Gigi Hadid has a funny way of breaking up -- a week after she and Zayn Malik supposedly called it quits ... she's still clinging to him.

The alleged exes cruised out of her NYC apartment building, but judging by the way Gigi was caressing his arm ... they ain't done. Looks like Papa Mohamed did know best, after all.

Sorry, Taylor Swift ... the squad-wide breakup epidemic is now officially over.

Amber Heard's ex girlfriend, Tasya van Ree, says Amber's domestic violence arrest was ridiculous because it was never that violent.

TMZ broke the story, Amber was arrested at the Seattle International Airport in 2009 after Amber allegedly grabbed and hit Tasya's arm. She was booked, her mug shot was taken, but ultimately the D.A. declined to prosecute.

Sources close to Amber tell us both her and Tasya say Amber's arrest was simply a "lover's spat," and all she did was grab onto her arm.

Tasya says she told cops she didn't want Amber arrested, but our law enforcement sources say Tasya was upset and unsympathetic to Amber when she was cuffed and taken away.

Van Ree says the cops were not even going to take action until they realized she and Amber were domestic partners. She says the cops had "mysogynistic attitudes" and appeared to be "homophobic."

Jason Derulo is having no problems as a single man ... because at least one woman was almost clawing at him to get his attention ... and she did.

Jason was at Members Only Day Party in Hollywood Sunday night, when our photog asked him about the spate of recent breakups. He says he feels everyone's pain, but that pain was quickly abated when 2 women jumped in his whip.

Mariah Carey wants a divorce and wants it badly, but Nick Cannon will not cooperate ... TMZ has learned.

Sources connected with the former couple tell TMZ ... Mariah has been trying to get Nick to sign off for nearly a year, but he just won't do it and won't say why. The couple separated in August 2014 and Nick filed in December of that year.

As we reported, in December 2014 Nick and Mariah struck a property settlement agreement and they agreed to joint custody.

We're told all of the issues have long been settled, yet Nick repeatedly has declined to sign the papers that would make the divorce official.

Our sources say Nick -- even though he wanted out of the marriage -- still loves Mariah and doesn't want to officially let her go. He also doesn't want Mariah to marry her fiance, James Packer.

Our sources say Mariah is frustrated and not flattered at all. She wants out ... and now.

We reached out to Nick ... so far no comment.

Neither is saying why they're calling it quits, but a source close to Gigi tells TMZ the writing was on the wall. We're told the fact she never introduced Zayn to her family is "very telling" ... since normally her mom and dad always meet her BFs.

Taylor Swift is all about Hollywood and Calvin Harris just wasn't feeling it, and that's why they broke up ... TMZ has learned.Sources close to the exes tell us Calvin is all about his music, working out and keeping a low profile. When he started dating Taylor 15 months ago they were keeping things private and not doing public events together ... so, he was cool with the relationship.

We're told once they started doing award shows, parties and red carpets ... Calvin grew more and more uncomfortable. There was no big blowup with Taylor -- we're told Calvin was just honest about his dislike for the Hollywood spotlight.

His goal now is to get back to as low-key a lifestyle as possible, while still doing live shows and recording new music.

As for reports he was intimidated by Taylor's success -- a source close to Calvin calls that "laughable," since he's one of the most successful DJs in the game.

Kenya Moore survived a nightmare vacation, and a blowout argument with her boyfriend before they finally broke things off.

The 'Real Housewives of Atlanta' star's now ex-bf, Matt Jordan, announced their breakup, but left out the details of their Memorial Day weekend in Mexico ... where, according to sources close to the couple, they got into a huge dispute. We're told Kenya locked herself in their hotel room, but Matt got mad and "kicked the door in and broke it."

When he got in, the argument got more heated -- he repeatedly called her "bitch" and "c***" ... according to our sources.

We're told they actually flew back to Atlanta on the same flight, but Kenya changed their seats. Once they landed, Matt grabbed her luggage ... and to avoid a scene, Kenya went back to her place in a separate car from Matt. Amber Heard is not going through with her promise to belatedly file a police report ... because she says she still loves Johnny Depp and "doesn't want to bury him" ... so say sources connected with Amber.

As we reported, Amber's lawyer, Samantha Spector, vowed Tuesday Amber would file a police report because she was being trashed in the media, thanks to Johnny and his team.

We're told Amber has now had a change of heart, saying she believes a police report would trigger an arrest and prosecution, and she doesn't want to set the wheels in motion for People vs. Depp.

Sources connected with Johnny scoff at Amber's sympathy, saying she timed the allegations to hurt his new movie, "Alice Through the Looking Glass," which tanked.

Heard claims she still loves the man she now says repeatedly brutalized her.

Johnny Depp kicked Amber Heard and repeatedly attacked her as far back as 2014, and his assistant begged Amber to forgive him ... according to text messages sent between them and posted by ET.

Depp's assistant, Stephen Deuters, purportedly texted Amber in 2014 to say, "He was appalled. When I told him he kicked you, he cried. It was disgusting. And he knows it."

ET's report says Amber responded, "He's done this many times before ... And I always stay."

Depp and Heard started dating in 2012, and the exchange makes it seem like Johnny was seriously out of it at the time of the alleged attacks. Both Amber and Deuters refer to Johnny as not knowing "the severity of his actions."

Taylor Swift and Calvin Harris have pulled the plug on their relationship ... TMZ has confirmed.

The couple ended things after 15 months of blissful dating. They made their public debut at the 2015 Billboard Music Awards. No specific reason for the split yet, but we're told there was no huge drama ... such as cheating.

The news comes almost two weeks after Calvin was injured in a car wreck and forced to cancel several shows.

The 2 officers who interviewed Amber Heard the night she was allegedly attacked by Johnny Depp have spoken with LAPD brass, and our sources say they are adamant ... Amber had no visible injuries.

The officers spoke with superiors Tuesday afternoon and said they had no idea Johnny Depp was involved at all -- the 911 call came in under the name Heard, and they did not associate her with Depp.

The 2 cops say the information they had when they knocked at her door was only that there was a domestic dispute. Amber opened the door just a crack but would not let them in. They questioned her through the door and she said it was a simple verbal argument with her husband. She never mentioned Depp by name.

The officers told her they needed to make sure she wasn't declining help under duress, so they insisted on coming in and speaking with her. Amber obliged, and the officers say they looked at her closely enough to determine there were no marks, swelling or bruising on her face or other exposed parts of her body.

Our LAPD sources say precisely what several doctors told us ... if Johnny threw an iPhone at her pitcher style, and then followed up with hair-pulling and hitting, there would have been swelling at the very least, and most probably some immediate bruising or redness. The officers saw nothing.

The cops insist if they had seen any sign of injury they would have taken a report and tracked down the husband.

The wife of hot yoga mogul Bikram Choudhury didn't just score fancy whips in their divorce ... she also made sure she was off the hook in all his pending lawsuits.

According to legal docs ... Bikram is facing at least 10 lawsuits. As we previously reported ... at least 6 of those allege rape and sexual assault.

His divorce from his wife of 31 years, Rajashree, was finalized earlier this month, and a key provision in their settlement was she will not pay for any of his misdeeds. In case she gets sued over his hijinks and loses, he has to pay what she owes.

As for the rest of their property, it looks like Rajashree got most of what she wanted ... including their Bev Hills and L.A. pads, the Ferrari, Mercedes 550 and a Bentley.

Johnny Depp would never lay a hand on a woman and isn't capable of hurting anyone ... so says Johnny's first wife, Lori Anne Allison.

Lori, who was married to Johnny from 1983 to 1985, tells friends she doesn't believe Amber Heard's claim that Johnny brutalized her multiple times during their short marriage.

Lori's saying Johnny never got physical with her during their relationship ... he never even screamed.

She calls him a "soft person" who is even kind to animals. Lori and Johnny had a dog during their marriage and he was more loving with the pooch than most parents are to their kids.

Lori and Johnny are still friends and spoke as recently as last week when she called to offer her condolences over his mother's death.

Johnny Depp may have a credibility problem if Amber Heard's violence claims make their way to court ... because if she's right, his memory of events will be highly questionable, thanks to coke and liquor.

Sources connected to Amber tell us she's outraged Johnny is calling her a liar over the domestic violence allegations ... because he's almost always high.

Amber claims Johnny was "barely ever sober" during the 15 months they were married. She says he was perpetually high, except when he was shooting a movie, when he hired a chef and a trainer and got sober. Once the movie wrapped, it was back to drugs and alcohol.

Amber claimed in her legal docs he is "often paranoid and his temper is exceptionally scary for me." She goes on ... "Johnny's paranoia, delusions and aggression increased throughout our relationship. So has my awareness of his continued substance abuse."

She claims on both occasions where she has accused him of domestic violence, he was "inebriated and high."

Rob Van Dam's wife is tapping out of their marriage -- filing divorce docs to end their 17-year union and asking the judge to restore her old name, TMZ Sports has learned.

Sonya Szatkowski filed court docs in L.A. citing irreconcilable differences. The two married in 1998 but Sonya claims they separated back in December. They have no minor children.

Sonya is asking for spousal support and says Rob should have to pay her attorney's fees. She's also asking the judge to restore her name from Szatkowski to Delbeck.

We spoke with Sonya who tells us the two are still on relatively good terms -- they're still talking -- but she just decided the marriage wasn't working anymore.

She added, "It’s a private time. It’s a hard thing for me to even talk about."

We've solved the Johnny Depp/Amber Heard dog mystery.

We now know each owned one dog, which is why the judge only referenced Amber's dog in Friday's court order.

You'll recall the pooches made headlines a year ago when they smuggled the two Yorkies into Australia. Amber could have gone to prison, but ended up doing a PSA on why smuggling is a bad idea and they got off scot-free.

Turns out it was a blended family. Amber owns Pistol and Johnny owns Boo. When Amber went to court asking for her domestic violence restraining order -- which she got -- she also asked for an order requiring Johnny to stay clear of Pistol. The judge declined, saying Pistol was in no real danger.
