Glenn Close's third marriage was not the charm ... she's getting divorced again.

Close and her biotech entrepreneur husband David Shaw are calling it quits after 9 years of marriage. The couple married in 2006.

Close was previously married to singer-songwriter Cabot Wade from 1969-1971, and then to businessman James Marlas from 1984-1987.

The split is reportedly amicable, which is good ... because we all know what a contentious split from Glenn Close looks like.

Blake Shelton found a silver lining in his divorce from his country star wife Miranda Lambert ... it did wonders for his waist!

The 'Voice' star was chatting Wednesday with Blair Garner on the "America's Morning Show" when his dramatic weight loss became a topic of conversation.

Shelton says he didn't actively diet or hit the gym ... it's all about the stress of getting unhitched.

So more than half of people who get married should be real thin, right?

Kelly Price is a woman of her word -- the R&B singer has officially filed to divorce the man she was married to for more than 20 years.

According to the docs, she's requesting no spousal support for either side, and says there's no commuity property to fight over. They have 2 children, but they're adults ... so no custody issues either.

Price announced she was splitting from her hubby, Jeffrey Rolle, back in July. Rolle is also her manager, but she said she's cutting all biz ties with him too.

Price has been nominated for seven Grammys in her career and has sung background on hits like Mariah Carey's "Fantasy" and The Notorious B.I.G.'s "Mo Money Mo Problems."

Jennifer Garner went on a romantic dinner date in Malibu -- with her estranged husband Ben Affleck, and for once this was NOT about family time.

Ben and Jen were seen leaving Nobu Sunday night in Malibu. While the maybe exes have been together semi-frequently since annoucing their divorce in June, it's usually because they're doing things with their 3 kids.

The Nobu date was strictly for adults. According to ET, they drove there together and left together ... but there was no PDA.

Terrence Howard was weirdly in an armlock at the Emmys with one of his divorced wives, and they were both wearing wedding bling.

Mira Pak was clutching Terrence's arm as they mugged for the camera.

Terrence and Mira were married on October 2013, but she filed for divorce this March. She gave birth to their son 2 months later. The divorce became final in July.

So it's surprising that not only are they together, they're wearing rings.

Sean Penn and Madonna are the paradigm of a divorced couple who get along ... he was front and center Thursday night at her concert.

Madonna performed again at Madison Square Garden, and you see Sean feeling the moment as she sings "True Blue."

Rapper Tech N9ne is bailing out on his marriage, but there's no way his wife can say she didn't see this coming -- 'cause they've been split up for a DECADE now!

The "Caribou Lou" rapper filed to divorce Lecoya LeJeune. They got married way back in 1995, and have one daughter. On paper a 20 year marriage in show business sounds really impressive -- but in the divorce docs, Tech N9ne says they separated in 2005.

It's unclear why it's taken soooo long to reach the big D.

Tech, who's now 43, ain't exactly ready to be a full-time single dad. He's asking for shared legal custody of 16-year-old Reign, but wants Lecoya to take physical custody of their daughter. Tech does want visitation for himself.

He'll drink to that.

Murad -- the skincare company to tons of celebs -- is going through some big changes ... not the least of which being its president filing for divorce after 10 years of marriage.

Hilarie Murad -- daughter of famed dermatologist, Dr. Howard Murad -- filed the docs Tuesday in L.A. ... citing irreconcilable differences with Gerard Murphy.

Murphy and Murad have 2 children, ages 9 and 7. She's requesting legal and physical custody. The divorce comes just 2 months after Murad was sucked up by another skincare giant, Unilever, for an undisclosed amount.

Hilarie took over the company her dad founded 25 years ago. Kerry Washington, Kristin Chenoweth, Renee Zellweger and Julie Benz are among the actresses who've promoted the brand.

Giada De Laurentiis is more than ready for a break after sealing the deal in her divorce.

Giada and her kid were at LAX Friday, headed for parts unknown.

Terrell Owens' estranged wife Rachel Snider tells TMZ Sports she desperately wants to close the chapter on her marriage to the ex-NFL star ... but there's one BIG thing that's stopping them.

As for why Shelly needs spousal support ... it's a conundrum. The Sterling's net worth is estimated at $3 billion -- that includes the $2 billion they pocketed for the Clippers. Since they were married in 1955 -- 2 years before the Dodgers moved from Brooklyn -- each will walk away very, very very very rich.

Brian Austin Green hasn't quite thrown in the towel on his marriage to Megan Fox ... he was spotted Thursday doing a little grocery shopping with his wedding ring on full display.

Fox and Green announced they were separating August 19 and she filed for divorce a few days later.

Days after filing, Fox was out sans ring.

Giada De Laurentiis is officially divorced from hubby Todd Thompson, but not without cost.

TMZ has obtained a copy of the final divorce judgment, which orders Giada to pay Todd $9k a month in child support. Todd gets their $3.2 million house in Pacific Palisades and $300,000 in art and furnishings. He also gets to keep his membership in the swanky Bel-Air Bay Club which overlooks the Pacific.

Giada gets all rights to an untitled Italian cookbook and her production company, Linguine Pictures. She also gets all rights to GDL Foods, Inc. In other words, she gets to keep her brand.

And get this ... because there was no prenup, Giada must give Todd 50% of the unpaid advances to various cookbooks that are in the works, including a $2.5 million balance for Giada at Home/Weeknights with Giada, $2.3 million for Giada Feel Good Food, and $757,000 for Everyday Pasta/Giada's Kitchen.

They're dividing up various bank accounts, with a total balance north of $2 million.

And of course, he gets to keep his Porsche and she gets to keep hers.

No one's getting spousal support, because they're both rich. His estimated worth is $15 million ... hers is $20 million.

They'll share joint custody of their 7-year-old daughter, Jade Marie.

Miranda Lambert fired off another shot at ex-hubby Blake Shelton during a tribute to country legend Loretta Lynn.

It went down Tuesday night at the ACM Honors in Nashville, TN. A post-breakup hot Lambert belted out Lynn's "Rated X," the controversial 1973 track about divorce. Sample lyrics: "Well if you've been a married woman and things didn't seem to work out/Divorce is the key to bein' loose and free so you're gonna be talked about ..."

It's unclear if Lambert picked the song herself, but she does admit it is perfect for her ... right now.

Bad news for Miranda though ... the song is about women empowerment and getting a divorce ... but Blake is the one that filed.

Master P DOES have a limit ... when it comes to his estranged wife throwing huge parties with her boyfriend in a house where HE'S FOOTING THE BILL!

P ripped into Sonya Miller ... responding to the story TMZ broke -- she's filed court docs, bitching that Master P had blocked her from entering the Calabasas gated community where she lives with their 7 kids.

But Master P wants to make it clear ... he's fine with Sonya living in the house, "But I’m not going to allow access to her boyfriend and partying friends to come over and sleep where my kids are." He also accuses her of neglecting their children, saying -- " she doesn’t even take my kids to school and my sixteen year old failed all of her classes last year under her mother’s lack of guidance."

He says her court filing is simply a publicity stunt, and he can prove she's been parading people in and out of the gated community for her ragers ... "These records will be furnished to the courts to show the heavy traffic and penalties that I have had to pay for all the crazy parties she’s been having."

Bad Religion guitarist Greg Hetson is having a hard time shaking his ex-wife ... so hard, he had to call the cops.

Hetson claims in a restraining order, ex-wife Alia Blue has incessantly showed up at his LA home and each time refuses to leave. He's afraid to leave town because sometimes she just shows up and makes herself at home.

Greg says she just won't accept the fact they divorced 2 years ago and he doesn't know what to do when she bangs on his door for an hour, demanding to hash out their relationship.

Hetson says both he and his daughter feel threatened by Alia and the judge agreed to temporarily protect them. A full hearing is scheduled next week.
