Bill Cosby's rape accuser Donna Motsinger says the TV star can't be bothered to show up to court for a trial in a lawsuit she filed against him.

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ. Motsinger says Bill will not testify in court ... she claims it's "because he does not care to appear."

Motsinger says Bill won't show his face at the trial either ... and the only time the jury will hear from him will be a previously taped deposition.

Attorney Chris Scileppi represents Luke Daley -- the Arizona man who was the subject of two search warrants issued and served a couple weeks ago in connection to the Guthrie case -- and, he tells TMZ he's absolutely sure his client has no link to Nancy.

Daley and his mother were offended about being detained, Scileppi says ... and their homes and vehicles were significantly damaged during the search.

"The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star Mauricio Umansky’s family is taking their dad Eduardo Umansky’s longtime girlfriend to court over alleged financial elder abuse, TMZ has learned. 

Mauricio’s sister, Sharon Umansky Bento -- in her role as Eduardo’s conservator -- filed a lawsuit against her dad’s ex-partner, Simin Tabibnia.

In court docs, Mauricio’s family explains Eduardo was once a real estate agent ... until his cognitive decline gradually interfered with his work. They said his doctor observed his mental issues in 2021. 

Robert Carradine's death has been officially ruled a suicide, and he took his own life by hanging ... according to the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner.

The actor's manner of death is listed as suicide and the cause of death is sequelae of anoxic brain injury and hanging. In other words, he died from a lack of oxygen to the brain. Page Six was first to report the details.

We learned earlier today Robert died in a hospital in L.A. ... and these details arrive just days after his family announced his death by suicide Monday. They revealed he'd been battling bipolar depression for decades prior to his death.

Brad Pitt's close friend is fuming after the actor's son, Maddox Jolie-Pitt, dropped his father's last name in the credits for Angelina Jolie's new movie ... and the friend is pointing the finger squarely at her.

Maddox, the son of Jolie and Pitt, worked as an assistant director on Angelina's upcoming movie, "Couture," and in the credits, he's reportedly listed as "Maddox Jolie." 

This marks a stark change from Angelina's 2024 flick “Maria,” where he was credited as “Maddox Jolie-Pitt” after serving as a production assistant on the Netflix film.

Ray J ripped into Kim Kardashian after she accused him of making false statements about her that could put her dream of becoming a lawyer in jeopardy ... TMZ has learned.

In court docs, Ray J scoffed at Kim’s suggestion that his comments about her and her mother Kris Jenner being investigated by the feds could derail her getting her law license.

Ray J said ... “For this ever to be an issue, Kardashian must first pass the bar exam, something she admittedly has not yet done.”

He continued ... “Regardless, it is unclear why vague, third-party allegations from [an interview] and a Twitch stream could ever ‘jeopardize’ her legal career. It would be the underlying wrongful conduct, none of which [Kim and Kris have] denied.”

Martin Short’s daughter Katherine was found behind a locked door and with a “note” nearby, TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ … Katherine’s friend was the one who called police after she hadn’t "been heard from in 24 hours.”

As we previously reported ... Katherine died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound Monday at her Los Angeles home. Sources tell us a “note” was found nearby ... along with a gun.

Denise Richards is the one writing checks in her messy divorce from Aaron Phypers.

According to court documents, obtained by TMZ, a judge on Wednesday ordered Denise to pay Aaron $5K per month in temporary spousal support while the divorce plays out. The payments are due on the 5th of each month starting March 5 and will continue until further order of the court.

In addition, the docs state Denise must foot Aaron $25K in attorney's fees, plus an additional $5K that may be used for a forensic accountant. The $30K total will be paid in three $10K installments at the end of March, April and May.

The ruling stems from Aaron's October 2025 request for spousal support. Both he and Denise were sworn in and testified before the judge made the decision.
