'LOISAIDAS' OFFICIAL TRAILER

Kanye West and Damon Dash didn't tarnish a Latin singing group's name by promoting murder, violence and drug sales in a movie collaboration ... at least that's what a judge ruled.

TMZ broke the story ... West and Dash were sued last year by a member of Loisaidas, a group that's been around since 2008. Member Michael Medina said the rap duo tarnished Loisaidas' brand after they released a movie in 2015 with the exact same name.

However, a judge disagreed ... and on Thursday dismissed the suit. The reasoning? ... "Loisaidas," which refers to Manhattan's Lower East Side, is fair game considering that's where the film took place and had nothing to do with the singing group.

We think we know what won't be in Medina's Netflix queue.

Martin Shkreli NY State's Gunning for His Isaac Newton!

Published | Updated

Martin Shkreli -- the controversial pharma exec people love to hate -- might have to part ways with some rare and historic treasures ... like an Isaac Newton manuscript!

New York state's tax board is going after Shkreli's insane collection of artifacts to pay down the more than $2.8 million he owes in back taxes.

The collection, kept in Shkreli's office, is nuts -- it includes a signed Charles Darwin letter, and an antique Enigma machine -- notably used by Nazi Germany to encode military communications. Also on the table:

-- Stacked, 2003 photograph of Jeff Koons

-- Original lithographs by Joan Miro

-- Signed letters from Augusta Ada Countess of Lovelace

-- Original Glass & Collage Chessboard sculpture by Dustin Yellin

-- 6 pills by Damien Hirst

The judge hasn't signed off on the order for Shkreli or his company to turn over the items. The infamous one-of-a-kind Wu-Tang album he purchased is not on the hit list.

Not yet, anyway.

George Clooney Delusional Man Threatens Actor, Wife

Published | Updated

George Clooney just got legal protection from a mentally unstable guy who waged a war of harassment against the actor, his wife and others ... the question -- will it stop the guy?

Mark Bibbee sent 189 pages of rambling, delusional and disturbing documents to Clooney's team, among other things making veiled threats against the actor and Amal. Among the emails ... reference to an assassination plot against George H.W. Bush and the JonBenet Ramsey murder.

According to the docs, Bibbee has been diagnosed with bipolar disorder and possible schizophrenia.

There's a disturbing reference to the Orlando massacre, in which Bibbee writes, "Orlando is a false flag event to cover for LGBT criminal & pedophiles."

The judge ordered Bibbee to stay 100 yards away from Clooney, Amal and his team for 5 years and to cease all other contact.

Clooney and Amal are currently at their home in Italy and seem unfazed.

As for Bibbee, he's currently in a psych ward. The problem with these restraining orders ... the people whose conduct judges are trying to curb are the least likely to comprehend and obey.

We're told Downey's been super friendly and attentive during the trial. It's not exactly a riveting case. Two biomechanical engineers are testifying, along with both drivers, and 4 eyewitnesses. The injuries were not horrific ... we're told best case scenario the case is worth $50k.

The lawyers asked only a few questions before settling on the actor. He assured them neither he nor anyone in his family was in a car crash that resulted in injury.

One source connected with the case said, "He actually seems happy to be here."

Hey ... it beats "Due Date."

"Over the weekend, new cosmetic products were announced on the Kardashian Beauty cosmetic social media pages with pictures and statements from Kourtney, Kim and Khloe. The three Kardashian sisters are not in business with this cosmetic company."

They go on to say, "The people selling the Kardashian Beauty brand and their predatory owners knew this and are attempting to mislead the Kardashians' fans by stating that the Kardashians are still involved. This outrageous conduct is a legal matter and will be dealt with accordingly."

We've reached out to Haven's owners, Hillair Capital, but so far no word back.
