Usher wants one of those pesky herpes lawsuits tossed out, because the woman suing him has no proof he gave her anything ... TMZ has learned.

The singer has responded to the $20 million lawsuit filed by a Georgia woman who claims he gave her genital herpes back in April.

In Usher's legal docs, obtained by TMZ, he notes her lawsuit says nothing about whether she had been tested prior to their alleged sexual encounter. He says, "A previous sexual partner very well may have already infected her."

And, Usher says, she could have contracted the STD after their alleged encounter.

And he takes another shot, saying she assumed the risk of getting herpes by having "casual, unprotected sexual intercourse and/or oral sex."

It's interesting ... Usher did not attack the lawsuit by saying he couldn't have given her herpes.

One more thing ... Usher's lawyer grouses the woman is suing under a pseudonym, claiming there's no cause for her to secretly file her lawsuit.

He's asking the judge to throw out her lawsuit.

The Kardashian sisters' 3 year-long war over their makeup line is finally over -- and the ladies are coming out on top ... partly, anyway.

Kim, Khloe and Kourtney were sued back in 2014 by the European branch of Kroma Makeup because the K sisters initially launched their company as Khroma Beauty. Kroma wasn't amused by the name game, and scored an injunction to shut down the Kardashians.

Kim & co. and their partners, Boldface, went ahead and relaunched as Kardashian Beauty -- but also settled, for an undisclosed amount of dough, with Kroma's founder, Lee Tillett.

According to docs, obtained by TMZ, Tillett never cut the European arm of the company in on the settlement cash ... so it sued to get a slice of the pie. No dice though. A judge threw out the lawsuit, saying Euro Kroma didn't have a dog in the fight ... only Tillett did, and he already settled.

Bottom line ... Kardashians won't shell out anymore cash. Except to lawyers.

Mike Epps has probably lost more money on a high-stakes table than he'll have to dish out in fines for beating down a dude in a New Orleans casino.

Epps pled no contest Thursday to misdemeanor battery charges stemming from the February brawl at the NOLA Harrah's. He got a 30-day sentence but it was suspended, so no time behind bars.

He also has to pay a $175 fine and $125 in court costs. Bottom line -- he's walking away for the low low price of $300.

Ex-NFL star Ahman Green has pled not guilty to child abuses charges stemming from an incident with his daughter in Wisconsin back in June.

As we previously reported, Green -- a four-time Pro Bowler -- was charged with felony child abuse and misdemeanor disorderly conduct after allegedly punching his 15-year-old daughter after a fight about doing dishes.

Green's attorneys -- Randall Walter Petrouske and Leah Francour -- confirmed Green entered a not guilty plea this morning.

If convicted on both charges, Green faces up to 7 years behind bars.

Aaron Carter got a 2-for-1 deal when he called cops to report harassment and hate-filled texts ... 'cause they also found evidence of someone trying to burglarize his home ... TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... Aaron called cops early Wednesday in St. Petersburg, FL because he was getting bombarded with texts and phone calls. Sources close to Aaron say multiple people tied to his inner circle are behind the harassment campaign.

Cops say while they were at his home, Aaron also told them about an attempted break-in while he was out of town -- and sure enough, they found signs someone tried to get in his back door.

Police say they're investigating the harassment and the attempted burglary. Aaron's rep had no comment.

There's a lot that sucks about Aaron's life lately. Just ask him ...

One of the guys behind 'The Purge' movies had to purge his dog walker because she allegedly threatened to kill his pup ... all over a creepy obsession with Matt Damon and Ben Affleck.

Brad Fuller -- who also produced "The Texas Chainsaw Massacre" -- says this horror story started in May when the dog walker accosted his wife, demanding to meet Matt and/or Ben. According to legal docs, obtained by TMZ, she said "many lives would be lost" unless she got the intro.

Brad fired her and changed his locks, but says the woman started texting his wife 150 times a day ... and threatened to poison their dog. He says they reported her to LAPD, but after a detective went to her home ... she texted his wife, "I will make sure you never walk again."

Brad says the woman was put on an involuntary 72-hour hold at UCLA Medical following the incident. The court granted him a restraining order, which also protects his wife and their Rottweiler, Duke.

DMX is off house arrest with one big catch -- he's gotta check into a treatment program to get clean ... TMZ has learned.

A judge signed off this week on X entering an inpatient treatment program for substance abuse -- and as part of the deal, he'll be able to leave his house without wearing an ankle monitor.

According to the court docs, obtained by TMZ, all other bail conditions are in place for X while he's out on bond for his federal tax evasion case. He'll still have to get permission to travel out of New York state, but can travel to the facility without issue. It's unclear where the treatment program is located.

X's attorney, Murray Richman, tells us X entered rehab because his drug usage had become impossible to manage.

R. Marcos Taylor may have taken his Suge Knight role a little too seriously -- he's been charged with multiple counts of assault for punching 2 people ... but he says THEY came at him.

The incident went down back on August 9 when sources tell us he punched the manager of a Carrabba's Italian Grill in Green Brook, NJ several times in the face after an argument escalated.

We're told several employees dragged Marcos out of the restaurant and a melee ensued ... with Marcos allegedly punching a woman on the side of the head.

Marcos was charged with 4 counts of assault, 1 count of criminal mischief and 1 count of disorderly conduct.

"American Idol" alum Haley Reinhart's pal -- who was choked out by bouncers at a bar in Illinois -- is now putting the squeeze on them ... legally speaking.

Alan Chislof just filed a lawsuit against the Lamplighter Inn Tavern & Grille and one of its bouncers, Adam Sobanski, for the July beatdown that left him with what he says are permanent injuries.

We broke the story ... Alan claims he was choked so badly by Adam and other security that night, he suffered a concussion, a facial laceration near his right temple, a bad cut above his left eye, facial bruising and hematoma. Haley was arrested soon after when she allegedly punched one of the bouncers in the scuffle.

In the docs, obtained by TMZ, Alan's lawyer, Mark A. Brown, says Adam's responsible for his injuries and Lamplighter is responsible for negligently hiring and not properly training him to be a good security guard (i.e. not beating the crap out of its customers). The dude's already facing 2 felony counts for the altercation.

Michael Lohan's estranged wife, Kate Major, called a black cop a "monkey" and a female officer a "dyke" ... this after threatening to murder the officers.

TMZ has obtained body cam and police cruiser footage of Kate's detainment last weekend, and she goes on an incredibly racist and homophobic tirade against the cops taking her in for an involuntary psychiatric evaluation.

She calls the black police officer in charge of the detainment a "monkey" multiple times in the video, and even invokes white supremacy into her rant. She also calls a female officer checking her for weapons a "dyke" ... all while sporting a bag over her head 'cause cops say she was spitting at them.

We broke the story ... Kate was placed on a psych hold after she threatened to kill cops if they didn't find her kids, whom Michael had taken with him upon discovering she was drunk and belligerent at home.

We've obtained the audio of that 911 call as well ... it's all bad.

Jon and Kate Gosselin got into such a heated argument over their kids, cops had to show up to sort things out.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... officers in Wyomissing, PA responded Tuesday to a dentist's office to handle an argument Jon and Kate were having over one of their 8 children.

We're told one of the parents took the kid to the dentist, but the ex-reality stars/exes got into it over who'd be taking her home. An argument erupted over the custody order.

As we reported ... that deal of theirs -- settled more than 7 years ago -- is under wraps, but involves both parents having some sort of shared custody.

Jon ended up taking the kid with him, and cops told the pair to take up their gripes with a judge. Nobody was arrested in the incident.

Mystikal was chatty and nonchalant as cameras followed him into a sheriff's station to turn himself in on a rape charge.

As we reported ... the rapper turned himself in Monday to the Caddo Parish Sheriff's Department where he was booked for 1 count of first degree rape.

Check it out ... judging from his casual demeanor, Mystikal makes it seem as if this is all just one gigantic misunderstanding. He had been wanted by cops but they were unable to track him down until now. He's being held on a $2 million bond.

WWE superstar Paige will NOT be hit with domestic violence charges stemming from an airport altercation with Alberto Del Rio ... officials tell TMZ Sports.

As we previously reported, Alberto was initially investigated after Paige screamed at him in the middle of Orlando International Airport last month.

Paige later admitted she was the aggressor and had thrown a drink at Alberto during the altercation. The Orlando PD later recommended Paige be criminally charged for the incident.

But now, a rep for the 9th Judicial Circuit State Attorney’s Office tells TMZ Sports the case is officially closed -- because the victim (Alberto) did not want to move forward with charges.

Alberto will not be charged with a crime either.

Kristen Stewart and Stella Maxwell have lawyered up, demanding that several websites take down nude photos of them that were illegally hacked.

Kristen's lawyer, Scott Whitehead, fired off a letter challenging the websites that have plastered pics of Kristen and Stella, along with pics of Tiger Woods, Lindsey Vonn, Miley Cyrus, and Katharine McPhee.

The pics in question show Stella in the bathroom, taking a selfie with Kristen posing naked behind her.

Whitehead claims posting the pics is a flagrant violation of copyright laws ... i.e., Kristen and Stella own their images and no one can use them without permission.

The letter follows a similar demand by Tiger Woods' lawyer. As we reported, the hacker got hold of nude selfies of Lindsey Vonn and in the set there was a naked pic of Tiger that he sent while he was dating her.

7:50 AM PT -- The judge has granted their request and agreed to push the start date of the new trial. It is now loosely scheduled for mid-March or early April, but no firm date has been decided.

Bill Cosby's rejiggered legal team appeared in court for the first time Tuesday, led by the legendary criminal defense lawyer who beat the rap on behalf of Michael Jackson.

Attorneys Tom Mesereau, Kathleen Bliss and Sam Silver led the way as Cosby and his P.R. guy, Andrew Wyatt, showed up, asking a judge to push the November trial date back so Mesereau and his team could be fully prepared.

The judge has yet to rule on the request.

Mystikal has been arrested and charged with raping a woman in Louisiana.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ the rapper turned himself in Monday to the Caddo Parish Sheriff's Department, and he was arrested and booked for first degree rape.

Shreveport PD put out the arrest warrant last week, but they hadn't been able to track him down until now. According to cops, another man, Averweone Holman, was also charged in connection with the crime.

We're told the charges stem from a 2016 incident involving a woman at a casino where Mystikal was performing ... but the details are scarce for now.

A member from Mystikal's camp tells us the charges are completely bogus, and he plans to plead not guilty.
