Justin Bieber has got to be kidding ... trying to dodge responsibility for allegedly terrorizing a neighbor by trying to turn it into a penny-ante lawsuit ... so claims the "terrorized" neighbor.

It's pretty incredible. Jeffrey Schwartz has already collected $90,000 from Bieber for the now-famous egging of his Calabasas home. Schwartz now wants more ... for all the emotional distress he claims he suffered from the egging, alleged spitting and fight challenges at the hands and mouth of the Biebs.

Justin's lawyers have asked the judge to limit any possible damage award to $25k, but in new legal docs Schwartz counters by saying the singer's lawyers have secretly offered more to settle.

Mind you ... the egging occurred 3 years ago, but Schwartz isn't letting it go. One clue ... Schwartz claims part of Bieber's alleged campaign of terror involved anit-Semitic barbs.

Schwartz and his wife say as a result of the emotional distress they've suffered from headaches, stomachaches and sleepless nights.

Virgin America's firing back at James and Amber Marchese ... saying the 'Real Housewives' couple lied about a fight in which James allegedly choked Amber and even threatened to kill her.

Virgin has responded to the Marcheses' defamation lawsuit with a countersuit, claiming a flight attendant heard James tell Amber as they were boarding, "If you want to be on equal f****** playing fields then carry the f****** bags."

According to the countersuit, the flight attendant then saw James choke Amber, pulling her face close to him and threatening, "Bitch, if you do that again, I will f****** kill you."

According to the docs ... James then pushed Amber's face away and released his grip around her neck. A passenger also complained James appeared drunk.

James accused the flight attendant of being a fame whore who was making false allegations so she'd get attention, but according to the countersuit, the flight attendant didn't know who they were.

TMZ broke the story ... James was yanked off the flight and arrested for domestic violence. The charges were later dropped, and James claimed in his lawsuit he and Amber did nothing to warrant getting booted from the plane.

Warren Sapp says allegations he drunkenly bowled over a woman at a Super Bowl party on January 30, 2015 are completely bogus ... claiming the accuser is lying through her teeth.

The woman suing Sapp is Paula Trickey -- an actress who's appeared in "Paul Blart: Mall Cop 2" and "The O.C."

According to her suit, filed in Broward County, FL ... Trickey claims a drunk Sapp was being kicked out of an ESPN Super Bowl party in Scottsdale, AZ around 1 AM when he began running through the crowd and slammed into her.

Trickey claims she suffered serious injuries in the collision including "significant and permanent loss of bodily functions." She's demanding more than $15k.

Trickey told the Miami Herald, "There are places in my body I didn’t know existed that are still hurting two years later."

But Sapp says the allegations are untrue -- and issued a statement on Twitter saying, "On Jan. 30 2015 I was at the JBL/Harmon private event where I was scheduled to introduce Pitbull."

Sapp added, "It's impossible to be @ 2 places at 1 time."

Jennifer Lopez just got a restraining order against a guy she claims has been stalking her ... and even worse, he's got a violent past.

J Lo filed legal docs Wednesday claiming Timothy McLanahan has followed her from L.A. to Vegas, attended her shows and sent unwanted mail and flowers. She says he's already been arrested for showing up at her home in L.A. and trespassing on her property.

Lopez's bodyguard claims in the docs McLanahan is a transient who has been arrested for threats and firearms violations.

J Lo says she's fearful for herself and her twins.

Bethenny Frankel got screwed in her divorce -- once by her ex-husband and once by her own lawyers -- so she claims in a new lawsuit.

According to the lawsuit, back in 2011, Bethenny bought a Manhattan condo for $5 million. Jason Hoppy, her hubby at the time, suggested she put the property in a trust. She claims she wanted it held in her name alone, but went along with the trust idea and they had their lawyers draft the document.

Bethenny claims, after divorce papers were filed -- to her horror -- she discovered the trust gave Jason a 50% interest in the condo. What's more, he had the right to live there and not pay a penny in rent.

Bethenny claims the snafu made the divorce super messy and it took 3 years to resolve.

Anthony Anderson is going the way of Patrick Dempsey, because his wife has just dismissed her divorce action.

TMZ obtained legal docs filed by Alvina Anderson. They're short and sweet ... the divorce case is now history.

Alvina filed to end their 20-year marriage back in September 2015, citing irreconcilable differences. At the time she listed the date of separation as April 1, 2014.

Angelina Jolie is down with sealing documents in her divorce and custody case, but she's going after Brad in a big way, saying if the kids have been damaged it's all his doing.

Angelina just filed legal docs saying she agrees with Brad, their business should be kept private, but says it's audacious of him to accuse her of airing their dirty laundry in public. According to legal docs, filed by Laura Wasser, Brad is lashing out because he's "terrified that the public will learn the truth."

Brad went ham on Angelina after she filed unsealed documents trying to prevent him from altering their custody arrangement, but in the new docs she says all he's doing is trying to "deflect from [his] own role in the media storm which has engulfed the parties' children."

She goes on ... "There is little doubt that [Brad] would prefer to keep the entire case private, particularly given the detailed investigations by the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the Dept. of Children and Family Services into allegation of abuse."

The FBI and DCFS both closed out their investigations, determining no action was warranted.

Short story ... they've both agreed to seal the file, and they pretty much hate each other.

Halle Berry needed to be a single woman by the end of 2016 ... because she had some big deals on the line.

According to the divorce docs, obtained by TMZ, Halle needed the divorce to go through before 2017 "due to pending contracts and deals." It's clear from the docs Halle didn't want Olivier to get a piece of the action. She even says the negotiations for the deals were initiated long after they separated.

TMZ broke the story ... Halle and Olivier Martinez are officially single after filing final divorce docs last month. They will get joint legal and physical custody of their 3-year-old son Maceo. Most interesting ... they both ran to the courthouse at the same time to file for divorce, and each wanted to be the petitioner -- the one who called it quits.

Olivier agreed to let Halle do the honors, so she can say she left him.

Johnny Manziel's New Year's Day party exploits have caught the attention of prosecutors in Dallas -- after he was seen clubbing at the same place as his ex-girlfriend, Colleen Crowley.

Another off-season ... another Pacman Jones run-in with police.

This time, the Cincinnati Bengals star was arrested Tuesday morning after allegedly getting violent at a Hyatt hotel ... and then spitting on a jail staffer.

Jones allegedly went ballistic at around midnight -- banging on a door and screaming and at one point, cops say he pushed and poked someone ... according to WLWT.

When cops arrived, he allegedly resisted arrest and then spit on a jail staffer while he was being booked.

The 33-year-old was eventually booked on misdemeanor assault, disorderly conduct and obstructing official business charges.

He's also facing felony harassment with a bodily substance for the alleged spit attack.

Jones just appeared in court, wearing a red vest and appearing frustrated. The judge set his bond at $37,500 and said he must stay away from the alleged victim.

Jones is no stranger to legal trouble ... back in 2015, he was kicked out of a casino for disorderly conduct.

In 2013, he struck a woman in a nightclub incident (he was found not guilty).

In 2011, he was arrested for disorderly conduct while intoxicated and resisting arrest.

He was also arrested in 2005 ... and 2006.

Joe Mixon's parking ticket drama is officially CASE CLOSED ... with officials telling TMZ Sports the disgraced Oklahoma running back will NOT be charged for allegedly using the ticket as a weapon during an incident last month.

More bad news for "Dancing with the Stars" alum Victor Ortiz -- the boxer was charged with 2 misdemeanor counts of DUI stemming from his Sept. arrest ... and officials say the guy was super drunk.

WWE legend Chyna is getting hassled by the state of California from beyond the grave ... they say she owes tens of thousands of dollars in back taxes.

The California Franchise Tax Board just filed a claim against Chyna's estate, saying the late wrestler still owes the tax man nearly $19,000.

The Board claims Chyna owes money from 2010, '11, '12 and '14. It's unclear how much dough remains in the estate.

Kordell Stewart says he's sick and tired of his famous ex-wife, Porsha Williams, trashing him in public -- and now he's threatening her with a legal war if she EVER mentions his name in public again.

You already know these two HATE each other ... but things heated up again this week when Kordell claimed Porsha had a role in leaking a private naked video of him to the Internet.

Porsha accused Kordell of leaking the footage himself for publicity -- saying she had nothing to do with "Kordell 'TOOTING' his derrière to the camera for the world to see."

Kordell was PISSED -- and had his lawyers fire off a cease and desist letter to the 'Real Housewives' star demanding she quit trashing him in public.

Kordell also told Porsha to scrub her social media of ANY anti-Kordell posts that may still exist on any of her Twitter, Instagram or Facebook pages.

If she doesn't play ball, Kordell says he won't hesitate to sue her ass immediately.

"Silicon Valley" star T.J. Miller became violent and belligerent after inhaling a bunch of "laughing gas" ... so says the private driver now suing him, but Miller says it's a brazen extortion attempt.

Wilson Deon Thomas III claims T.J. hired him back on December 8th to drive him around for the day but things immediately went south when T.J. allegedly started inhaling nitrous oxide -- aka "laughing gas" -- out of Whip-It refills.

According to the docs ... T.J. allegedly went through his entire Whip-It stash and had to call his assistant to bring him more. Throughout the ride, T.J. allegedly complained he spent big money supporting Hillary Clinton and said he was pissed she lost the election.

Wilson says T.J. became increasingly erratic and accused him of being a Donald Trump supporter. During the final drop off, Wilson claims that, out of nowhere, T.J. struck him on the right side of his head and shoulder -- all while still driving.

Wilson says he slammed on the breaks so hard he suffered a violent whiplash. He's suing for medical expenses and other damages. We broke the story ... T.J. was arrested for the alleged assault.

Meek Mill's concert ended in death for 2 concertgoers who were shot and killed as they were leaving the arena ... and you can hear a gunshot in the video.

It went down late Friday outside the Oakdale Theatre in Wallingford, CT ... apparently just as Meek was leaving the venue.

According to cops ... 2 men were dead on arrival at the hospital and 2 other men were taken to Hartford and Yale New Haven hospitals with non-life threatening injuries.

It's unclear what triggered the violence. Cops are looking for suspects.

The victims have not been identified.
