Dennis Hopper's estranged wife filed legal docs, claiming the actor is not as infirmed as he claims to be.

Victoria Hopper's lawyer, Mirka Royston from Trope and Trope, argues that Dennis is not fully leveling with the court when he says he's too ill to sit for a deposition in the divorce case.

Royston claims Dennis has traveled by private jet to New Mexico, accepted a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, and makes medical marijuana runs every week.

Royston claims -- although Dennis is terminally ill with cancer -- he should be required to sit for his depo so Victoria can establish a record before he passes.

The Cook County Sheriff's Department tells TMZ Siohvaughn Wade was taken into custody this morning when she showed up to court in Chicago. Yesterday, the court issued a body attachment order asking police to track her down.

In court today, Siohvaughn's attorney filed papers claiming that she -- the attorney -- was involved in a car accident yesterday, and asked that the body attachment order be rescinded citing the accident as the reason why Siohvaughn was a no-show.

The judge didn't buy it -- so Siohvaughn was taken into custody at 11:15 AM CST.

And get this: Siohvaughn must have known the car accident excuse wasn't going to work ... because court officials say she showed up with her $10,000 bond in hand.

Sources very familiar with the situation tell TMZ ... the most important thing for both Tiger and Elin is keeping the terms of the divorce confidential. We're told Tiger has a team -- partly based in NYC -- that is working on the division of assets. But ... as TMZ first told you ... the key player is West Palm Beach lawyer Thomas Sasser, an expert in child custody agreements that involve more than one jurisdiction.

Sources say one of the options is to actually file for divorce in Sweden -- Elin wants to move there with the kids and Tiger would have to submit to the jurisdiction of the court. Wherever the divorce is filed, the plan is to keep the custody and property settlement agreements out of the court file. We're told the quicker and quieter the divorce, the better.

The big issue, we're told -- Tiger wants either custody or visitation, and assurance that he can go into court and enforce the agreement if Elin violates it. We're told Tiger wants the option to go to either a Swedish or American court to enforce the custody agreement.

And sources say ... the couple has not reached agreement on any of the major issues ... at least not yet.

Sources close to the couple tell us King is checking out of the hotel where he's been staying and heading back into the couple's Beverly Hills mansion today .... to give the whole "living together" thing another test run.

We're told both sides have agreed to a one-week trial ... but it could go longer if things go well.

This is the third time Larry and Shawn extended their deadline for moving forward with the divorce. Today was supposed to be do-or-die decision-making time.

Cryer's position -- he has primary custody of 9-year-old Charlie.

We're told the high-profile, 39-year-old Sasser is an expert in enforcing international child custody agreements -- and sources say the custody agreement is going to be a central issue in Tiger and Elin's divorce.

Sources say Tiger and Elin are trying to work out an arrangement where Elin can take the two kids with her to Sweden, but Tiger will have either custody or visitation rights as well.

Our sources say other lawyers and business people are on Tiger's team -- especially for property settlement issues -- but Sasser is the key man in handling what could become a sticky issue -- child custody.

The goal is for Sasser and lawyers from Elin's team to work out an agreement before divorce papers are filed.

Sasser represented NASCAR star Jeff Gordon in his divorce back in 2003. In that case, the settlement agreement was not reported to the court.

Earlier today, Siohvaughn Wade had blown off a court hearing in Chicago regarding her ongoing divorce war with the Miami Heat star -- so the judge threatened to issue a body attachment order unless she showed up in the afternoon.

The deadline came and went -- and Siohvaughn never showed.

Now, the judge has issued the order -- which means cops will now seek her out, take her into custody ... and deliver her to the judge.

As we previously reported, Siohvaughn has made several sensational claims about Dwyane -- most recently accusing the NBA star of engaging in "sexual foreplay" with his new girlfriend in front of his kids.

Jamie McCourt had asked for nearly a million bucks a month in support, but Judge Scott Gordon shot down her claim for $444,000 in perks -- which she called "monthly prerequisites" which she received while she was CEO of the Dodgers. Nevertheless, Frank was ordered to pay half a mil a month more than he offered.

Frank was ordered to make the payments to Jamie retro to last December ... which means he needs to cut a gigantic check -- approximately $2.8 million.

And get this ... Jamie says she's on the hook for $8.26 million in attorney's fees and wanted Frank to pay. Instead, the judge ruled that the couple must sell their Cabo San Lucas home -- valued at $7 million -- and Jamie can use her half for lawyer's costs. The judge wants more info before he decides if Jamie should get more from Frank in the attorney's fees department.

Sources say Charlie and Brooke acknowledge divorce is a real possibility, but don't want their business to come out in dribs and drabs in court filings. So lawyers advised them to negotiate the terms of a possible divorce now, get all the paperwork together and then see if the marriage has a chance. If it doesn't, everything will get filed at once.

As we first reported, a court ordered Nas last month to pay more than $87,000 in back spousal and child support. The judge also ordered Nas to pay Kelis $10,000 a month in spousal support to stay current. It's unclear how much Nas is required to pay in monthly child support.

Nas says in the new legal docs obtained by TMZ ... the judge predicated the order on Nas making $152,031 a month, but the rapper says he makes "substantially less than that amount."

The woman behind the lawsuit is Siohvaughn Wade -- the mother of Dwyane's two sons. Siohvaughn just filed a new lawsuit, on behalf of the two minor children (an 8-year-old and a 2-year-old) -- claiming Wade has engaged in "extreme and outrageous conduct" with his new GF Gabrielle Union in front of Wade's two children.

But Wade tells TMZ, "I am shocked that Siohvaughn Wade has brought this baseless and meritless lawsuit in the name of our children against Gabrielle Union."

Wade adds, "I am deeply saddened and disappointed that Siohvaughn has used our sons once again as pawns and is now lashing out at Gabrielle, who is an innocent party. It is clear that this is a desperate attempt to retaliate against me for seeking sole custody of our children and requesting that the court have her undergo a psychiatric examination."

Wade concludes, "My primary concern is my children and actions such as this only inflame the situation and are harmful to their well being.”

Sources intimately familiar with the situation tell TMZ ... Charlie and Denise signed a written agreement in which Denise now has full legal custody of 6-year-old Sam and 4-year-old Lola. Up to now Charlie and Denise had joint legal custody.

Sources say Denise wanted full legal custody given Charlie's current marital turmoil, sobriety issues and criminal problems ... and Charlie didn't put up a fight.

We're told the agreement was signed two weeks ago but the parties didn't want to file it with the court just yet.

Now that Denise has full legal custody ... she can make medical, schooling and other important decisions without getting Charlie's sign-off. She can also leave the country with the kids without Charlie's permission.

Under their divorce agreement, Denise has primary physical custody and Charlie has visitation rights.

We've learned Charlie has been paying Denise $50,000 a month in child support since their divorce -- and that amount has remained static. As we first reported yesterday, according to Brooke Mueller's prenup with Charlie, she'll get $55,000 a month in child support plus add-ons -- like medical and schooling expenses -- and that could drive the monthly support upwards of $125,000.

TMZ broke the story that Larry and Shawn each filed divorce papers -- within minutes of each other -- back on April 14. On April 19 reps for both sides told TMZ the divorce was on hold for 2 weeks while the couple tried working their problems out -- among other things, they wanted to hash their conflicts out with a marriage counselor.

Two weeks have now passed since the divorce was put on hold, but sources directly connected to the situation tell TMZ Larry and Shawn are still undecided and are giving it one more week before deciding whether to pull the plug or reconcile.

Divorce papers are still on file.

The 60-page document, obtained by Gawker.com, outlines Brooke's take if the marriage ends. Among the payouts ... there's a marriage signing bonus of $500,000. For the first 10 years, Brooke gets $300,000 for every year she's married. The couple was married May 30, 2008.

Brooke would get around $2.35 million for her share in the couple's Bev Hills home if they divorce now. And she'd get $100,000 to cover moving expenses.

In all, according to Gawker, Brooke's take would be $3,566,000.

But TMZ has learned there is more for Brooke. Sources familiar with the prenup tell us she also would get $55,000 a month in child support, plus a number of add-ons -- like medical expenses and schooling -- which could take monthly support north of $125,000.

We're told the "Bones" actor and his wife have no plans for divorce -- and today they even ran several errands together in L.A.

As for David's wife, we're told she's the one who pushed David to publicly confess his liaison with the mistress .. the mistress who was demanding 6 figures, via Gloria Allred.

Charlie's rep released a statement to TMZ from the Sheen/Mueller camp, saying, "Please let us clarify this: They are not seeking a divorce nor has one been contemplated. There has been no financial agreements between the parties of any sort. Stories to the contrary are false."
