"Burn Notice" star Seth Peterson proudly plastered his new 22-year-old girlfriend all over the Internet -- which normally would be fine ... except he's still got a wife ... who's about to give birth.

TMZ broke the story ... Peterson's wife Kylee Cochran just filed for divorce, claiming her 43-year-old husband bailed on their 12-year marriage in September (when she was just 3 months pregnant with their 3rd kid) to shack up with Miranda Doerfler, a 22-year-old aspiring writer.

Miranda has since posted photos of herself with Peterson all over Facebook, writing captions like, "Okay. Officially. Seth Peterson and I are a couple."

One of Miranda's friends commented, "I thought he was married." And Miranda responded, "Lol, yeah" ... meaning, he WAS. Rhymes with witch.

"Crocodile Dundee" star Paul Hogan feels his wife should fend for herself post marriage, because he's asking a judge to nix any claim she might make for spousal support.

TMZ broke the story ... Linda filed papers to pull the plug on their 23-year marriage. We're told the split has been amicable ... but how long's that gonna last if she doesn't get her monthly?

Paul is worth an estimated $20 mil, and unless there's a prenup she'll definitely get a chunk of that. But according to legal docs obtained by TMZ -- Paul wants a clean financial break once the divorce is final.

Jane Lynch has settled her divorce case ... TMZ has learned ... and we're told it was really civilized.

TMZ broke the story ... Jane's wife, psychologist Dr. Lara Embry -- repped by attorney Susan Wiesner -- wanted a pound of flesh -- as in $93K a month in spousal support.

Jane and Lara were married in 2010, but it was not to last ... Jane -- who's repped by disso-queen Laura Wasser -- filed for divorce in July, citing "irreconcilable differences."

Sources close to the former couple tell TMZ ... Lara didn't get close to the $93K she wanted, but did get something. We're told Jane got the house ... which is only fair since she paid for it.

Now that the case is settled ... we're told Jane and Lara are on "very civilized" terms ... even spending time with each other over the holidays.

If divorce can have a happy ending ... this is it.

Jenna Jameson is slamming Tito Ortiz for his DUI bust ... claiming he's putting their children in danger while committing public relations suicide.

Jenna thinks Tito's arrest after crashing his Porsche proves what she's been saying all along -- that Tito's a bad dude, and told us -- "A lot of people think he's this fantastic guy ... it's just not true."

She added, "Slowly but surely he'll hang himself. Not literally, but figuratively."

Jenna also explains how Tito's arrest could lead to her snatching back custody of their 2 boys.

Charlie Sheen did NOT actually tie the knot with his ex-porn star GF Brett Rossi over the weekend -- despite tweeting he did -- Sheen tells TMZ, he was just joking ... in a humorous attempt to incapacitate his ex-wife.

The Warlock sent the tweet Sunday from Iceland, including the photo, saying, "This is the house ware M Gorbachev R Reagan did some epic. it's also where S and I GOT MARRIED!"

But Sheen tells us, the tweet was all in jest ... "I wanted to give Denise [Richards] a stroke!!!"

As we reported, relations have been strained between Charlie and Denise recently. Charlie accused Denise of refusing to allow their daughters to open Christmas gifts at his house over the holidays, calling her a heartless ugly hag. Denise denied the accusation.

But not all of Charlie's recent tweets were a joke -- we're told the forearm tattoo he dedicated to Brett and his children is 100% real. Each letter stands for one of Charlie's children: Max, Lola, Bob, Cassandra, Sam, and Denise's adopted daughter Eloise. The safety pin symbolizes Brett.

Kylee Cochran filed the docs in L.A. citing irreconcilable differences. She says 43-year-old Seth bailed on their 12-year marriage in September to shack up with his 22-year-old side piece, while his wife was 3 months pregnant with their third child.

Kylee is now 7 months pregnant and wants a judge to give her full physical and legal custody of their kids, including their 5-year-old son and 8-year-old daughter. She claims Seth is already okay with this, and agreed to give up all custodial rights.

Kylee says she's open to giving Seth visitation, but only under supervised conditions, given his alleged past drug use.

And she wants spousal support -- if she's telling the truth, it's only fair.

Calls to Seth weren't returned.

Finally, SOME ANSWERS in the war over Bob Dylan's hair ... and TMZ is getting the full explanation right from the guy who used to co-own it, Black Keys singer Dan Auerbach.

We broke the story ... Dan and his ex-wife Stephanie Gonis were fighting over several assets in their divorce, and in court docs, listed one of the contested items as "Bob Dylan's Hair," leading many people to believe they had locks of Bob's legendary fro chillin' on their mantle.

But Dan tells TMZ ... it's not all as it seems -- the "hair" in question wasn't from Bob's head -- it was something else entirely ... a psychedelic poster they nicknamed "Bob Dylan's Hair."

However, Dan says ... if he ever decides he wants an authentic lock from Bob, he now has a pipeline into the singer to get one, thanks to a generous Dylan family member.

Single is the new married for Pablo Schreiber -- who plays the corrupt drug-peddling fellatio-soliciting correctional officer George Mendez on "Orange Is the New Black" -- because TMZ has learned ... his wife just pulled the plug on their marriage.

Jessica Schreiber -- a yoga instructor -- filed for legal separation shortly before Christmas -- bummer -- citing irreconcilable differences.

Pablo -- whose nickname on the show is "Pornstache" -- married Jessica in 2007. They have two kids, a 5-year-old son and a 22-month-old daughter.

Jessica isn't going easy on Pablo either -- she's demanding full physical custody of the children, and she wants Pablo to pay her spousal support. She also wants the judge to reject any bid he might make for spousal support.

Nonetheless, Jessica says she's open to giving Pablo visitation and she's willing to share legal custody. Sounds like something even Pablo's brother, Liev, can't fix.

Katy Perry has finally divorced the house she shared with Russell Brand ... and this time she got taken to the cleaners.

Katy bought the pad in 2011 for $6.5 million -- listed it in early 2013 asking around $8 mil but there were no takers.

Fast forward to December 31 ... our sources say the house was finally sold for $5.65.

After brokers fees ... Katy lost more than a million bucks.

The guy who bought it plans to gut the 8,800 sq. foot Hollywood Hills home.

Victoria Rowell - who played Drucilla on "The Young and the Restless" -- is getting divorced, and the backstory to her marriage is fascinating.

Victoria's husband, collage artist and sculptor Radcliffe Bailey, filed to end their 4-year marriage. TMZ has obtained the settlement agreement, which shows the couple had a prenup so no money was on the line. And, they had no kids, so it seems the divorce was pretty simple, with one caveat.

According to the settlement, "Each agrees that he or she shall not in any manner disturb, bother, harass or otherwise interfere with the other party."

54-year-old Victoria lived in a number of foster homes. When she married Radcliffe a number of her foster mothers were on hand at the New Hampshire church.

Victoria has tons of credits, including "Cosby," "Fresh Prince of Bel Air" and 9 years on both "Y&R" and "Diagnosis: Murder." And best of all ... she plays Amanda in "Grand Theft Auto V."

She once said, her dating experiences were like "the desert -- just enough water for inspiration."

Looks like it's back to the well.

The hot queen on "Game of Thrones" just struck a deal with her ex-husband -- they both must download an app that PROHIBITS them from texting or emailing while driving ... for the sake of their kid.

Lena Headey -- who plays Queen Cersei -- just sealed her divorce settlement with Peter Loughran. Peter has driving issues -- a very bad accident. So Lena was concerned about Peter driving their 3-year-old son around, and imposed a requirement that he download a smartphone app that prevents him from sending or receiving text messages while driving. The app also blocks the Internet. She agreed to do the same.

The boy is now a very young jet setter ... because Lena is going to take him along for the ride when she shoots the show in exotic locations, such as Ireland, Croatia and other places. But there's a cost to all of this. Lena has to pay so Peter can tag along. He gets airfare -- the least expensive class with a bed -- plus 1K a month in expenses.

The actor who voices the Spongebob's best friend, Patrick Star, is lookin' fresh these days, because his estranged wife just took him to the cleaners ... TMZ has learned.

Bill Fagerbakke and his wife, Catherine, just got legally separated. For some reason, without even getting divorced, they entered into a property settlement agreement ... obtained by TMZ.

Here's the lowdown:

-- Catherine gets 50% of all earnings, including what Bill made on "Coach" and "Spongebob" -- he averages around $700K a year.

-- Catherine gets the $2.4 million family house

-- Catherine gets $13,500 a month in spousal support

-- Catherine gets a 2010 Lexus hybrid SUV

-- Bill gets to keep his $3,000 security deposit on the home he's renting

-- Bill gets to keep his hoopty -- a 2011 Mini Cooper

But one bright light for Bill ... he gets to keep his cherry '54 Chevy.

"Vampire Diaries" star Paul Wesley is rightfully sucking the joint bank account dry ... we've learned he's getting the lion's share of loot in his divorce from Torrey DeVitto ... a divorce that is now final.

Turns out Paul and Torrey -- who also appeared on the show -- signed a prenup -- obtained by TMZ -- that keeps all their earnings separate ... and he made WAY more than her. On top of that, the prenup provides he gets all the money he fronted for the purchase of their home -- $730,593 -- and she gets what she put in -- a measly $10K.

They were certainly into motor vehicles. He gets to keep the Prius, the Triumph Bonneville chopper and an Audi Q5. She gets an Audi A4.

The couple married back in April 2011 and separated in July. They have no children together.

So who's the sucker now?

Denise just responded to the story via Twitter ...

Charlie Sheen has declared nuclear war on his ex-wife Denise Richards ... blasting her as a "heartless" and "ugly" hag who's holding their children hostage.

Sheen just blasted Richards ... again ... this time, he's furious that Denise won't let their children visit him to exchange Christmas gifts.

Charlie expressed his anger in a series of texts ... saying, "lemme see if I got this straight; you won't even spring the girls for 30 mins, from the 10 mil house I gave you, (100 yds away) to come down and open the gifts their dad bought them before they leave??"

"I hope your stocking is bronze-age coal stuffed along with an assortment of 8x10's of yours so you can see how despicable and heartlessly ugly you and your fermented soul continue to be."

He added, "hash tag. hag shag."

Charlie also says despite the fact Denise won't let him see the kids, she had the "audacity" to ask him to borrow his private jet to go on the big family trip that she banned him from.

Charlie says he went to Denise's home to plead with her to change her mind and to deliver gifts to the kids, but was not allowed to see them.

Charlie concludes, "This is the worst Xmas I've ever had."

Charlie Sheen is no longer on Santa's naughty list ... the actor was just given an awesome Christmas gift -- permission to celebrate with his twin boys.

Sources close to the situation tell TMZ ... the kids temp guardian Scott Mueller (Brooke Mueller's brother) has no interest in punishing Bob and Max on Christmas ... so he and Sheen hooked it up.

We're told Charlie's stoked that he can spend Christmas with the boys -- it takes the sting not seeing daughters Lola and Sam ... who are going on a trip with other ex-wife Denise Richards ... Sheen claims he's not allowed to tag along.

Bah humbug.

Steve Harvey was accused by his ex-wife and 11-year-old son of brutally beating the boy ... but Harvey's rep tells TMZ the comedian has been cleared.

A judge found Mary Harvey in contempt Thursday and sent her to jail for leaking sealed information about the alleged incident to the media.

As for the incident ... according to a police report -- obtained by TMZ -- Mary claims Steve got a phone call from the boy's school informing him his son lied about turning in homework. According to the kid, Steve hit him with a belt and then a paddle board -- the kind used for hazing in fraternities.

According to the police report ... cops took photos of the boy's injuries, showing bruises on his buttocks and right thigh, as well as cuts on his leg. The police report says the boy told cops, the beating was so brutal he had trouble urinating for days.

The matter was then referred to the Texas Dept. of Family and Protective Services. Steve's rep tells TMZ, the Dept. concluded, "Based on the information obtained, the child does not appear to be at risk ... the case is closed without further investigation."
