Frances Bean Cobain is pulling the plug on her marriage, and she wants to make it clear to her husband ... he may look like Kurt Cobain, but his money is all hers.

Frances married Isaiah Silva back in June of 2014. 31-year-old Isaiah is in a rock band called The Eeries.

They've been together for 5 years but married for less than 2, and it seems 23-year-old Frances is nervous enough to include in her divorce docs that Isaiah should not even think about making a money grab for her dad's estate -- reportedly valued at $450 MILLION.

She indicates in the docs she's open to paying him spousal support.

Tupac Shakur's mom is getting divorced, TMZ has learned, and her husband wants half of that Tupac money.

Afeni Shakur filed for divorce against Gust Davis, her husband of 12 years. For some reason we're told the couple doesn't have a prenup.

Afeni filed in North Carolina, where judges are not required to divide property 50/50, but rather on a case-by-case basis to determine what's fair. They have lots of property and he wants, among other things, the right to live on their 50 acre North Carolina ranch and wants the keys to the houseboats. Gust, who's a minister, also wants to keep his sweet Jag.

Gust also wants alimony. We're told the Tupac Estate rakes in around $900k a year, but according to Gust, after expenses Afeni gets around $20k a month. We're told he wants $10k a month for the rest of his life.

As for Afeni, she's been separated from Gust for a little more than a year. She's currently living on a houseboat in Sausalito, CA.

Ex-'Biggest Loser' doctor Robert Huizenga has a big problem with his ex-wife ... who says she's cash strapped and fighting illness, while he's off living the life with his 34-year-old P.Y.T.

Wanda Huizenga says she and the Dr. were happily married for 33 years -- plus 3 not-so-happy years -- and during that time she quit working and became a full-time mother and housewife. They split up in 2012, but since then ... Wanda says she's fallen on hard times. She's battling COPD and has a brain tumor.

On the other hand ... Wanda says Robert, who is currently Charlie Sheen's physician, is having the time of his life. In legal docs she describes his health as, "Excellent. Runs 8 miles a day. Young 34-year-old to keep him happy."

Dr. H. is currently paying her $10k per month, but Wanda says that's not cutting it ... especially with her medical bills. She says her ex is not "being fair or generous" and she's hurt beyond belief.

Kristin Cavallari says reports that Jay Cutler was the one who called off their engagement in 2011 are JUST WRONG -- insinuating SHE was the one who dumped him.

The breakup was big news back then ... especially since they announced the split RIGHT AFTER Kristin did a wedding dress photo shoot to publicize the wedding. People thought Jay was pretty cold-hearted.

But now, 5 years later, Kristin is saying everyone (including People, which reported she got dumped) was wrong ... and she went on "Wake Up With Taylor" on SiriusXM to tell her side of the split.

"All the tabloids said that Jay broke up with me, called off the engagement ... and I was like, what the f**k? That's not true! But I didn't say anything 'cause I didn't think it was anybody's business."

Of course, they ended up getting back together a few months later anyway and getting married ... and having a bunch of kids.

Former 'Housewives of Beverly Hills' castmember Marisa Zanuck and her husband Dean are calling it quits after 13 years of marriage.

Marisa filed the divorce docs in L.A. last month, but the writing's been on the wall for at least 3 years or so. Back in season 3 of 'RHOBH' she called Dean "not her type" ... but tried to blow it off, claiming Dean loved her loose lips. Guess not.

Marisa wants she and Dean to have joint legal and physical custody of their two boys, ages 11 and 13.

Charlie Weber, who plays Frank on "How to Get Away with Murder," is cutting bait on his marriage before his one year anniversary.

Charlie's getting a divorce from his wife Giselle after only 9 months. He filed the docs last month in L.A. citing irreconcilable differences.

They don't have kids, but there was a prenup and the docs say that will make for a nice clean split of the couple's assets. No muss, no fuss.

At least Charlie didn't spend Valentine's Day alone ...

Nicki Minaj and Meek Mill are back together and plan to keep it that way during his house arrest sentence and beyond.

Sources close to Nicki and Meek confirm they took about a 3 week hiatus ... which ended when Nicki popped up again on Meek's Snapchat earlier this week. We're told they both realized their communication skills suck and that's caused a lot of unnecessary fighting.

Meek's legal issues put a huge strain on the relationship -- especially because Meek wanted Nicki to stay with him during his sentence -- but we're told she's softened her opposition.

According to our sources, Nicki will be in Philly whenever possible. She has upcoming tour dates in South Africa, but that aside ... she's ride or die.

She posted a selfie from Meek's crib on Friday ... showing off the ring he gave her and the cleavage she's giving him, we suspect.

Actress Anne Dudek is divorcing her husband of nearly 8 years, but she's down to try the newest fad in child custody arrangements.

Dudek -- who's had roles on "Mad Men," "Big Love," 'House' and "Covert Affairs" -- has 2 kids, ages 7 and 4, with her soon-to-be ex, Matthew Heller.

According to the docs, Dudek wants to share legal and physical custody, but the physical part is where it gets interesting. Anne wants the kids to stay in one house, while she and Matthew rotate in and out every 3rd day or so.

"Bird nesting" is kinda the "in" thing to do -- and not just in Hollywood -- since psychologists think it's a good way to create stability for children of divorce.

Chris Brown is still very bitter about his breakup with Karrueche Tran -- so much so, he's going to head-to-head with her manager Jacob York.

Brown started the beef when he saw a pic of one of Jacob's other clients wearing a Chris Brown tee. He reposted it with the caption, "@jacobyork fat ass is gonna have a speech for you" ... knowing Jacob's not a fan of his.

Jacob clapped back, "cocaine is a hell of a drug #davechappelle." Then Chris dropped a diss about Jacob's "commission money he get off da bitches he manage."

This has been simmering since Karrueche and Chris split -- a source close to Chris tells us CB thinks Jacob encouraged her to leave him. Of course, Jacob tells us that's absurd since Chris had a kid behind KT's back.He says, "I think [Chris] needs to keep me out of their personal life and take actions for what he did."

Karrueche finally sounded off too, saying to Chris ... "You're calling me a bitch but screaming my name in a song. Can all this petty s**t stop ... I'm so over the drama."

Guessing the answer is no ... it won't stop.

Porn star and ex-politician Mary Carey is ending her marriage and says it's all because she's super horny and not getting enough nookie.

Mary filed the divorce docs last week in L.A. and cited irreconcilable differences -- but she tells TMZ, at least for her, the marriage to electrician Mario Monge crumbled over their lack of sex.

She claims Mario wanted her to be a housewife, get rid of her XXX moniker and go by her maiden name, Mary Ellen Cook. She admits she just didn't want to let go of her porn alter ego.

Still, it was no quickie ... the marriage lasted more than 6 and a half years. The ex Cali gubernatorial candidate is requesting spousal support, their '03 Cadillac, '04 Corvette and North Hollywood apartment. They don't have any kids.

As for the single life, Mary says she's ready to "meet people and have lots of sex."

Pat filed the docs in Maine on Thursday citing "adultery, cruel and abusive treatment, and irreconcilable differences."

This one isn't the least bit shocking ... considering a judge ordered Don to stay away from Pat following his arrest for the alleged 4 hour domestic assault. Pat said she thought she was going to die during the incident.

The couple was married for 30 years.

Getting raided by cops at gunpoint is where Katt Williams' chick draws the line -- Hazel-E says she's getting out while the getting's good.

We got Hazel at LAX, right after she got off a plane from Georgia ... and she made it clear she and the oft-arrested comedian are officially "on a break."

Bow Wow got the worst birthday present ever -- an egging, which his crew thinks came at the hands of his ex-girlfriend Keyshia Cole ... as breakup revenge.

Bow Wow tweeted early Wednesday that "one of his exes" egged two luxury cars parked outside his home -- fortunately for him, the culprit messed up and yolked his friend's rides. That friend posted pics of the damage and pointed the finger at Keyshia.

But Cole tells TMZ she had zero involvement in the incident, and called out Bow Wow on Twitter for "snitching."

Our sources tell us Bow Wow and his crew are adamant the egg hit was meant for Bow Wow, not his pal, and think Cole is retaliating against him for ending their relationship.

C. Thomas Howell, aka Ponyboy from "The Outsiders," is getting divorced ... but he beat the odds in Hollywood because his marriage and partnership lasted nearly a quarter-century.

Howell's wife Sylvie filed the docs last month in L.A. Superior Court, citing the usual irreconcilable differences.

The couple has 3 kids ... one is 14 and the other 2 are adults. Sylvie's asking for physical custody but wants joint legal custody. She's also gunning for spousal support.

Tommy, who played The Reaper on "Criminal Minds," and Sylvia will fully communicate and co-parent their youngest son ... so promises his publicist, Jeff Ballard.

Tommy says, "We raised three beautiful children together ... I will always wish her the best and look forward to what the future holds for both of us."

Tank is putting the blame squarely on Tyrese when it comes to the breakup of their R&B supergroup, TGT.

It's an interesting twist ... Tyrese had announced the group's demise in December, but didn't blame anyone in particular. All he said was the group would be moving on without Ginuwine -- which seemed like a hint, but now Tank's pointing the finger at Tyrese.

A rep for Tyrese says the group's money was never split equally because the economic fact is Tyrese has had more chart success on his own. The rep did not deny money was behind the breakup.
