Deion Sanders is completely underwater after his pool emptied into his Dallas penthouse apartment ... and now he wants millions from the company he blames for drenching him.

The NFL Hall of Famer had been trying to sell his $6.5 million Dallas pad in the ritzy Azure tower -- where Terrell Owens and Jason Kidd have also lived -- when he hired WWPS, Inc. to work on the pool back in 2012. Mind you, the pool is INSIDE Deion's home. Baller style.

According to the docs ... 2 days after the work was done, Deion's realtor stopped by and found the place flooded. This all went down while he was in the middle of a nasty divorce ... so the cash flow would've come in handy.

Shoddy roof work caused Jennifer Connelly's NYC loft to leak like a sieve during a big rainstorm -- according to a new lawsuit -- but the roofers say Connelly's to blame.

Connelly hired a construction company to make repairs to the roof of a loft apartment building she owns -- a refurbished 1860s warehouse. But according to the suit ... when a big storm hit in Oct. 2010, water from the rain started pouring into the building.

It cost $262K to repair the damage ... money her insurance company shelled out.

The rising sea levels have swallowed up the beach along Malibu Colony, the gated community which houses some of the biggest celebs in the country.

The couple bought the place in 2011 for $18.995 million and is asking $22 million for it now.

Originally, the house was around 5,000 sq. ft ... but after renovations, it doubled.

In 2012 it was worth about $1.2 mil ... they're trying to unload it for nearly 4 times that amount.

Francesca Eastwood was questioned by cops after neighbors of her ex-BF Tyler Shields reported someone was burglarizing his L.A. home, TMZ has learned.

Sources close the situation tell us police got to Shields' house Saturday evening, and found a front door window had been smashed ... and Eastwood was carrying stuff out of the house. Shields was not home at the time.

A source close to Eastwood tells TMZ it wasn't a burglary because Francesca's name is still on the house lease, and she was merely retrieving her own personal belongings -- including clothes and pictures.

Law enforcement sources tell us ... Shields -- a well-known celeb photographer -- showed up at the house while Eastwood was collecting her stuff. Officers stuck around to maintain peace until she left.

Scandrick originally listed the 3,300 square foot home last year fro $2.85 million -- but when no one bit for that price, he chopped it down ... and eventually let it go for $2.1 mil.

Scandrick bought the place back in 2011 right after signing a huge $27 million contract with Dallas ... and we can see why -- the place is pimp ... with sick views and sunken spa and retractable glass walls.

Bryan Cranston is beloved by all his neighbors for playing a horrifying villain, and they let him know it by decorating the front of his house after his Emmy win.
