We've learned under the arbitrator's award, Jon must make huge child support payments -- we're told 5 figures a month. And here's the problem. TLC has now shut down Jon's ability to take outside jobs. The irony -- he did himself in.

We've also learned Jon was charged every penny of the $235,000 that he withdrew from their joint account. That amount was deducted from his piece of the settlement.

As for Jon's claim that Kate should be docked for money she withdrew ... we've learned Jon struck out. The arbitrator determined every penny she withdrew was for the benefit of the kids.

Under the terms of the divorce decree, Kate has primary custody and Jon gets visitation -- both Jon and Kate agreed to that in advance. And, they agreed, neither party would get spousal support.

Score a big one for Mark Momjian, Kate's lawyer.

Judge Arthur Tilson has signed the final papers, making Jon and Kate officially single.

Mark Momjian, Kate's lawyer, tells TMZ, under the agreement, "Our client will continue to reside with all eight of her children in the former marital home."

As for Kate, she says, "I am very relieved that our divorce has been finalized, and I look forward to the New Year, focusing on our children." Kate calls the divorce "challenging," and says she will now focus on "restructuring our lives."

A rep for Jon tells us, "While the arbitration proceedings are still a work in progress, Jon and Kate will remain binded in their commitment to their eight wonderful children. Jon is confident that he and Kate will be able to move forward in a fashion that will be in the best interest of the Gosselin family."

As for who got what, Momjian simply says, "We are very pleased with the final outcome."

Judge Tilson inked the docs after the arbitrator came down with his ruling on how Jon and Kate's property will be divided.

Tina Knowles filed divorce papers in Harris County, Texas last month, in an attempt to end their almost 31-year marriage. In the documents, it says Tina and Mathew "ceased to live together as husband and wife on or about January 5, 2009" -- the exact day of their 30th wedding anniversary.

Back in October, Mathew was hit with a paternity lawsuit from a woman who's not his wife -- no word if that affected Tina's decision to pull the plug.

Mathew has been Beyonce's manager for years, so there could be a ton of cash up for grabs in the split.

The couple has two children together: Beyonce and Beyonce's younger sister.

Sources say the final divorce decree is now "imminent." The specifics of the arbitrator's decision remain confidential.

Frank filed legal documents this afternoon -- obtained by TMZ -- claiming last week, Jamie's boyfriend, ex-Dodger employee Jeff Fuller, went to Taiwan and met with "a high-ranking Taiwanese government official," falsely holding himself out as a Dodger official.

The Dodgers had been discussing the possibility of playing exhibition games in Taiwan in Spring, 2010. According to a declaration by Acey Kohrogi, Director of Asian Operations for the Dodgers, Fuller was pretending to represent the Dodgers in the Asian market.

McCourt claims in the docs that Jamie -- whom he fired as Dodgers CEO in October -- has had a negative impact on the Dodgers and Major League Baseball as she "drags her feet [and] promotes herself, directly and through her surrogate Fuller, as a co-owner of the team."

McCourt even included

, who works in the office of the Commissioner of Major League Baseball. Manfred wrote, "The Commissioner has asked me to urge you to resolve this matter as quickly as possible to avoid future problems of this type."

Frank is asking the judge to put the divorce on the fast track and get it over with immediately.

Jamie's rep, Michael Sitrick, tells TMZ, "Jeff took the trip on his own and any meetings he had or actions he took were not on behalf of Jamie or with the knowledge of Jamie." Sitrick says he didn't ask Jamie if she's ticked off with Jeff.

Eric Brooks -- the president of L.A. Car Connection -- sent Paul a letter on Tuesday to comfort him during the big split ... by describing Anna as one of the most foul-mouthed, over-the-top and unreasonable people on the planet.

Brooks even offers a few anecdotes to prove it:

-- "I have never heard so much vulgar words and profanity come out of someone's mouth within a 30 second episode."

--"She left her lights on and her battery was dead and really tried to blame it on the 'piece of **** car' she bought."

--"When I recommended that she [get new tires] because I could see the metal sticking out of the tires ... She blamed it on the piece of **** car ... a Mercedes Benz S63."

Brooks finishes it off by saying, "I can assure you that you deserve much better."

Jenny Sanford filed the docs today in South Carolina against Governor Mark Sanford.

In custody papers filed by Eddie, he claims Brandi slashed his tires in August -- then she immediately admitted to it when he confronted her about it.

Here's the best part: In the docs, Eddie says Brandi "told me that it made her feel better that she slashed my tires."

No word if LeAnn Rimes helped Eddie fix the flats.

James Caan's soon-to-be ex wife wants one hell of a parting gift -- physical custody of their two minor children.

Linda Caan filed papers in L.A. County Superior Court, asking for full physical custody of the kids, spousal support, and for James to pay her attorney's fees.

On the bright side, Linda checked the box saying she wants to give James visitation rights and joint legal custody of the kids.

James filed for divorce last month, citing irreconcilable differences.

UPDATE: 7:54 PM PT The judge just ordered Nas to pay $40,454 in spousal support and $10,647 in child support. And, Nas must pay disso-queen Laura Wasser's attorney's fees, to the tune of $46,022.

Nas has just taken the stand in his divorce case, testifying that he wants overnights with his son.

Kelis has custody for now, but Nas' lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, wants his client to score some face time with the kid.

Kelis is on the stand right now in her ongoing divorce case with Nas. She testified she attempted to reconcile with her estranged hubby in September, but it didn't work.

She's also talking about the difficulty she has earning money -- because with a new kid and not a lot of job options outside the music business, it's tough out there.

One of the big issues in the case -- how much money Nas makes. Kelis testified she knows Nas is set to release two albums next year. The judge asked Kelis what she heard about the albums on TMZ and other newsworthy entities. She said, simply, "Loved it."

TMZ has obtained legal documents, in which the wrestler accuses Linda of stripping his home of all sorts of valuable stuff when she moved out -- including chandeliers, a tanning bed, a wine rack, fixtures, bathtubs, speakers ... and most importantly, "the wooden antique toilet seat from the guest house."

In the docs, Hulk claims Linda's alleged pillaging left the home in such a bad state, that Hulk refuses to let his realtor show the place to potential buyers ... so they can sell it and move on.

A man without his beloved toilet seat is not really a man at all.

The Hulkster rolled through LAX Friday, where he accused Linda of taking all sorts of crap out of his home ... including the kitchen sink , the toilets, toilet seats, bathtub, lawnmower, mops, buckets ... and any shred of dignity he had left.

Nas was busted by Henry County cops on September 10, 2009. Law enforcement tells us he was arrested, booked and charges are pending.

Nas is in court today in Los Angeles for his divorce from Kelis -- both seen outside the courthouse above -- and if custody becomes contentious, the DUI could be a factor.

We're told they were looking pretty chummy though -- and were seen talking and laughing with each other and their lawyers for about 5 minutes.

Corey Feldman is telling his soon-to-be ex-wife she ain't gonna take their son away without a fight -- and if he gets his way, she ain't getting any spousal support from the courts either.

Corey just filed legal docs in L.A. County Superior Court in response to his wife's divorce papers, claiming he wants joint custody of their son -- Zen Feldman.

According to the docs, he also wants to stop the court from awarding his wife any spousal support.

His wife Susie Feldman filed for divorce from the Goonies star back in October, asking the court for both full custody and spousal support.
