'd his plan to walk Floyd into the ring.

After Floyd found out Buffett bailed ... he decided to walk out alone.

Buffett still went to the fight and was with Floyd in his dressing room before the bout.
