Kate Hudson Fashion Line Ex-Employee Sues ... I Was Fired for Going to Rehab!

Published | Updated

2:48 PM PT -- A rep for TechStyle Fashion Group, which owns JustFab and Fabletics, tells TMZ ... the company finds the claims against it baseless and meritless, and plans to defend itself in court. They add ... "Please know that we take the welfare of our employees extremely seriously and strive to create a happy and healthy workplace."

Kate Hudson's online retailer fired one of its workers for trying to treat a sleeping pill addiction ... so says the ex-employee suing the company.

Talitha Peters just filed suit against Fabletics and parent company JustFab, who she says wrongfully terminated her after a 2-year tenure as an exec ... after her bosses assumed she was addicted to illegal drugs.

In the docs filed by Rosen Saba, LLP -- obtained by TMZ -- Peters says she became disabled after getting addicted to Ambien from work-related issues. She says she eventually needed medical leave to go to rehab, and claims she got it without questions at first.

But when Peters tried extending the absence, she claims Fabletics execs started digging into why she needed it ... allegedly prying for private medical info. On the day she was set to return to work this June, Peters says her boss fired her for made-up reasons.

Peters claims Fabletics discriminated against her disability and retaliated based on faulty intel ... now she's suing for damages.

Kate Hudson is not named in the lawsuit -- but she is a co-founder of Fabletics. We've reached out to Kate and JustFab for comment ... so far, no word back.

Former 'Apprentice' contestant Summer Zervos was not silent about her claims Donald Trump sexually assaulted her in 2007 -- this according to her friend and her attorney, Gloria Allred.

Allred held a news conference to defend her client against critics attempting to poke holes in her story. She was joined by Ann Russo -- a social worker and close friend of Zervo -- who said Summer told her of Trump's aggressive sexual behavior back in 2010. Russo strongly defended Zervos ... and offered an interesting explanation as to why she took so long to go public with her accusations.

Donald Trump 'Apprentice' Contestant Alleges He Kissed and Grabbed Her

Published | Updated

A woman who appeared on season 5 of "The Apprentice" is accusing Donald Trump of kissing her on the lips, grabbing her breasts and thrusting his genitals against her body.

Summer Zervos appeared at a news conference Friday with Gloria Allred ... claiming Trump first kissed her on the lips back in 2007 before a meeting at Trump Tower in NYC over the possibility of working for him.

Zervos said she was surprised but nevertheless agreed to another meeting a few days later at the Bev Hills hotel ... where she alleges Trump kissed her "open-mouthed," grabbed her breasts and asked her to lay in bed to watch TV.

And get this ... she says he pointed out someone had delivered a fruit basket, which she felt was a way of bragging that he was important.

Another woman made similar accusations Thursday during an appearance on CNN.

Trump's vehemently denied the allegations ... calling his score of accusers liars.

Derrick Rose Rape Trial An NBA Star's Life is Rough, Man ... Pal & Co-Defendant Testifies

Published | Updated

Derrick Rose's friend took the stand and recounted details from the night of the alleged rape, and explained why Rose's memory of the incident wasn't as clear as his.

Ryan Allen -- who's also a defendant in the case -- told the court graphic details about the night ... including the lighting in the bedroom, kissing the accuser, using lube and a condom and the accuser's pink vibrator. Allen testified the sex was consensual and that the accuser was completely sober.

Rose and Allen have been pals since childhood. The accuser claims they and Randall Hampton broke into her home and gang raped her.

Allen testified he flushed his condom after the sex ... unlike Rose who said he took his with him when they left the apartment. The accuser's attorney asked Allen why he didn't do the same, and he said, "Derrick's condom is a little more desired than my condom."

Translation: Derrick's semen is way more desirable than Allen's. Only one is an NBA superstar.

When the accuser's attorney asked why Allen remembers the night more clearly than Rose ... he said, "People don't know how hard it is to be an NBA player. Derrick had a lot going on with family and basketball." He then bro'd out with Allen, saying ..."I appreciate you pooh."

Allen also testified the pink vibrator helped to jog his memory.

Tyson Fury Vacates Titles After Cocaine Drama 'Focusing On Treatment, Recovery'

In a statement issued by Fury's marketing team, Hennessy Sports -- they never mention cocaine specifically ... but they do make reference to a "serious medical condition."

"[Vacating the belts] will also allow him the time and space to fully recover from his present condition without any undue pressure and with the expert medical attention he requires and his close family support."

Fury failed two drug tests leading up to his fight with Wladimir Klitschko -- both tested positive for cocaine -- and Fury later admitted he's had a ton of blow over the years.

"I feel that it is only fair and right and for the good of boxing to keep the titles active and allow the other contenders to fight for the vacant belts that I proudly won and held as the undefeated heavyweight champion of the world when I defeated the long-standing champion Wladimir Klitschko," Tyson said in the statement.

"I now enter another big challenge in my life which I know, like against Klitschko, I will conquer."

"I was reading an article and it refers to white critique of black protests and how they try to delegitimize it by calling it ‘idiotic, dumb, stupid,’ things of that nature, so they can sidestep the real issue."

"As I was reading that I saw more and more truth how this has been approached by people in power and white people in power in particular."

Kaepernick also said people are "getting too caught up in the flag" ... adding, "At the end of the day the flag is just a piece of cloth and I am not going to value a piece of cloth over people’s lives."

Derrick Rose NO MISTRIAL IN RAPE CASE ... Judge Rules

Published | Updated

No mistrial in the Derrick Rose civil rape case ... the judge just ruled the case will move forward despite claims the accuser hid important text messages from the defense.

As we previously reported, the judge scolded the accuser's legal team in court Tuesday for allegedly withholding texts that could've helped Derrick Rose's case.

The judge had previously said he didn't want to declare a mistrial because the case would likely be brought again in the middle of the NBA season and severely inconvenience him.

But Rose's team did get a minor victory in court Wednesday.

Moments ago, the judge said the accuser's team didn't fully comply in her duty to provide evidence to the other side and will give Rose's team the opportunity to put the accuser back on the stand to grill her about the text messages in question.
