Alec Baldwin wanted to play Benjamin Franklin in a new movie ... and we didn't find out from an agent, a publicist or a movie studio ... we found out from the divorce docs of a TV soap star.

"The Bold and the Beautiful" star Katherine Kelly Lang finalized her divorce this week from hubby Alex D'Andrea ... and in the docs, she gives up any claim to movie projects D'Andrea was involved with ... including the Franklin flick.

In the section marked Community Property Awarded Transferred to Respondent (Lang's ex), it mentions Walter Isaacson's book about Ben ... which had been optioned by D'Andrea, Alec and William Baldwin for a TV mini-series.

According to the docs, the three pitched the idea as a co-production with Sony, but it never found a home. Their option ran out and the rights reverted back to Isaacson because "Sony could not find a network to co-finance and/or broadcast the project."

Sherri Shepherd can keep talking for a living about anything she wants ... except the identity and location of the woman who is carrying her baby ... so a judge ordered today.

Shepherd was a no-show in court today, but her estranged husband Lamar Sally was there to argue that their entire divorce should be sealed. The judge did not rule on the case as a whole, but did order both sides to stop talking about their surrogate -- either her identity or location.

As we first reported ... Lamar is concerned a publicity crush at the hospital will endanger the baby.

Nonetheless, he has revealed the due date is July 28.

Marc Anthony has been ordered to pay ex-wife Dayanara Torres more than $28,000 in child support ... more than twice what he was paying but WAY less than she wanted.

TMZ broke the story ... Torres claimed she was living a peasant lifestyle with her $13K a month in child support for their 2 kids ... and wanted it upped to $113,000.

A judge just ruled ... Anthony must now pay Torres $28,680 a month. She also gets an increase in her yearly vacation allowance -- from $6K to 12K.

In the order the judge notes Anthony raked in more than $600,000 A MONTH in 2014. Now get this ... he's making LESS than he did previously, when he pulled in more than $12 MIL a year.

And this is interesting ... Anthony has been giving $25,000 a month to charity in 2014. Now that's what he roughly has to pay Torres.

Good news, bachelors ... ex ‘Teen Mom‘ star Jenelle Evans is officially divorced and kinda single -- if you look past the fact she's knocked up again with a new sucker boyfriend.

Anyway, point is -- if you like pot-smoking, punch throwing, extremely fertile chicks ... act fast!

Melanie Griffith is still carrying Antonio Banderas in the form of a tattoo on her right arm ... and she flat out showed it off yesterday in Santa Monica.

As TMZ first reported, the "Working Girl" filed for divorce from Antonio after 18 years of marriage. Griffith wants custody of their daughter and spousal support.

A referral to a good tattoo removal doc wouldn't hurt either.

However the divorce plays out, it's clearly going to take some time for Melanie to entirely erase Antonio from her life.

'Teen Mom 2' star Jenelle Evans is officially back on the market -- because her divorce was just finalized from estranged hubby Courtland Rogers.

A Brunswick County clerk confirms Jenelle showed up this morning in North Carolina to make it official -- she got her old name back too.

Although most people thought the relationship would last forever ... Evans and Rogers had a rough go of it -- last year they were both arrested on drug charges and domestic violence.

The estranged wife of transsexual porn star Buck Angel has a solid argument on why she shouldn't have to pay spousal support -- under Louisiana law, they can't be married, because "she" never became a "he"-- i.e., no dong.

Angel is an award-winning transsexual porn star who famously appeared on "The Howard Stern Show" in 2006 (Google it, it's amazing).

According to court docs ... Buck's estranged "wife" Elayne claims Buck never sealed the reassignment deal with the proper apparatus. Elayne claims since Buck doesn't have to tuck, the union was never legal because Louisiana does not recognize same sex marriages.

Buck is gunning for $2K a month in spousal support. He's also alleging Elayne secretly moved $500,000 out of their joint account.

Comedian Aries Spears' ex-wife is walking away from their 2-year marriage with some high-priced parting gifts that could cost him over $400K right off the bat ... TMZ has learned.

Spears' divorce from Elisa Larregui was finalized May 23 and according to court docs obtained by TMZ ... he's obligated to buy her a home "OF [HER] CHOOSING" in Florida -- with the very specific price range of $300K to $375K.

The ex "MadtV" star also has to buy Elisa a 2014 Cadillac Escalade ... and again the devil's in the details. According to the docs, the whip MUST have a backseat entertainment center and a sticker price of $60-$75K.

Elisa -- who already has full legal and physical custody of their 4-year-old son, Jordan -- also gets $5,000 per month in child support.

London's wild seven-day stretch began a week ago Friday, when he finalized his divorce from wife Melissa Cunningham.

London was arrested in 2012 for alleged domestic violence ... he agreed to take anger management classes and in return the charges were dismissed.

Fast forward to Tuesday, when London married his girlfriend, Juliet Reeves. That would have been the highlight of his week ... if she didn't give birth to their son Wyatt just two days later.

Lisa Loring -- the original Wednesday Addams from "The Addams Family" TV show -- has decided her marriage cannot be resurrected from the dead ... and has decided to file for divorce. Snap, snap.

Loring and hubby Graham Ritch were married back in 2003 and separated all the way back in 2008 -- according to docs filed in L.A. this week, and obtained by TMZ. Snap, snap.

For some mysterious and spooky reason, she's only now getting around to filing for divorce, citing irreconcilable differences. Loring, who's now 56, is asking the court to terminate her ex's right to ask for spousal support.

Mase and his estranged wife have finally settled their divorce, TMZ has learned,and while Mase won't have physical custody of his kids ... he did win back custody of his rap gear.

As we first reported, Mase and Twyla Betha pulled the plug on their marriage back in April -- after several false starts -- with both sides wanting physical custody of their two kids ... but Mase caved.

Mase won't be a stranger to his kids ... he gets "reasonable visitation" of up to three hours a day as long as he gives 12 hours advance notice.

Mase was ordered to fork over $6,000/month for child and spousal support.

For her part Twyla must return ALL of Mase's musical equipment.

At least that should make Mase feel so gooooood.

Melanie Griffith has filed for divorce from Antonio Banderas ... TMZ has learned.

Griffith's legal docs cite irreconcilable differences as the reason for ending her 18-year marriage.

In the docs -- filed by disso-queen Laura Wasser -- Griffith is asking for child support and sole physical and joint legal custody, although it's pretty much moot -- Stella, their only child together, turns 18 in September.

Griffith is also asking for spousal support.

The legal docs do not list the date of separation.

Sources connected with the couple tell TMZ ... the divorce is amicable. As for dividing property, we're told it's a little complicated ... they have lots of real estate, both in the U.S. and Spain.

This is Griffith's 4th divorce. She was twice married to Don Johnson and also married to Steve Bauer.

It's Banderas' second divorce.

First, his "True Blood" GF dropped him, and now Jim Parrack's real wife (non blood-sucking, we presume) is cutting him loose too ... TMZ has learned she just filed for divorce.

Ciera Parrack pulled the plug on their marriage after almost 6 years, according to the divorce docs filed in L.A. and obtained by TMZ. She lists their separation date as September 2013 and cites irreconcilable differences.

On 'True' ... Jim plays Hoyt, who just got dumped by ginger vampire Jessica, but the split with Ciera should be bloodless.

They have no minor children and, in the docs, Ciera says there's no community property to fight over ... which has all the markings of an iron-clad prenup.

Clean break.

Michael Biehn, who starred in "The Terminator" and "Aliens" is getting divorced ... with a big twist.

Michael's wife, Gina Biehn, filed for divorce in L..A. County Superior Court. It's a long trek for her -- because she lives in England. In fact, according to court docs, obtained by TMZ, she's been separated from Michael since 2007.

We thought Michael was actually married to another woman -- Jennifer Biehn. Turns out, they've been living together for years and although she legally changed her name they're not hitched.

Michael and Gina have an 11-year-old son and she wants full legal and physical custody. She also wants child support.

We're told it was a very bad break up back on '07 and they actually got back together several times but it didn't work out. We're also told Michael has been sending Gina regular financial support.

BTW ... Jennifer is a celeb of sorts. She just did a spread for German Penthouse.
