Kevin Gates is gonna do time for the crime of unloading a brutal kick on one of his fans ... after she tugged at his shorts.

The rapper was found guilty of battery in the 2015 incident during a Florida club gig. The judge sentenced him to 180 days in Polk County Jail, and he was immediately taken into custody.

The video of the kick, which TMZ first posted, made it pretty clear Gates severely overreacted to the woman reaching for him from the front row, and the judge and jury agreed.

Lena Headey violated her custody agreement with her ex-husband by keeping their son in the U.K., and a judge has just ordered her to come back to L.A. with the kid after the show wraps.

Ex-hubby Peter Loughran was in court Wednesday when the judge made it clear ... the 'GoT' star went crosswise with the 2013 custody agreement by enrolling 6-year-old Wylie in school without Peter's permission.

Peter wanted Wylie returned stat -- the boy was supposed to come back Sept. 5th -- but the judge agreed with Lena that she could keep Wylie in Europe until shooting is over before returning to L.A.

Lena wanted to keep Wylie in England permanently, because she felt the U.S. school system sucked.

The custody agreement gives Peter visitation 10 days a month. Until Wylie comes back home, Lena has to pay for Peter's travel.

3:10 PM PT -- Sources close to Ware tell TMZ Sports DeMarcus believes the burglary was an "inside job" ... committed by suspects who "work in the apartment building."

Great news for DeMarcus Ware -- cops say they have captured the two men suspected of burglarizing the NFL star's home on Monday ... and even got his Super Bowl ring back!

As we previously reported, two men broke into Ware's Denver home while the Broncos were playing the Texans on "Monday Night Football" -- and the burglary was caught on surveillance tape.

Now, the Denver PD says 40-year-old Billy McCaslin and 31-year-old Sergio Irreza have been apprehended -- along with the stolen property!

The cops also sent out a tweet thanking the City of Denver for help in the investigation.

Jules Wainstein's ex tried to pull a fast one by renting out an NYC apartment he had no business hawking because SHE owns it ... according to a new lawsuit, but he denies any wrongdoing.

Michael Wainstein is being sued by Jonathan Sheffer -- a famous conductor -- who says he needed to lease a place for his nanny, and Michael offered the pad ... at a premium. In the suit, Sheffer says Michael demanded more than $20k for rent, security deposit and broker fees.

Sheffer agreed and signed the lease, but according to the docs ... he had maintenance issues with the place, which led to his big discovery -- Michael wasn't the owner.

Sheffer thinks Michael was taking the cash for personal use. He's suing for a complete refund, plus damages.

James Otis is the guy who says he took a pickax to Donald Trump's star on the Walk of Fame, and he tells TMZ ... he's ready and willing to go to jail for the crime.

Otis was totally open with us about what he did and why. He says he attacked Trump's star around 5:45 AM Wednesday because he sees himself as a sort of modern-day Robin Hood.

As we told you, he planned to auction off pieces of the star and donate the money to the accusers' legal defense, because Trump has vowed to sue them. Otis, who considers himself an activist, says his main motivation was standing up for the alleged victims.

Of course, now that he's gone public in taking credit for vandalizing the star ... police are looking for him. The Hollywood Chamber of Commerce says the plaque is worth $30k, so he's confessing to a felony.

Otis has a plan to deal with the heat.

Coolio pled guilty to possession of a concealed weapon but will avoid jail time ... TMZ has learned.

The rapper was in an L.A. court Wednesday where he was placed on 3 year probation and ordered to 45 days of community service. He must remain on his best behavior -- which includes not using or carrying a gun. If he does that for a year, the charge will be reduced to a misdemeanor.

TMZ broke the story ... Coolio was yanked off a plane back in September after TSA found the gun in a book bag ... one of his crew members tried to take the fall, but cops searched the bag and it wasn't hard to determine it was the rapper's.

But it wasn't all bad news in court ... before ending his hearing, the judge turned to the rapper and told him, "You've got a different little hair style ... it suits you."

Donald Trump's star on the Hollywood Blvd Walk of Fame is completely destroyed after someone took a pickax to it ... and LAPD is on the case.

Law enforcement sources tell us Trump's star was smashed apart early Wednesday morning. We're told the vandal posed as a construction worker to fool anyone walking past while they did the damage. Cops took a vandalism report, but haven't made any arrests.

According to Deadline Hollywood ... someone who said his name is Jamie Otis took credit for the destruction. He said he intended to auction off the removed star to raise money for the legal defense of Trump accusers.

Justin Bieber and his crew swerved into oncoming traffic in England Tuesday night, and cops are now on the case.

We're told Bieber was part of a 3-car convoy in the Frodsham area of Cheshire when the incident went down. The video doesn't tell the full story, but it shows what appears to be Bieber's SUV pulling to the right side ... which in England is the wrong side.

The SUVs were racing through the streets and swerving in and out of traffic to pass up slower drivers.

Justin is renting a mansion in Cheshire during his "Purpose" tour in the UK.

Lena Headey has had it with her ex-husband's demands to move their kid from the land of fish and chips to the city of sushi ... she's now asking a judge to end the war.

The "Game of Thrones" star is locked in a legal battle with Peter Loughran over their 6-year-old son Wylie. Lena claims she and Peter agreed they would both live in England to share joint custody, but he insists he never made such an agreement and wants his time with Wylie at his L.A. home.

Lena says in legal docs she's beyond frustrated ... she's offered to fly him to England to see the child, she's suggested a FaceTime schedule and he keeps telling her to pound sand.

Lena attached an email to her docs in which Peter says, "I am confirming that I agree to Lena Headey keeping our son Wylie Loughran in the UK ... if all parts of said deal are put in place ..."

Gloria Allred has no fear when it comes to going after Donald Trump, vowing to push the 3 accusers she reps into filing a lawsuit against Trump if he sues them.

Gloria tells us ... she will recommend to the 3 accusers that they file a defamation suit against Trump, but only if he sues first.

She also makes it clear ... if she files a countersuit, it's gonna get nasty and she'll force Trump to answer lots of questions involving sexual interactions.

It's obvious Antonio Gates supports the NY Giants decision to fire Josh Brown -- telling TMZ Sports any player who becomes a distraction has gotta go ... period.

The Chargers superstar's real message here is that players are ALWAYS replaceable and on thin ice -- and if you blow your shot (whether it's domestic violence or anything else) ... too bad, so sad ... see ya.

Good news for Brown ... Gates doesn't think the kicker's career is necessarily over.

The Brad Pitt child abuse investigation has been expanded to the entire family, including Angelina ... sources connected with Angelina Jolie tell TMZ.

Our sources say ... the L.A. County Dept. of Children and Family Services initially focused on the plane incident in which Brad allegedly struck 15-year-old Maddox.

Our sources say, through various interviews with family members, DCFS has now expanded its investigation to other alleged incidents, including interactions between Brad and Angelina which were allegedly witnessed by 1 or more of their 6 kids.

The Angelina sources say some of the children have been fearful around Brad, and Maddox in particular has problems with his dad. We're told the meeting Brad had with Maddox last week ended quickly because Maddox didn't want to be there.

None of our sources would say if the DCFS interviews turned up anything that would cause the agency to take action related to custody.

The Denver P.D. has released images of two men caught on surveillance cameras inside Ware's Cherry Creek home ... and officials are offering a $2,000 reward to anyone with info that can crack the case.

It's unclear now what exactly was jacked from Ware's crib ... but what is clear is that cops are SERIOUS about bringing whoever pulled the caper to justice.

A Virgin America flight attendant is a bald-faced liar who had 'Real Housewives' star James Marchese arrested for a fight with his wife that never went down ... so says James in new lawsuit.

James and Amber Marchese just filed suit against Virgin America and flight attendant Moriah Rosser, who the Marcheses claim lied to cops when she said she saw James choking Amber on the plane.

James and Amber claim in the docs Moriah straight-up told them she didn't like James after recognizing him from their show. After James fell asleep in his seat, the couple claims cops stormed the plane and cuffed James ... based on what they say Moriah falsely reported.

We broke the story ... James was arrested for domestic violence in April, but had the charges against him dropped. He told us he'd be suing Virgin America ... and it looks like he made good on his promise -- now they're suing for major damages.

Virgin America tells TMZ the lawsuit has no merit and it'll defend itself and Moriah in court.

The homeless man who jumped the fence at Miranda Kerr's Malibu home and allegedly stabbed her security guard was just charged with attempted murder, assault with a deadly weapon and mayhem ... TMZ has learned.

The L.A. County District Attorney charged the intruder, Shaun Haywood, with the 3 felonies after the brutal confrontation earlier this month ... ending with Haywood getting shot 4 times and a security guard stabbed in the face and arm.

As TMZ reported ... Haywood disobeyed orders to stand down after hopping a fence ... prompting the security guard to fire multiple shots. Miranda wasn't home at the time.

Justin Timberlake is in the clear ... the official in the Shelby County D.A.'s Office who told us they were looking into a possible criminal violation in connection with JT's selfie at the voting booth now says he screwed up.

As we reported, Justin's selfie is a violation of a new law that prohibits Tennessee voters from snapping pics or recording their movements at the polls. A violation is punishable by 30 days in jail.

The official told us ... the matter was "under review," but he now says he made a mistake. He says although the D.A. was aware of the selfie, no law enforcement agent, election commission official or police officer had filed a formal complaint, so the matter wasn't on the table for review.

So Justin's in the clear, and we're guessing Hillary got a vote.
