Clifton Powell is trying to put an old rape allegation behind him, but says the case has cost him dearly ... and now he's trying to mend fences in Hollywood.

We got the "Ray" and "Next Friday" actor at LAX, where he told us the 4-year-old civil rape case against him has been thrown out ... despite tremendous collateral damage.

Clifton gets pretty emotional here recounting the case, and the roles it cost him -- but was thankful for media outlets that "got it right." He also hints at a lawsuit with those that didn't.

Openly gay boxer Yusaf Mack unleashed a barber shop beatdown -- attacking a man he claims has been harassing him online over his sexual orientation.

TMZ Sports confirmed paramedics were called to the L A Clippers shop in Philadelphia Saturday evening ... after Mack wailed on the man in front of customers and employees.

Witnesses tell us Mack attacked the dude while the victim's head was in a sink in the middle of a wash.

Mack tells us he got sick and tired of the online harassment and decided to confront the guy face-to-face. Mack is unapologetic and says the guy got what he deserved.

We also reached out to the victim who didn't want to talk ... but has since issued several homophobic statements on his Facebook page, including:

"I rather have a video of some beating me up then a video of someone seeing me take a d*** up my a** any day."

The man says he will retaliate against Mack ... "Me and him gonna fight again."

Scott Baio's not getting the justice he wanted -- the wife of the Red Hot Chili Peppers' drummer will not be charged for physically attacking him ... and Donald Trump may have played a factor in the decision.

The Ventura County D.A.'s office rejected the case against Chad Smith's wife, Nancy Mack ... they say because the assault just wasn't that bad.

TMZ broke the story ... Scott was at a school event for his daughter when Nancy confronted him over his vigorous support for Trump. Scott says she beat on him and then started berating him, screaming, "Grab 'em by the pussy!!!"

The estranged wife of Denver Broncos WR Emmanuel Sanders has declared WAR on the NFL star -- claiming he lied, cheated and spent THOUSANDS on chicks he was banging on the side.

It's all in ANGRY court docs filed by Gabriella Sanders -- who blasts the father of her 2 children with a metaphorical bazooka right from the get go.

"When he's not playing football on the field, he 'plays the field' with numerous women whom he is or has committed adultery."

Gabby lays out multiple marital "atrocities" allegedly committed by her husband -- and claims he spent "thousands upon thousands of dollars on girlfriends and wasting the community estate, even purchasing a vehicle for one of his illicit affairs."

The allegations are strikingly similar to those of Shelly Sterling -- who claimed her husband Donald Sterling had no right to give $2.6 mil in gifts to V. Stiviano. She sued V and won. V was ordered to reimburse the Sterling estate.

Gabby filed for divorce from Sanders back in October and in the new court docs filed in Texas she says there is ZERO chance of a reconciliation.

Emmanuel signed a $33 mil extension with the Broncos back in Sept. -- with $27 mil fully guaranteed.

But there's more ...

Gabby also claims Emmanuel lied to the Broncos -- claiming he told the team he needed to miss a practice in Nov. so he could be in Houston for the birth of their child ... which was a a lie so he could go out partying.

Nick Cannon tried to sign a bunch of new talent -- outside of 'AGT' -- through a mobile app he created and allegedly stole ... according to the guy who's now suing Nick for BIG money.

Nick launched his N'credible app to find amateur singers, comedians, rappers, models ... anyone entertaining. If they were good, Nick would sign on to be their manager -- but Enrico Taylor says the whole plan was his idea.

Taylor says he met Nick in early 2015 to get him on board with HIS company, "I Discover Stars." Taylor says he told Nick how he'd already teamed with Birdman to run a digital talent search for Cash Money Records -- and Nick loved the idea because he was "growing tired of his 'America's Got Talent' job."

But he claims Nick went radio silent and then 5 months later, BOOM ... N'credible launched.

In his lawsuit, Taylor says it's no accident Nick's social media call for people to submit their talent videos sounds eerily similar to the one Birdman did in 2014.

Not only is he accusing Nick of stealing the idea -- Taylor says the bigger problem is Nick's app was a total flop, and it's hurting his ability to get his own app off the ground.

He's suing for damages of $1,750,000.

Crime scene photos of the Kim Kardashian Paris robbery have surfaced ... and some of the images are chilling.

France's TF1 news channel released photos of the crime scene as well as surveillance video of several of the alleged robbers.

The photos show Kim's bedroom and bathroom, the tape used to bind her hands and what appears to be the gag they used to silence her.

The French report also shows surveillance footage of some of the suspects meeting at a cafe multiple times after the robbery. They also allegedly used code names and code words to discuss the crime over the phone.

As we reported ... Kim went to NYC earlier this month to provide testimony to a French judge. Cops have nabbed 17 suspects in total, but have only charged a handful so far.

Plies is already feeling the consequences from his DUI arrest, even before he gets to court -- he's lost his driver's license because he refused to take a breathalyzer test.

The rapper's license will be suspended for 1 year ... regardless of what happens in his DUI case. Cops say he declined all testing -- breath, urine and blood -- the night he was busted last month in the Tampa area. That decision triggers automatic suspension under Florida law.

We broke the story ... Plies was busted driving the wrong way down a one-way street. According to the police report, obtained by TMZ, he was also driving without a shoe at the time.

Hope he found it -- dude's gonna be hoofin' it for a while.

'Millionaire Matchmaker' Patti Stanger ripped off a widow who was looking for love by hooking her up with a worthless dating service ... according to a new suit.

Heidi Williams claims she wanted to hire Patti to get back into the dating game -- her husband died a few years ago -- but Stanger said she was too old for her clientele.

According to the suit ... Patti referred Heidi to a friend's dating service -- Pretty People International. Heidi claims she dropped $15,000 for a PPI membership ... and Patti got a referral fee.

Heidi's lawyer says the service left her high and dry -- she only got one real date and one phone date.

Heidi wants a full refund times 3 -- $45,000.

We reached out to Patti's peeps and PPI ... so far, no word back.

Shelly Sterling's got a bush problem and she may be way beyond a landscaper solution.

Shelly's being sued by one of her tenants, claiming her shoddy yard work caused her severe injuries.

Franchesca Cacciapuoti says she tripped over a rose bush that sprouted onto the walkway and suffered a badly bruised face, as well as a fractured nose and finger.

The 84-year-old retiree says Shelly -- who runs the Sterling Family Trust which manages the building -- failed to properly maintain the walkway.

Cacciapuoti's lawyer, Arthur Liberty, says Shelly's gardeners were sloppy, cutting only a stem here and there rather than cutting them all down to the nub. Arthur says the area where Cacciapuoti tripped is dimly lit.

We've reached out to Shelly, but so far no word back.

2:15 PM PST -- Floyd turned himself in to Maricopa County Jail on Thursday around 3 PM and posed for a new mug shot.

Jail records show he's scheduled to be released on March 11.

NFL's Michael Floyd has struck a plea deal in his extreme DUI case and will have to serve some time behind bars.

As we previously reported, the 27-year-old receiver was arrested on December 12 after cops saw his car was stopped at a green traffic light and found him asleep at the wheel.

Now, according to court records ... Floyd pled guilty to extreme DUI and in exchange, he was sentenced to 120 days in jail. According to Jonathan Roy of Fox 10, he will only serve 24 days behind bars and the rest on house arrest.

Floyd also has to complete 30 hours of community service and pay a $5,115 fine.

All the other charges against him were dismissed.

Because of the arrest, the Arizona Cardinals cut Floyd from the team. He was later picked up by the Patriots ... and we all know how that ended.

Roman Polanski's rape victim, Samantha Geimer, says she's sick of victims' rights advocates and others trying to paint her as a pathetic creature ... she's fine and doesn't think rape necessarily destroys lives.

Geimer, who was 13 when Polanski raped her 40 years ago, is solidly in favor of the famed director regaining his full freedom. TMZ broke the story, Polanski's lawyer is going back to court next week, asking a judge to recall the fugitive warrant and rule his client did his time under the plea deal.

TMZ Sports has obtained the emergency dispatch audio from the incident where NFL superstar Darrelle Revis allegedly attacked 2 men ... and the report came in that both guys were "knocked out."

The police dispatcher says it's unclear if the men had been fighting or simply passed out. Eventually, the dispatcher updates info from the scene and says the alleged victims are now "conscious and standing."

As we reported, Revis is facing several felony charges including robbery, conspiracy and aggravated assault from the Sunday morning incident in Pittsburgh.

Samantha Geimer -- the woman raped by Roman Polanski at 13 years old -- says the system did him dirty and she's rooting for him to become a free man again, without spending another day in jail.

TMZ broke the story ... Polanski's lawyer, Harland Braun, is going to court next week in an attempt to unseal secret testimony by Roger Gunson, the prosecutor in the case. Braun believes the testimony will show the judge agreed to a plea deal in which Polanski would serve a month and a half in jail. The judge in the rape case later claimed he never signed off on the deal.

Lisa Marie Presley's twin daughters are in protective custody after authorities found "pictures and disturbing videos" on what she says is her estranged husband's computer.

According to new legal docs, the images on the photos and videos were disturbing enough for authorities to take the 8-year-old girls away from both parents. Lisa Marie says, "I have no idea what else may be on those devices and fear that there are more and worse images and evidence in these un-analyzed devices."

Authorities found the images after executing a search warrant on Lisa Marie's home. Sources familiar with the investigation tell us ... it was Lisa Marie who found the images and notified cops.

Lisa Marie, the daughter of Elvis Presley, also says she's broke and living with her daughter, according to docs obtained by Daily Mail.

Sources tell us the L.A. County Dept. of Children and Family Services is conducting an investigation and for now the children will remain in protective custody.

Holly Madison never had Hugh Hefner take any testosterone pills before they got busy -- or at least she never endorsed it -- according to a new lawsuit she's filed.

Madison says she discovered an article online saying she did an interview with Dr. Oz describing how Hef took Blackcore Edge to cure his erectile dysfunction. In her suit, she says that's totally false.

According to the docs, the article made it seem like Holly said, "when Hefner took a pill, 15 minutes later his blood would start pumping! He got stronger, bigger, and lasted as long as an 18 year old." It also made it seem like she said all the girls in the Playboy Mansion benefited from the pills.

Holly not only denies the content of the article, but points out she NEVER did an interview with Dr. Oz. She also says the Blackcore Edge article was made to look like it was affiliated with Men's Health ... but it was a knockoff website.
