Steve Aoki's signature cake-in-the-face toss just got him sued by a Las Vegas clubgoer, who didn't get nailed by a cake ... but says it still took him out.

Raymond Collins says Aoki's flying pastry during a March set at Hakkasan made him bite it so hard he sustained a serious head injury. In the suit, he says he literally did a slip and fall on the cake after it landed on the ground.

Normally, it's an EDM badge of honor to get nailed by Steve, but Collins says the cake turned into a disaster for him. He claims he's lost income, and wants damages for mental suffering, loss of enjoyment of life, and more.

We've reached out to Steve's reps for his side of things.

So much for just desserts.

Camille -- who's been married to Bill for 52 years -- tried to get out of the depo, and even filed an emergency motion late Saturday requesting it be delayed, but the judge said no dice.

Dr. Luke Judge Saw Right Through Kesha's Twitter 'Extortion'

Published | Updated

Kesha's a liar and an extortionist who got exposed by a judge who figured out what's up ... this according to Dr. Luke's lawyers.

As we reported, a NYC judge shut Kesha down Friday in her attempt to get out of her Sony contract, after leveling a panoply of charges against the famed record producer, including rape.

Luke's lawyers have some interesting words for Kesha. On one hand, they want her to know she's always been "free" ... free to record with Luke or any other Sony producer. The lawyers also say they've invested $11 mil in her career and are "committed to continuing to promote her work."

On the other hand, the lawyers blast Kesha for engaging in "trial by Twitter," engaging in an unsupported, "vicious smear campaign to ruin Luke's reputation."

The lawyers go on, claiming Kesha's "outright lies" were designed "to extort a contract renegotiation and money."

Good luck working together.

TMZ has learned Masika Tucker filed legal docs demanding the rapper submit to a paternity test. We're told Masika explains in the papers, she and Fetty met last year and from June 28 until July 15 had "sexual relations on numerous occasions." She also states he was her only partner during that period. Ditto for the 4 months prior.

Bottom line for Masika -- who's 7-8 months along -- Fetty's her only candidate for the daddy.

Masika also wants Fetty to pay pregnancy expenses and child support once the baby arrives. She lists some monthly expenses ... including $4,500 for rent, $820 for a housekeeper and $2,000 for clothes.

We're told she says she's dropping $17k per month on expenses.

Masika wants the court to grant her full legal and physical custody as soon as she pops out baby Fetty.

THE SHOCKING FOOTAGE ...

Chris Spivey, the dad caught on camera disciplining his son with a belt on "Jo Frost: Nanny On Tour," is threatening legal action against the show after getting flooded with death threats.

Spivey tells TMZ the footage of what sounds like him whipping his 9-year-old with a belt as the child screamed in pain is "bogus" because it was grossly edited, and he was only hitting the bed. He says producers took the isolated incident and created a whole show around it, but never gave him a heads up it was airing Thursday night.

TMZ broke the story ... Frost called child services in November on Spivey after she saw the disturbing footage captured by the show's surveillance cameras. Spivey says DCFS investigated but found no wrongdoing.

Spivey watched last night and says the show "sucked." He says right after it aired he started getting Facebook threats.

He says his family is considering legal action -- they've retained an attorney -- because "we are not people that beat their kids. We are leaders in our community and this has put a strain on our family.”

Dr. Drew If Janice Dickinson Says Cosby Raped Her ... Then He Did

Published | Updated

Dr. Drew has told a judge Janice Dickinson is a truth teller, and if she says Bill Cosby raped her then the court can take that to the bank.

Drew filed a declaration in Dickinson's defamation suit against Cosby, in which she claims he slandered her by claiming she lied about him drugging and raping her in 1982.

Drew says during the filming of 'Celebrity Rehab' in 2010, she told him she'd been raped by a "prominent celebrity" but was too scared to reveal his name. She's made statements to others before 2010, claiming the culprit was Cosby.

Drew says he found her to be an honest person. Indeed he says she's sometimes "overly honest ... blunt and unvarnished." He says, "she speaks the truth."

He goes on to explain her past addictions don't make her a liar for life ... "In my professional opinion, an addict may get clean and sober and become an honest and truthful person. I believe that has been the case for Ms. Dickinson."

COPS CUTTING JON SOME SLACK

Jon Jones caught a HUGE break during his traffic stop in New Mexico last month -- with the officer telling the UFC star he let him off easy after going 75 in a 35 WITHOUT a driver's license.

TMZ Sports obtained the audio from the January 31st incident -- in which Jon is extremely polite and explains that he didn't realize he was going so fast.

The cop asks for Jon's driver's license, registration and proof of insurance but Jones says he doesn't have it on him ... explaining he was running late for MMA practice and didn't have his stuff in order.

Jon then says he lost his license a while back and has been driving with his passport instead -- the cop explains he can't do that.

In the end, the cop tells Jon he could have busted him for reckless driving -- a misdemeanor -- which could have violated the terms of Jon's probation stemming from his hit and run conviction.

Instead, the cop only cited Jon for driving without a license, proof of insurance and registration -- and explains, "You're getting a huge break dude."

At the end of the stop, the cop admonishes Jones -- "Just drive normal, okay? I mean, yeah you got a cool car but there's no need to go drive crazy and kill somebody or kill yourself. It ain't worth it dude."

The D.A.'s office declined to file a violation of probation charge against Jones -- but he was ordered to 3 days of community service for not immediately alerting his probation officer about the incident.

Kesha In Tears ... Denied Release from Sony

Published | Updated

Kesha wept openly in court when a judge ruled she will NOT be let out of her Sony Music contract.

Kesha is accusing her longtime producer Dr. Luke of sexually, mentally, and physically abusing her during the years they cranked out hit music -- and as a result she wants out of her Sony deal.

She had sought an injunction allowing her to make an album outside of Sony, but the judge shot that down Friday morning ... saying she can work with a different producer under the Sony umbrella.

Kesha's attorneys say they're worried Sony will blackball her if she refuses to work with Luke, who was not in the courtroom.

There was no decision on the abuse claims ... that part of the litigation is ongoing.

Dr. Luke's attorney, Christine Lepera, released a statement to TMZ saying, "We are pleased with the Court's decision from the bench fully denying Ms. Sebert’s motion for a preliminary injunction. As the Court recognized, Ms. Sebert has always had the ability to proceed with her career if she so chooses."
