Shia and Mia were spotted at a dog park in L.A. with their boy, Brando ... just days after their quickie Vegas marriage. Shia's wedding band looks to be a perfect fit.

Shia LaBeouf tied the knot with his longtime girlfriend, Mia Goth, in a Las Vegas ceremony that was NOT traditional ... TMZ has learned.

The couple got hitched at Viva Las Vegas, a chapel known for themed weddings. Some of the options include Elvis and Alice Cooper packages, or the more generic gangster and gladiator themes.

We've learned they went with the Elvis and Hawaiian themes. Mia even hitched a ride with Elvis in a pink Cadillac to the ceremony, and from the sound of it, planning the wedding was a lot easier than the honeymoon...

They also offer traditional weddings, but no one would expect that from a guy who watches marathon sets of his own films ... for the sake of art.

Shia and Mia started dating in 2012, after meeting on the set of "Nymphomaniac: Volume II." They made headlines for a public fight in Germany in July of 2015. Goth was seen wearing an engagement ring back in March.

Ryan Lochte knows how to make a girl feel special ... dropping $700 for a private helicopter ride to pop the question on the top of a mountain.

Lochte proposed to his Playboy model girlfriend Kayla Rae Reid on Sunday, and judging by the video ... he went all out. Kayla said it was her first time in a chopper, and clearly Ryan made it memorable -- even if she knew what was coming.

Sources close to the situation tell TMZ ... Lochte booked his romantic flight through Orbic Air in Burbank. He got the Mountain Top Landing package ... which included a ride to a Malibu peak and a 30 minute stop for some celebratory champagne, strawberries and cheesecake.

Instead of dishing out money on divorce lawyers, Patrick Dempsey and his wife, Jill, decided to drop several million to move into a new Malibu home.

It's a 4 bedroom, 4 bath crib with 4,415 sq feet of space for the reunited couple. It's not oceanfront property, but the beach is just a short drive away. Anyway, there's plenty of entertainment at the home -- like a gorgeous salt water pool and a lit tennis court.

As we reported, Jill just sold the Pacific Palisades pad she bought for herself when they were on the outs, and took in a $1.5 million profit.

The Dempseys bought the Malibu pad in May, and were repped by Ellen Francisco and Brett Lawyer.

Definitely beats paying for a divorce.

2:25 PM PT -- A Roc Nation rep gave us this reply to the world tour email: "This is ridiculous." That's as specific as the rep got.

Jay Z is gonna clap back at Beyonce's "Lemonade" album with a world tour of his own ... if a high-end ticket broker is right.

We've seen an email the company sent out to its top customers, which says, "Hear Jay Z's response to Lemonade during his highly anticipated 2017 world tour." The email goes on to mention specific cities Jay will play, and promises to deliver the "best seats in the house."

Here's the thing ... it's been rumored for months Jigga was going to respond musically to Bey's lyrics about "Becky with the good hair" and the cheating allegations that came out of her last record.

The timing would be perfect -- her Formation World Tour closes Friday night in NJ.

On the other hand ... seems odd for a ticket company to know about HOV's content before he releases details. He's a marketing genius, and releasing the deets through Tidal seems more his speed.
