Lamar Odom Drug Dealers Suspected in Kardashian Jewelry Heist

Published | Updated

Lamar Odom's drug dealers could be linked to the $250,000 jewelry heist at Lamar and Khloe's house ... because we're told the dealers threatened to break in to get the money Lamar never paid.

Multiple sources involved in Lamar's drug deals last year tell TMZ ... Lamar wasn't paying his tab. In fact, our sources say he was in the hole $15K to just one dealer back in Sept. and he owed another more than $40K.

Lamar would fend them off by saying he was loaded and therefore good for it. He would also justify not paying from time to time because the quality of the drugs was "wack."

We're told Lamar owed 10s of thousands of dollars to drug dealers when he left for Spain last month.

Now the plot thickens. We're told Lamar was getting text messages threatening his safety and also warning him they would break into his home to get even.

Cops don't know who stole the expensive jewelry but we're told there was no sign of forced entry. One source says he has reason to believe one of the dealers had connections to someone who works for the family and had lawful access to the house.

'Keeping Up With the Kardashians' Not-Really-Jenner House For Sale ... $6 MILLION

Published | Updated

The Kardashians might have to pretend they live in a different L.A. mansion -- very soon -- TMZ has learned, the one they currently use for exterior shots on their reality show is for sale ... listed at $6.25 million ... and whoever buys it has the right to pull the plug on the show.

Sorry to burst your bubble -- but the outside view of the "Jenner House" from KUWTK isn't the house the family actually lives in -- we're told Kris and co. didn't want to show the outside of their real house (located 20 miles away) for security reasons.

It's a pretty common trick in Hollywood -- except it's usually used for TV shows that shoot in studios or on sound stages. Not really in "reality."

On KUWTK, the Jenner House interior is sleek and modern -- but the interior of this 7-bedroom home is way more 19th century Italy. Check the photos.

KUWTK isn't the only show to use this house either -- it's also appeared on "NCIS: Los Angeles," "Chuck," "True Blood," and "Entourage."

Kourtney Kardashian Jacked for $50,000 Possible Link to Khloe Heist

Published | Updated

Khloe wasn't the only theft victim in the Kardashian family -- TMZ has learned, $50,000 in CASH was stolen from Kourtney's house last month ... and cops believe the two heists are related.

Sources tell TMZ, the money was stolen from inside Kourtney's Calabasas home -- following an appearance gig that paid in cash -- hmmmm -- and Kourtney believes it was an inside job.

We're told Kourtney left the money in a safe place in the house for a couple days -- and when she finally went to deposit the loot ... it was gone.

As we reported ... Khloe recently discovered $250,000 worth of jewelry missing from her Tarzana home.

Given the timing and the fact that Kourtney and Khloe work with so many of the same people, we're told police believe the two thefts are connected.

Cops plan to question people who had access to Kourtney's house around the time of the theft -- and they'll give special attention to people who ALSO had access to Khloe's house.

These chicks need to buy a safe.

Lane Kiffin $1 MILLION BONUS ... Thanks to USC

Published | Updated

USC is the gift that keeps on giving for Lane Kiffin ... because SC's ex-football coach just raked in a cool $1 MILLION PROFIT after selling the home where he lived during his stint as a Trojan.

Kiffin finally sold his 7,308 square foot Manhattan Beach property for $6.5 million. He bought the place back in 2012 for $5.5, with some financial help from the university.

But after he got the chop on the LAX tarmac in 2013, Lane -- who eventually took an offensive coordinator gig at Alabama -- put the place on the market for $6.995.

According to public records, the place finally sold for $6.5 on February 28th ... no word on who bought the place ... or if Kiffin was serious about including his puppies in the sale.

Khloe Kardashian Lie Detectors for Everyone To Find Jewelry Thief

Published | Updated

Call it CSI: Tarzana ... Khloe Kardashian is demanding lie detector tests for EVERYONE who had access to the jewelry stolen from her home ... and she want fingerprints too.

We're told Khloe suspects the jewelry thief or thieves who pilfered $250K worth of items is someone with direct access ... house staff, assistants, filming crews, inspectors and movers.

As we reported ... the thief or thieves made off with watches, diamonds and gold chains that were left in the house, which was recently sold.

It's likely an inside job because there's no sign of a break-in and the house sits inside a gated estate and the house itself is also gated.

Sources say Khloe does NOT suspect Lamar since he's been in Spain playing basketball.

Joanna Krupa Not So Rich Faces Home Foreclosure

Published | Updated

Joanna Krupa puts on a rich and famous front ... but TMZ has learned her home is on the chopping block because she owes a fortune in back mortgage.

A bank has filed foreclosure documents -- obtained by TMZ -- notifying her that her Encino home is going up for auction, because she's failed to pay nearly $725,000 she owes.

We don't know what it's worth, but it could be way upside down, because in 2004 the house sold for $670K.

The "Real Housewives of Miami" star is facing multiple problems, because the show is also on the chopping block. She's tried to jump ship to "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" but we're told producers don't want her.

Too bad ... she could be the Andrea Zuckerman of the cast.

Pernell Whitaker's Mom I Can't Believe He EVICTED Me! 'This Didn't Have to Happen'

Published | Updated

The mother of ex-boxing champ Pernell Whitaker tells TMZ Sports ... she was "shocked" her son EVICTED her from her home Wednesday -- but says she refuses to beg him to stay in the house.

We spoke to Novella Whitaker -- who had been living in a Virginia home Pernell said he bought for her more than 30 years ago ... until Pernell went to court and had her legally evicted so he could sell the place to pay bills.

73-year-old Novella tells us, "I was shocked when I heard what Pernell was doing. I wish I had been smart and had the house put in my name. Then he couldn't have done this."

Novella says she refuses to beg Pernell to let her stay in the house -- explaining, "I'm not asking him for anything. I'm gonna be okay."

"My daughter Zelda is taking me in," Novella says ... "She has enough room. I feel comfortable over there. I'm fine now, but I thought it was such a mean and sad thing for my son to do to me."

As for Pernell, he bought the place for his mom back in 1984 at the height of his career when he was rollin' in dough. Now, he's desperate for cash ... and after a judge signed off on the eviction, he called the court victory a "beautiful moment."

When asked if Novella had a message for her son, she told us ... "Pernell, things could've been better if you communicated with us. This didn't have to happen."

DMX Foreclosure Is Wife's Fault 'She Doesn't Give a F*** About My Credit'

Published | Updated

DMX says his estranged wife is suffering from delusions of grandeur -- telling TMZ, she insists on living in a house she can't afford, refusing to pay a single bill ... and that's why the bank is rearing its ugly head.

TMZ broke the story ... DMX's house in fancy Mt. Kisco, New York is in foreclosure after the rapper stopped paying the mortgage in 2008.

The house is in DMX's name -- but the rapper tells us, he stopped living there in 2005 and his wife Tashera agreed to take over all financial responsibilities related to the home, including mortgage payments.

X claims Tashera then withdrew $100,000 from his bank account while he was in jail -- without his permission -- and didn't even use it to pay the mortgage. He says he has no idea what she actually did with the money.

He tells us, "I told her she is living above her means, that you can't still live on the same block as Martha Stewart and Chevy Chase, you gotta downgrade, but she refuses to do so because the house is in my name. She doesn't give a f*** about my credit."

Attempts to reach Tashera were unsuccessful.

Justin Bieber Atlanta Protest He's Bad for Our Kids

Published | Updated

Justin Bieber's new neighbors aren't exactly rolling out the welcome mat ... quite the opposite, there's a big protest scheduled for Monday morning thrown by residents who fear their kids will get mowed down by the pot-smoking, sizzurp-slurping speed demon.

Residents in the uber-exclusive area of Buckhead -- where Bieber is renting a house from rap mogul Dallas Austin. The Buckhead Neighborhood Coalition is asking protesters to show up at 6 AM ET ... and it looks like lots of people will be there.

More than 200 people say they're going ... after signing a petition which reads, "We have worked hard to achieve our goals and get where we are. Justin Bieber's relocation to Atlanta can be nothing but bad for our children."

The petition goes on, "Some can't even let their child play in the driveway without fear; he has raced vehicles under the influence before. What's to say he won't do it again?"

And the end is great: "Please don't allow a child to ruin what we have worked so hard to obtain."

DMX Master At Foreclosure Dodging

Published | Updated

DMX may be whacked out most of the time ... but he's still crafty enough to beat the bank in the foreclosure game.

Mr. X has a house in Mt. Kisco NY ... worth just south of $1 million. Problem is ... he's falling behind on his mortgage ... hundreds of thousands of dollars, so the bank initiated a foreclosure action.

Truth be told ... the rapper hasn't paid a penny for 1400 DAYS ... since 2008. He currently owes $258,927.

Somehow, the bank hasn't sealed the deal and taken the house back. The foreclosure action is still active ... but DMX is still the owner.

Arizona wasn't as kind to Mr. X. Back in 2009 ... the bank dropped the hammer on his house near Phoenix while he was in the slammer.

And that must have made Sheriff Arpaio a happy man.

Justin Bieber Cops Patrol Home 'He's Not an Animal in a Zoo'

Published | Updated

Cops are sending patrol cars to Justin Bieber's house numerous times a day to make sure people are letting him live in peace ... because they say, "He's not an animal in a zoo."

TMZ broke the story ... Justin has rented the Atlanta estate of rap mogul Dallas Austin for 3 months. The Sandy Springs Police Dept. is responsible for patrolling the area where Bieber is living.

A Captain for the PD tells TMZ, they're aware Bieber is a big celeb who attracts lots of fans, especially young girls. The Captain says they are now putting cops on special patrol, specifically driving past the home multiple times every day and night ... to make sure people aren't loitering and trespassing.

The Captain also said his dept. is aware of Justin's problems with his Calabasas neighbors, and they won't tolerate any nonsense -- either from Bieber or his new neighbors.

Dallas Austin Justin Can Do ANYTHING In My Home

Published | Updated

Mega record producer Dallas Austin just made it clear ... Justin Bieber can do ANYTHING he wants in Austin's Atlanta home ... ANYTHING.

We got Austin leaving Warwick nightclub in Hollywood Wednesday night ... and asked him about the story we broke earlier in the day ... that Bieber just rented Austin's ATL mansion for 3 months.

Listen carefully to the video. It sounds like Austin is open to selling Bieber the house and that Bieber's down with that.

Bottom line ... the subtext is not subtle. Weed, sizzurp, etc. ... no problemo.

Justin Bieber Rents Famous ATL Music Producer's Spaceship Mansion

Published | Updated

Justin Bieber has found a new home in Atlanta -- for the next three months -- and the 5,500 sq. ft. mansion looks like something out of "Star Trek."

Sources tell us, Bieber moved into the 4-bedroom spaceship-looking home of record producer Dallas Austin last week -- the guy behind songs like "They Don't Care About Us" by Michael Jackson, "Don't Let Me Get Me" by Pink, "It's So Hard to Say Goodbye to Yesterday" by Boyz II Men.

Dallas is also Chili's baby daddy ... Chili from TLC.

We're told Bieber plans to live in the USS Enterprise while he works on his new hip hop album -- and shops for his own place.

As we reported, Bieber's been mansion hunting in Atlanta's exclusive Buckhead neighborhood -- where Usher currently lives -- but so far, he hasn't found his dream home. His plan was to have another home in L.A. and to split his time between the 2 cities.

Justin Bieber Atlanta Move Could Land Him in PRISON

Published | Updated

Justin Bieber's plan to move to Atlanta may be the worst decision he's made in years -- and that's really saying something -- because it could land him behind bars FOR YEARS.

TMZ broke the story ... Bieber now has his mind set on buying an estate in Atlanta and living there part time.

Here's the problem ... and it's a big one. In Georgia, possession of a tiny bit of weed is a misdemeanor that can land you in jail for 1 year. And, if it's more than an ounce, it becomes a FELONY and the maximum penalty is A DECADE BEHIND BARS.

By contrast ... in California 28.5 grams of pot or less is like a traffic ticket. And more than 28.5 grams is just a misdemeanor with the max penalty of 6 months in county jail.

Also in California, you can avoid criminal prosecution altogether by simply getting a medical marijuana card. There's no such thing in Georgia.

As for sizzurp ... in Georgia even a tiny bit of unprescribed codeine can land you in prison for 15 YEARS.

In California ... a little sizzurp is a felony, but the maximum punishment is 3 years.

Short story ... Justin may be making a colossal mistake.
