PLEASE LET ME GO!

Young Money rapper Chanel West Coast won't be charged with assaulting and battering a security guard in a drunken stupor, despite the fact that most of it is right there for all to see on video.

The video is epic -- the "Ridiculousness" star was booted from 1 OAK non compos mentis last month after she allegedly started a fight inside. But the fighting didn't stop there, because she went wild on a security guard, kicking and punching him.

After failed negotiations, she was cuffed and arrested.

But the forgiving guard has decided to let bygones be bygones, so charges will not be filed.

It may not be over. Chanel posted pics of her bruises from the incident, claiming she was unnecessarily roughed up.

Justin Bieber Fan Tripping At Concert Not My Fault!!!

Justin Bieber is pulling the "what do you mean?" card on a New Jersey woman who's suing him after she tripped on a loose cable at one of his concerts.

Bieber's camp is calling BS, saying there were NO electrical cables lying anywhere around where Sandy Ricketts was standing, during the 2013 "Believe Tour in Philly". They say if she hurt herself she has her own clumsiness to blame.

In Bieber's legal docs, there's also an interesting reference to the fine print on the concert tickets, which say fans assume the risk of injuries when they attend.

Ricketts says she was hurt bad ... severe and permanent injuries including a broken shoulder, busted lip that required surgery and a sprained wrist.

Bieber and company are asking a judge to throw the case out.

Caitlyn Jenner I Won't Answer Questions About the Crash ... For Now

Caitlyn Jenner will not answer questions in the civil lawsuit over her fatal PCH car crash because it would violate her right against self-incrimination.

Caitlyn's lawyer filed legal docs claiming Jenner should not have to answer various questions connected to the crash while the D.A. ponders whether to file criminal charges.

Fact is ... it's common for any civil defendant in Jenner's shoes to lodge such an objection.

The stepchildren of Kim Howe, the Lexus driver killed in the crash, are asking Jenner to answer scores of questions, including whether she was taking any prescription or non-prescription meds at the time of the accident.

As TMZ first reported, Sheriff's investigators determined Jenner was NOT under the influence of any drugs or alcohol. But the question opens the door to personal medical information that could include hormone therapy.

Ex-NBA Star Michael Beasley Victory In $25 Mil Rape Case ... Kinda, Sorta

Published | Updated

Big win for ex-NBA star Michael Beasley in his rape case in Arizona -- the judge has thrown out the $25 MILLION lawsuit filed against him ... but he's not out of the woods yet.

As we previously reported, Beasley -- the #2 overall pick in the 2008 NBA Draft -- was sued for sexual assault and kidnapping by a woman who claims he raped her in 2013.

The woman decided to go after Beasley in civil court after a police investigation found no evidence of a sexual assault.

But now, the judge has kicked the suit to the curb -- citing Arizona laws which don't allow a person to sue for "sexual assault" or "kidnapping." You can prosecute for said allegations, but not sue.

In the judge's explanation, he explains that the accuser could technically sue for "battery" ... but she would need to amend her suit and file it all over again.

As for the kidnapping allegation, the judge says the allegations sound more like false imprisonment ... but the statute of limitations ran out on that ... so she's S.O.L.

So, for now, the case has been dismissed ... but the accuser's attorney tells us they plan to move forward with a battery suit.

As for Beasley, his lawyer David Michael Cantor tells us Beasley is "very pleased" with the judge's ruling ... adding, "These serious accusations have been very hurtful to Michael. He is thankful for those who supported him during this difficult period and is looking forward to the upcoming NBA season."

Judge Joe Brown Screw the Racists I Just Won Case that Put Me in Jail

Published | Updated

Judge Joe Brown says he just beat a bunch of racists in the court case that landed him in jail.

The African American woman who Joe was representing when he got locked up for contempt is now off the hook, because she was framed.

The woman had been hauled into court by a guy who claimed they had a daughter together and he wanted child support. A judge actually issued an arrest warrant for Joe's client, but the court just ruled not only was the woman NOT the mother ... the daughter was made up by the guy just to squeeze money out of her.

Brown went to jail after trying to explain this to the court, but a magistrate felt Joe got too emotional. Now the former TV jurist says, "Shelby County (Tennessee) is the most racist and bigoted court system I have ever encountered."

As for his jail experience, Joe says, "The jail is run like a slave warehouse."
