Uh, you guys -- this is so not even LOL or JK.

Deadmau5 may have won the battle, but it looks like Paris Hilton won the war -- because the heiress scored an award in Monte Carlo for spinning ... and it was presented by a legendary DJ.

Paris won "Women's Newcomer of the Year" Wednesday at the NRJ DJ Awards ... and Bob Sinclar handed her the honorary statue.

It may not be the Grammy's ... but with winners like Avicii, David Guetta and Steve Aoki -- it's pretty impressive. Especially since it was voted on by the fans.

Deadmau5 was not impressed ... he just tweeted, "Congrats on the NRJ award. What the f*** is an nrj award?"

Kyle Richards made it as clear as she can without saying anything ... she's none too pleased the dog that attacked her daughter has not been removed from her sister's home.

Kyle was chatty as she left Craig's in West Hollywood Wednesday night ... telling our photog her daughter Alexia will hopefully regain full movement of her hand after the attack by Kim Richards' pit bull.

But when our guy asked about keeping the dog in the family ... her tone immediately changed. It's not just what she says, but how she says it.

Chris Massey has a swollen face and a gash on his head after a brawl with Lil Twist -- but he and his bro Kyle Massey aren't backing the bus over Justin Bieber's pal ... not yet, anyway.

We broke the story ... Chris claims he got robbed and beaten up by someone with brass knuckles at Kyle's home last week -- and Twist is now a felony robbery and battery suspect.

We got the Massey bros at LAX Wednesday and asked about the incident ... which landed Chris in the hospital. For some reason they're going out of their way to go soft on Twist.

ESPN is not backing down from Daniel Tosh -- telling TMZ Sports the network did NOT steal one of his signature comedy bits ... despite Tosh's accusations.

As we previously reported, the Comedy Central star went nuclear on ESPN Tuesday night -- claiming the network copied a popular "Tosh.0" segment called "Web Redemption" and changed the title to "Awesome Video Segment."

Tosh claims ESPN even stole his catchphrase, "Are you ready to give it another shot?"

But ESPN tells us ... "This was more of an instance of us using a common phrase than it was copying his wording."

"We know that doesn't sound like the strongest explanation yet it’s the truth."

The network adds, "We are looking forward to ‘giving it another shot’ in future installments of 'The Awesome Video Segment.'"

Naya Rivera apparently is a member of the minority that's not a fan of the Kim Kardashian asstastic Paper magazine cover photo.

While Kim was breaking the internet, Naya was throwing shade, saying, "I normally don't. But...you're someone's mother..." It takes some nerve to play that card seeing as Naya changed her face to look like Kim.

Kenny G's ex-wife is at war with Nick Carter ... claiming he trashed her Malibu beach house ... leaving it littered with dog and cat poop.

The "Backstreet Boys" singer rented the home from Lyndie Benson in the super-exclusive Malibu Cove Colony for the very reasonable price of $17K/mo. plus a $35K security deposit.

Sources close to Benson claim Nick left the place a wreck ... flooding the house by overloading the septic tank, and letting his pets crap and pee everywhere.

Carter's calling BS ... he's furious she only returned around $1,700 of the security, so he's suing to get the balance.

Carter says the house was a mess when he got it ... stained carpets, leaky toilets and a broken A/C.

Carter -- who by the way lists his income at over $1M a year -- is suing for the balance.

Ray Rice wasn't the only athlete in Eminem's cross-hairs -- the rapper also dropped a few lines about Adrian Peterson's child abuse case on his new album.

Em takes aim in a new song called, "Detroit Vs. Everybody" on his new compilation album "Shady XV" -- in which he spits the following lyrics:

"What's makin' you think I need a switch? I'm Adrian Peterson ...
When he's raging and heated and on the way to go beat his kid ...
On the track I spank like he just did."

So far, no response from AP.

Eminem is under fire over controversial lyrics in a freestyle he just released -- in which he threatens to punch Lana Del Rey in the face ... like Ray Rice.

Slim just released a new video featuring a freestyle in which he goes off on several topics -- before taking a shot at Del Rey.

Here's the verse in question ...

"I may fight for gay rights, especially if they d*ke is more of a knockout than Janay Rice."

"Play nice, bitch I'll punch Lana Del Rey in the face twice like Ray Rice in broad daylight in plain sight of elevator surveillance 'til the head is bangin' on the railin' ... then celebrate with the Ravens."

So far, Del Rey has yet to respond.

NeNe Leakes has become a public enemy in Detroit, after glibly stiffing the school system out of $20K.

It's shocking ... NeNe challenged fellow "Real Housewives of Atlanta" castmate Kenya Moore to pony up $20K for the charity of Kenya's choice, so she picked the Detroit Public Schools Foundation and paid. NeNe then said she'd match Kenya's donation.

Now get this ... on Andy Cohen's show Sunday, she told the schools to kick rocks, then dropped this bomb ... that the statute of limitations had run out on her promise.

The prez of the foundation is incredulous, telling us there's no statute of limitations. She says they never heard from NeNe, but would be more than happy to take her money.

NeNe always says she's a rich bitch. At least we KNOW half that is true.

Lil Twist and his buddies didn't just beat up Chris Massey during a fight Friday ... they pummeled him with brass knuckles and robbed him ... this according to the police report.

Law enforcement sources tell us Twist is a felony suspect for robbery and battery after the incident ... which occurred at the apartment of Chris' brother Kyle Massey.

We're told Chris kicked Twist out of the apartment after an argument, but Chris says Twist returned a short time after with 4 guys, beat Chris with brass knuckles and stole his wallet and cell phone.

The "Zoey 101" star was taken to a nearby hospital for treatment.

Chris, who says he was also pantsed, wants Twist prosecuted.

Kyle Richards and her daughter Alexia Umansky were out and about Monday ... the first time the 18-year-old has been seen in public since she was viciously attacked by her aunt's pit bull.

Kyle and Alexia went inside the James Kendall Salon in Bev Hills and had little to say about the dog bite that required 2 surgeries.

Our photog mistakenly asked Alexia if she was mad at "your friend" ... obviously Kim Richards is her aunt, but close enough ... sorta.

"Love and Hip Hop Hollywood" star Morgan Hardman says she'll never forgive Princess Love for getting violent with her -- or her boyfriend Ray J for instigating -- but their dogs get a cute pass.

Hardman was dashing out of LAX when she told our photog her friendship with P.L. and Ray J is over and out, following their fight this week during a taping of the show's reunion special -- but she'll always love their dogs.

Rapper Big Paybacc was shot and killed Thursday inside a McDonald's in Palmdale, CA and police say this was no random shooting ... it was personal.

The 38-year-old rapper (real name Habeeb Ameer Zekajj) was reportedly eating lunch at 12:30 PM when someone walked in and shot him once. Police say there were about 15 other customers inside at the time.

LA County Sheriff’s Department Lt. John Corina told reporters, "There was no altercation ... This guy just walked in through one door, shot him and left out another door. So it looked like something personal. He had something against this individual. It wasn’t like he shot up the McDonald’s. He just shot him and left."

His girlfriend told reporters he left behind three children.
