TLC is pooh-poohing a story that "Jon & Kate Plus 8" will 86 the kiddies and send them off to Switzerland.

The Pittsburgh Tribune-Review is running a story that the kids will be shipped off to boarding school and the show will be renamed "Jon & Kate Unleashed." According to the story, the Gosselin kids will make "occasional guest appearances" but the show will become "something sexy -- and perhaps even a little sinister."

Here's the deal. The story quotes Executive Producer Benny Temberton. But we contacted TLC and they say the story is bogus and they've never even heard of Benny. We checked -- B.T. is not in the credits.

A mysterious trip to L.A. by Al Gore now makes sense since TMZ broke the news of his daughter Kristin Gore's divorce.

Here's what we know: The former veep made a covert trip to LAX last weekend. Sources told TMZ details of Gore's Saturday arrival. He blew out of town early Monday.

We're told Gore made some sort of detour to L.A. He flew into the Southwest Airlines terminal -- which typically has regional flights -- picked up four bags of luggage, and left by limo. This was puzzling since the Nobel Prize winner rarely makes a move without alerting the media, and he didn't have any events scheduled in L.A.

But now it makes sense that Daddy Gore came to L.A. to comfort and counsel Kristin. She filed divorce papers on Friday, citing irreconcilable differences.

TMZ has learned Al Gore's second oldest daughter is pulling the plug on her marriage.

Kristin Gore filed for divorce from her husband Paul Cusack yesterday. In the papers, filed in L.A. County Superior Court, Kristin cites irreconcilable differences.

The couple has been married since 2005 -- they have no children together.

Rutherford hired the private eye to prove her ex, Daniel Giersch, didn't properly secure the pool and play areas at his home -- which she said endangered the couple's 2-year-old son Hermes. She also wanted Daniel to stop potty training the kid.

Look out gold-diggers -- super-producer Brian Grazer's 11-year marriage is officially kaput!

According to legal papers filed yesterday in L.A. County Superior Court, Grazer's wife, Gigi, will get a one-time payment of $4.5 million -- along with $8.75 million to pay the remaining balance on a piece of property that's already in her name.

This is a huge score for Brian -- all thanks to a prenuptial agreement -- because Gigi initially asked for nearly $1 million a month in child and spousal support.

But Gigi won't exactly be out on the street -- she will bank $40,000 a month in child support for their two kids, of which they will both share custody.

Brian will also have pay Gigi's attorneys' fees of $488,977.

Now here's the rub -- Brian has 8 days to get her the $4.5 million, the $488,977 and the first $40,000 child support payment.

The clock is ticking...

Here we go again ... Robin Wright and Sean Penn are back together, calling off their divorce for a second time.

Sean filed legal separation papers back in April but requested to dismiss them this week, according to the NY Daily News. The first time the couple announced they were divorcing was back in December 2007 -- but they changed their minds four months later.

Real Housewife of Orange County Lauri Waring is demanding more cash from her ex husband -- and it's probably because she claims to only make 400 bucks a month.

In legal papers filed in Orange County Superior Court, Waring claims she has over $12,000 in expenses per month, and the money she's already getting from Phillip Waring just ain't cuttin' it.

Lauri claims she's tryin' to help out, stating in the docs that she's working two jobs -- insurance agent and actress. Yeah, actress. Right.

BTW -- Lauri estimates Phil pulls in around $360,000 a year.

UPDATE: We just talked to Lauri, who gave us a completely different side to this story. Lauri says her ex is the one trying to modify how much money she's getting -- not her -- meaning he doesn't wanna pay her at all any more. She says because of this, she had to turn in an expense report -- which is the document that said she only makes 400 bones a month.

Nas, one of the biggest and richest rappers around, does not want to pay his estranged, pregnant wife, Kelis, a penny in spousal support.

Kelis filed for divorce April 30. She's weeks from giving birth and unable to work, but no matter to Nas -- he's filed his response to the divorce, asking the judge to deny her the spousal support she's seeking. For bad measure, he also wants her to pay her own lawyer's fees.

Nas and Kelis both want joint custody of their unborn child.

Kelis cites "irreconcilable differences" for the divorce, but we're told she believes he was cheating on her and that's what buzz-killed the marriage.

The head honcho at Disney/ABC has been dragged into Kate Walsh's bitter divorce, and he's gone to court asking for protection.

We've learned Walsh's estranged husband, Alex Young, has subpoenaed Stephen McPherson, President of Disney/ABC Television, for a deposition -- to testify what he knows about Kate Walsh and her finances. Disney's lawyers have filed legal papers, obtained by TMZ, asking for a court order blocking any such depo.

Young believes Walsh is not coming clean with all the assets acquired during their 14-month marriage. Young's lawyer, Jeff Sturman, fired off the subpoena to McPherson, claiming he has "unique" knowledge about Walsh's finances since she works for him as the star of "Private Practice."

Disney lawyers have fired back that Young is "harassing" McPherson, "because at the the time of Ms. Walsh acquiring the role on 'Private Practice,' Mr. McPherson was not running ABC Studios."

Disney is willing to send an underling to the depo. We've learned Young has also subpoenaed financial docs from Disney.

Kelly has filed legal papers asking the judge to prohibit Daniel from taking 2-year-old Hermes to his home until he has properly secured the pool and play areas.

She also wants Daniel to stop potty training the kid, stat. She doesn't say why.

The judge has set a hearing for Friday. In the meantime, the judge has ordered Daniel to properly cover the pool.

We've learned Mel Gibson's girlfriend, Oksana Grigorieva, is pregnant with his child.

Our sources say Gibson has already told his estranged wife, Robyn, and their children about the news. We're told Oksana is in her second trimester.

Robyn filed for divorce on April 13.

Kate Walsh's accounting firm did not get the protective order it was after -- the judge felt it wasn't necessary to order estranged hubby Alex Young to stop demanding financial info.

Young has been on the firm's ass, demanding to know exactly how much he's owed for the house he and Kate purchased together. Fact is -- the house has gone down in value since they bought it in 2007.

Alex has not only made repeated demands on the firm, but today in court Kate's lawyer, disso-queen Laura Wasser, said he's been on ABC network's ass as well, demanding financial info. Wasser said ABC will be asking for a protective order against Young. Famous pit bull lawyer Marty Singer (one of Walsh's lawyer's) will also ask for a protective order this morning.

Young's lawyer, Jeff Sturman, told us, "The judge found there was no basis for a protective order ... that the accounting firm filed it's motion prematurely and without attempting to informally resolve matters. And the accounting firm was required to pay approximately $6,100 in Young's fees."

The couple was only married for 14 months before separating.

David Hasselhoff's ex, Pamela Bach, wants to make sure ... if David croaks, the spousal support keeps a comin'.

Pamela has asked the judge in their never-ending divorce for an order, requiring David to maintain life insurance, which would pay her support if David dies. There's actually a law in California giving judges the power to make such an order -- seriously!

But David doesn't want to shell out the dough for the life insurance, claiming it wasn't part of their divorce deal.

So until death do us part doesn't really mean that ...who knew?

Five days after he allegedly beat her, comedian Robert Schimmel's wife is pulling the plug on their marriage.

TMZ has learned Melissa Schimmel has filed for divorce, citing irreconcilable differences.

She's asking for spousal support and sole physical custody of their 2 minor children, along with child support.

Interestingly, she says the couple separated on the day they got into the fight.

Schimmel was arrested at his Calabasas home early Sunday morning on suspicion of felony domestic violence.
