The friend Simon Cowell betrayed wants out of his marriage STAT ... because he thinks his wife is a starf**ker who doesn't need any money from him because she'll get a ton of cash from Simon ... sources close to the couple tell TMZ.

Our sources say Andrew Silverman is gunning for primary custody of their 7-year-old son because Lauren is deficient as a parent ... often disappearing for long periods of time to hang with celebs. We're told Andrew found out of her affair with Simon this Spring, and was shocked when he saw a pic on TMZ Friday ... showing Simon and Lauren kissing in August, 2012, on a boat HE chartered.

We're told there is a prenup and the money issues in the divorce are "minor." The real issue is custody. As one source said, aside from the fact that Andrew doesn't think Lauren is a very good parent, there's an element of revenge for being utterly humiliated.

Jack White is adamant he is NOT a violent person nor is he a threat to his family -- and his estranged wife was just trying to smear him when she got a restraining order ... this according to legal docs.

Jack filed the docs in TN in response to the restraining order Karen Elson temporarily obtained against him -- it's all part of the couple's nasty divorce that's been going on since she filed last year.

In his docs, Jack says Karen often leaves the kids with him (as recently as last month) ... arguing that's not the behavior of a woman who believes he's dangerous.

Jack also says Karen recently told a friend, "I'm completely in love with Jack and I'd move back tomorrow if he asked me."

Jack's convinced -- Karen's so-called fear was made up as a ploy to "malign him in the public record" ... and wants to make it clear he's not a "scary or violent person".

Randy Jackson predictably sidestepped our question about his good bud "American Idol" cohort Simon Cowell.

Randy had just landed at LAX and he pretended like he was coming from Mars when we asked about the happy-ish news that Simon was about to become a daddy after secretly banging his friend's wife.

Simon Cowell is solely focused on Lauren Silverman and their unborn baby -- despite allegations of betrayal from her estranged husband ... sources close to the couple tell TMZ.

We're told Simon is saying privately that his baby will "want for nothing." He will gladly provide for the child, and not just financially. Simon is saying he will be a committed, fully-involved parent and says he wants a big role in raising the child.

As for Lauren ... people who know Simon say he's never been happier than when he's with her.

Former FHM model Anna Benson -- who has just been charged with armed robbery and all sorts of other crimes -- is no stranger to the law. She was once charged with murder.

A judge has denied Benson bail in her current legal predicament -- for allegedly barging into the home of ex hubby former Mets pitcher Kris Benson with a handgun and a metal baton and threatened to harm him if he didn't hand over some loot.

As for why she was denied bail -- turns out back in '96 Anna was charged with murdering a man in Tennessee and she went on the lam for 5 months. Although the charges were ultimately dropped, the judge in the current case felt because of her conduct in '96 Anna is a flight risk.

Jack White DETESTS The Black Keys -- in particular BK singer Dan Auerbach -- and the confession was made in the middle of Jack's very nasty divorce.

Jack's wife Karen Elson submitted a bunch of emails to a judge, claiming he was a threat to her safety. Frankly, we've read the emails and they're not that threatening, but what really stands out is Jack's venom over Dan and the band.

Jack is clearly pissed his kids are being enrolled in the same school as Dan's kid, writing, "My concern with Auerbach is because I don't want the kids involved in any of that crap ... That's a possible twelve f***ing years I'm going to have to be sitting in kids chairs next to that a**hole with other people trying to lump us in together."

He adds, "[Auerbach] gets yet another free reign to follow me around and copy me and push himself into my world."

Simon Cowell's FORMER good buddy claims Mr. 'X Factor' was sticking it to his wife before they parted ways ... and THAT'S why he's accusing Cowell of adultery ... TMZ has learned.

We know real estate mogul Andrew Silverman isn't buying what Simon is selling -- that he didn't lay a finger or any other part on Lauren Silverman until after the split.

There's some proof to back Andrew -- photos (above) of Lauren and Simon kissing during a yacht vacation a year ago. By the way, Andrew was also on that trip.

Andrew, we're told, just wants out of the marriage and away from Lauren and Simon, and he's willing to settle custody and financial issues quickly. For now, he's asking for full custody of their 7-year-old son, but it appears from what we know that's a negotiable point.

A source close to Lauren tells TMZ ... Lauren and her husband were over before she and Simon entered into any kind of relationship.

Jack White -- lead singer of the White Stripes -- has been hit with a restraining order ... after his estranged wife told a judge she fears the rocker is DANGEROUS and could cause her harm.

Karen Elson obtained the restraining order in Tennessee in July -- claiming White has an explosive and violent temper ... and has berated her in emails loaded with profanity.

In the legal docs, Elson -- a model and singer -- says she fears for her own safety ... AND the safety of the couple's two young children.

Andrew Silverman has filed divorce docs in New York and TMZ has learned he's alleging ADULTERY in seeking to end his marriage to Lauren Silverman ... who is believed to be pregnant with Simon's child.

It's pretty shocking ... in New York claiming adultery is like a legal nuclear weapon ... if proven, the cheating party (and Simon) can be forced to take a DNA test -- something that's hard to get in New York when a couple is married and the wife gets pregnant.

In the docs, Silverman, the plaintiff, lists Lauren as a defendant and Cowell as a co-respondent.

Andrew doesn't pull any punches in the divorce papers, saying, "The nature of this action is: to dissolve the marriage between the parties based upon (1) the commission of acts of adultery by the defendant and (2) defendant's cruel and inhuman treatment of the plaintiff."

Jodie Sweetin's estranged husband has concocted a diabolical plot to make her look like a relapsing drug addict ... at least that's what Jodie's gut is telling her.

Jodie just called in to "TMZ Live," telling us she's got a hunch as to who started the false rumors about her entering rehab for substance abuse -- and strongly insinuated that her estranged husband Morty Coyle is the mastermind.

She said, "Breakups are hard and certain people [her husband] don't make them easier. People get weird and stalkerish ... You never really know someone until you break up with them."

Jodie Sweetin is adamant ... she's NOT currently being treated in a rehab facility -- but tells TMZ she currently WORKS at one.

We spoke to the former "Full House" star ... who tells us reports that she's in treatment for substance abuse are "such bulls**t ... I am absolutely NOT in rehab."

Jodie -- who once battled with a meth addiction -- says she currently works as a clinical logistics coordinator at an L.A. rehab center, and her employer has allowed her to live in a studio apartment on the property while she deals with her divorce from husband #3 Morty Coyle.

"I work for the center and they have been really generous in helping me with a place to stay as Morty wanted me out by the end of the month," Sweetin says.

"The owners of the facility said I could stay here as I got things figured out."

Jodie also says she's decided not to pursue full custody of the couple's 2-year-old daughter Beatrix -- and wants joint custody instead -- because she wants the kid "to have both of her parents in her life."

Jodie and Morty were married in 2012.

Celebrity chef Nigella Lawson is one step closer to getting rid of her throat-clutching ad mogul husband Charles Saatchi -- after a British judge rubberstamped their divorce petition.

According to court docs, obtained by British media, Lawson blamed the split on Saatchi's "unreasonable behavior."

Of course, it was just 7 weeks ago that Saatchi was photographed grabbing his wife by the throat outside of a London restaurant.

During the hearing, the judge granted the couple a "decree nisi" -- conditional approval -- and the divorce will most likely be finalized in 6 weeks, standard operating procedure in the U.K.

Court docs reportedly show an "order for financial relief" has been approved ... which means it's likely the two struck a private settlement deal.

Lawson and Saatchi have been married for 10 years. They have no children together.

Natasha Henstridge -- man-eating vet of two "Species" flicks -- has claimed another victim ... filing to divorce her husband of just over 2 years.

TMZ obtained a copy of Natasha's court documents in which she cites ye olde "irreconcilable differences" in her split from Darius Campbell -- a former contestant on England's "Pop Idol" competition.

38-year-old Henstridge and 32-year-old Campbell got married back in March, 2011. The papers state they separated on April 10, 2013.

They have no children together ... though Natasha has 2 kids from a previous relationship.

In her filing, Natasha requests no spousal support be paid ... by either party.

Former "E.R." star Parminder Nagra just scored a huge victory over her ex-husband ... TMZ has learned she won't have to give up a dime of her "E.R." loot.

We broke the story ... Parminder's ex James Stenson sued her last year, claiming she was hiding her acting money from gigs like "E.R.", "Alcatraz", and "Psych" ... to prevent him getting any of it.

Now they've hammered out a settlement, and it's clear from the docs ... the real winner's name rhymes with Tinder.

Here's what Parminder gets: ALL her income, residuals and royalties from her acting gigs including "E.R" -- which, of course, brings in beaucoup syndication dollars.

Jodie Sweetin's 2-year-old daughter could become the unfortunate centerpiece in her divorce -- TMZ has learned, Sweetin's estranged husband is gearing up for a full-on custody battle with the former "Full House" star.

We broke the story ... Sweetin filed for legal separation from Morty Coyle last month, citing irreconcilable differences -- but the kicker ... Sweetin requested full custody of their daughter.

But Coyle's not going down without a fight -- he just filed a response to Sweetin's docs, asking the judge to award him joint custody.

He also wants to block the court from awarding Sweetin spousal support.

Coyle and Sweetin had barely been married a year when they split. They were married in March 2012. Sad.
