'Dallas' Star Charlene Tilton My Landlord's Driving Me Bonkers!
"Dallas" star Charlene Tilton says her Burbank apartment has been overrun by 20 sweaty dudes with jackhammers, and it's driving her crazy.
Tilton, who played Lucy Ewing on the show, claims in a new lawsuit she plunked down $2,600 a month for a nice Burbank apartment, but her peace was shattered when the landlord broke ground on a 3-month construction project, which involved several weeks of breaking concrete.
Charlene claims her building is now a living hell. She can't use the pool or gym, the elevator doesn't work half the time, she can't open the windows because of ear-shattering noise, and the dust is unbearable.
The 56-year-old actress says she's suffered extreme emotional distress and wouldn't wish the apartment on her worst enemy ... which we're guessing would be the photographer on the soap.
Charlene believes the apartment is unlivable, so she's suing for rent she paid during construction and all sorts of other damages, including emotional distress.
The landlord tells TMZ, he's tried to work with Charlene and even offered a discount in rent, but they just can't reach an agreement.

Lil Wayne Get Off My Yard! I'm Moving to Get Privacy
It's no coincidence Lil Wayne put his Miami Beach home on the market less than a month after he was the victim of a series of pranks ... it's actually the sole reason he's selling.
According to our sources, Weezy feels his privacy has been utterly compromised because he feels like everyone in America knows where he lives.
Even before his estate made national headlines -- for a swatting prank, a random prostitute at his door, and a random guy hanging around outside -- we're told there had been several cases of strangers getting too close for comfort.
We're told Wayne feels like his mansion has become a sort of mecca for obsessed fans, and he wants out.
So anyone who's got $18 million and is in the market for a 15,000 sq. ft. home with a storied recent past ... well, you know where to go.
'Empire' Co-Creator Not Quite Livin' Like Lucious ... Snags Modest Crash Pad
"Empire" co-creator Danny Strong is banking on his show going the distance -- he just scored a sweet new WeHo condo to keep him closer to his J-O-B.
Our sources say Danny is only in town part-time when he's churning out the hit FOX drama -- and needed something a little cozier than a hotel ... so he scooped up the modest new crib.
The docs show Danny only dropped $660k on the 1-bed/1-bath pad. Sure, it's only 1177 sq. ft., but it's his 1177 sq. ft.! Plus, it's a stone's throw from the action at Chateau Marmont and the Sunset Strip.
Not-So-Fun Fact: Danny's condo is in the same building where Ashley Greene's unit got torched by a candle 2 years ago. Always get insurance.

And can you blame Weezy? Look at that list of crazy stuff that's gone on at that home in just a little over a month.
The asking price is a cool $18,000,000 ... so maybe Wayne can spring for a fence around his next place.

Mike Tyson Church Scooped Up Abandoned Mansion.. For $750k Steal!
The price was right for Mike Tyson's former Ohio palace to get snatched up by a fledgling church ... which got a very sweet deal for the 58-acres -- and we've learned Tyson will have an open invitation.
Pastor Nick Dejacimo with The Living Word Sanctuary tells TMZ Sports they dropped $750k on the land and the house ... which is 33,000 sq. ft. Yeah, that's a lot of money ... until you consider it was valued at $1.3 million in 1999.
Pastor Nick says the place is almost ready to move in -- "The skylights, arches, and windows in the pool area, it literally looks like a church." As for the dilapidated pool ... he says it will be filled in and converted to the sanctuary.
He adds his humble congregation of 140 has saved 9 years worth of tithing donations in order to make the purchase. In addition to the church ... they plan to renovate part of the land into a workout facility with a jogging path.
The pastor says once they're open for business ... "Iron Mike" is welcome to join them in worship any time.
Mike Tyson Abandoned Mansion to Become Church
The insane over-the-top Ohio mansion where Mike Tyson lived and partied in the '80s and '90s is getting a complete makeover ... in Jesus' name.
The mansion is insane -- featuring marble EVERYWHERE, a hot tub with mirrored ceiling, indoor pool, tiger cages, a basketball court and more.
Tyson sold the place in 1999 ... and it's had multiple owners since then ... but now, according to the Daily Mail, it's been bought by a developer who plans to turn the property into a church.
The place isn't in terrible shape ... but it does need some work ... especially since vandals tagged the joint, leaving several "anarchy" symbols around the house.
And get this, the new owners have offered Tyson an invite to the church's first gathering. No word if he plans on going.

Vanilla Ice He Can Now Buy the House He Allegedly Looted ... Legally
Vanilla Ice can try to unscramble the proverbial egg by buying the house he allegedly burglarized, because it's on the market.
You'll recall ... Ice was arrested for felony grand theft after allegedly looting the joint and taking furniture, a pool heater, bicycles and other stuff. Ice told cops he thought the stuff was fair game because it was on the curb.
The stuff was returned, and now the owner has put the Lantana, FL house on the market for $1.6 mil.
Here's the rub. You can't rob a bank, return the money and just call it a day. Ice is expected to be formally charged with the crimes next month.

Richard Simmons My Bushes are So Beautiful They Make Me Cry
Richard Simmons has hardly left his house in more than a year, but it's ok because he's so smitten by what the landscaper has done, it makes him break down in tears.
We got this audio recording of Richard calling Angie's List and you'd think he was giving props to Michelangelo. In this case the artist is landscaper Alvaro Garibay, who trims Richard's bushes to a fare-thee-well.
You gotta listen. It was recorded in 2013, before Richard went MIA, but you can hear how his gated estate has become his refuge.
And the biggest bonus of all ... Richard says his Hispanic gardeners speak really good English.

Carson Daly Sued Gas Station Fuming Over Chain Link Fence
Carson Daly may have THOUGHT good fences make good neighbors, but his fence just got him sued.
Carson owns a house in a really nice part of Santa Monica overlooking the Pacific Ocean. There's a Chevron gas station next door -- we know that sounds weird, but it's a whole topography thing.
Seems the gas station believes Carson's fence is sitting on its property, and not by inches -- by feet. The gas station has sued Carson, asking a judge to make it clear to the host of "The Voice" he has to remove the chain link.
But that's not all. The friendly petroleum folks want money, and apparently lots of it.
We've reached out to Carson's rep but no word back.
What would you pay to hear the judge call the case and say, "Chain chain chain, chain chain chain, chain chain chain, chain of fools."
