Attention "Dancing with the Stars" fans ... wanna live in the lap of luxury a la host Brooke Burke? Well now you can ... by renting out her Malibu estate for a cool $50,000 A MONTH!!!

It's interesting ... Brooke and her husband David Charvet originally tried to sell the mansion back in 2011 for $12.5 million, but no cigar. Now the couple's trying their luck at renting ... listing the primo digs as a Summer lease.

The price tag may be hefty, but the house is ridiculous ... 6,800 square feet, 5 bedrooms, 5 baths, beach access, screening room, 4,000 bottle wine cellar, giant fruit orchard ... and a freshwater pool complete with cabana.

There could be a canine calamity tonight on "Dancing with the Stars" ... because we've learned Lisa Vanderpump's pooch Giggy will dance his paws off.

Giggy -- a permanent fixture on "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" with more than 65,000 Twitter followers -- has been added to Lisa's inaugural dance number ... and if all goes according to plan (i.e. no poo mishaps) the pooch will hit the floor LIVE.

In fact, we're told Giggy -- who's slated to make his entrance at the end of the routine -- has been rehearsing non-stop with Lisa and her pro-partner Gleb Savchenko.

Gleb might make the Pomeranian a permanent fixture ... it all depends on his performance ... and how well he wears sequins.

Pressure's on.

Didn't take long for Julianne Hough to come down with a case of post break-up hotness ... 'cause Ryan Seacrest's ex-GF was SMOKIN' during a night with girls this weekend ... and TMZ has the footage.

Hough -- along with her brother Derek and former old "Dancing with the Stars" pal Maksim Chmerkovskiy -- kicked it outside Beacher's Madhouse at the Roosevelt Hotel in Hollywood this weekend ... just days after calling things off with Seacrest.

Judging by her tight, short dress ... it seems Julianne is on a mission to rebound.

Country music legend Wynonna Judd is weighing in on the "Is Taylor Swift really country?" debate -- and let's just say Swift's country card might be in jeopardy.

Wynonna, and her "Dancing with the Stars" partner Tony Dovolani were at LAX when we asked if Taylor's music should be considered country -- and she replied, "Yeah, it all fits in there somehow."

Hardly a ringing endorsement -- but the real test came when we asked ... "What's your favorite Taylor Swift song?"

"Dancing With the Stars" contender Victor Ortiz is already a champion in the boxing ring -- and tells TMZ he already thinks he's got the moves to be a ballroom champ too.

Victor was taking a little breather from his hardcore "DWTS" training -- when we asked how the season 16 rehearsals were shaping up for a pro-athlete like himself.

That's when the gloves came off ... Victor said he's training harder than ever with partner Lindsay Arnold (a new 'pro' this season) to snatch the coveted mirror ball trophy, and boldly added ... "I'm definitely winning it!"

"Dancing with the Stars" doesn't want Chelsie Hightower this season, but Reebok (and Reebok's money) sure does ... the shoe company's sticking by the dancing pro, despite the fact she was axed from season 16.

Chelsie inked a major endorsement deal with Reebok earlier this year to be the face of its new dancewear line (which launched in Feb). A great choice for Reebok, considering CH's been a staple on "DWTS" since 2009.

TMZ broke the story ... Chelsie was NOT asked to return to ABC's hit show this year -- begging the question, WHAT WILL REEBOK DO NOW????

A rep from Reebok tells TMZ ... "While we believe Chelsie was the perfect choice for the upcoming season [of 'DWTS'], our relationship with her will not change moving forward and we look forward to continuing to work with her.”

Chelsie tells TMZ, "I am just thrilled to be the face of Reebok's new dancewear line ... the line is FABULOUS!"

Who needs sequins and spray tans when you got sneakers -- and $$$?

Bobby Brown's going to jail ... Lisa Vanderpump's going to "Dancing With the Stars" -- we're not sure what they have in common ... but they were buddy buddy last night after a fancy celebration dinner.

TMZ broke the story ... on Tuesday Bobby was sentenced to 55 days in jail for his third DUI -- but on Wednesday night he enjoyed dinner at Madeo with family and friends ... and walked out of the restaurant arm-in-arm with Vanderpump.

It's news to us that BB and the 'Real Housewives' stars are pals ... but last night they even joked (we hope) about sharing custody of LV's pooch, Giggy.

"Dancing with the Stars" producers are taking a HUUUGE gamble, because they just signed Andy Dick to join the cast ... a notorious loose cannon whose last stint in TV was "Celebrity Rehab."

Sources close to the production tell us ... Andy was on the set today ... along with Lisa Vanderpump, and D.L. Hughley (who are also believed to have signed contracts to compete on the show).

We're told Andy has been paired up with one of the new dancers ... and one connected source tells us, "He's more for comedy ... nobody expects much from him."

Still, one source insists Andy is taking the competition very seriously and wants to prove that he's for real.

Andy's a risky cast choice for LIVE TV -- to say the least -- considering the troubled actor's been in and out of rehab, has been arrested a whole bunch of times ... and has a reputation for being unpredictable.

The two biggest reality shows on the planet are about to come together -- TMZ has learned the identity of four of the contestants for this season of "Dancing With the Stars" ... including the first ever former "American Idol" wannabe.

"DWTS" has not revealed their cast for the upcoming season yet ... but sources close to the show tell TMZ that Kellie Pickler -- everyone's favorite country bumpkin from season five of "Idol" -- will be doing this season of "DWTS."

In addition to Pickler, our sources say country star Wynonna Judd, "Bachelor" star Sean Lowe and 2012 Olympic gold medal winning gymnast Aly Raisman are among this year's cast.

Not that TMZ condones gambling, but put $20 down on Raisman -- three former Olympians have won the show in the past. You're welcome.

She's been a regular on the show since 2009, but "Dancing With the Stars" pro Chelsie Hightower is no longer welcome in the ballroom -- at least for now -- telling TMZ she has been AXED from the show's upcoming season.

Chelsie -- who's been partnered with celebs like Michael Bolton, Romeo, and Jake Pavelka -- was at LAX last night when our photog asked her about "DWTS'" upcoming season ... assuming she was part of it.

But Chelsie dropped a bombshell (accidentally) and told our photog something she wasn't supposed to ... specifically that she's not coming back this year and it was not her choice.

Super hot Ukrainian dancer Karina Smirnoff just turned her "Dancing With the Stars" winnings into a brand new mansion ... in the San Fernando Valley -- which beats living under Soviet rule. Barely.

The season 13 champ -- who was born during Ukraine's U.S.S.R. days -- just dropped $1.35 million on a 6,350-square-foot crib in Woodland Hills, CA.

According to docs, Karina took out a loan for $600,000 -- meaning she laid down some serious up-front cash.

The 5-bedroom, 5-bath pad is rockin' two-story vaulted ceilings, travertine floors, giant hanging chandeliers, huge spa-style tub and steam shower.

Take that, communism!

Maksim Chmerkovskiy's days of sequin unitards are OVER ... 'cause TMZ has learned the Bad Boy of the Ballroom is officially leaving "Dancing with the Stars."

Sources close to the production tell us ... Maksim spoke with producers a few days ago and informed them that he wouldn't be returning for the upcoming season.

FYI -- the 33-year-old dancer has been on the show since Season 2 (2006) ... and partnered up with stars like Misty May, Laila Ali, Erin Andrews, Kirstie Alley and Mel B.

We're told Maksim wants to stay in the entertainment world ... and is currently pursuing movie and TV projects.

Deena Cortese from "Jersey Shore" can settle down ... the doppelganger whose boobs whipped up a Mardi Gras crowd says she -- and her tatas -- weren't trying to impersonate Deena. Or her yabos.

The look-alike flasher in question, Ashley Austin, tells TMZ she meant no ill will toward the 'JS' star ... claiming, "I personally really like Deena, and had no intentions of giving her a bad rap!"

TMZ broke the story ... Ashley flashed a New Orleans crowd and several cameras -- pissing off the real Deena, who fears the video will ruin her chances of getting on "Dancing with the Stars."

By the way, Ashley claims she "had no idea" she was being recorded, which is funny ... since she's looking DIRECTLY at the camera.

Then again ... lots of people forget things during Mardi Gras.

Deena from "Jersey Shore" says she's NOT a Mardi Gras booby flasher -- and claims she's getting a bad rap thanks to a sluttier doppelganger who looks just like her.

TMZ obtained video of a girl -- who looks EXACTLY like Deena -- partying her face off, lifting up her shirt and flashing her boobs down in New Orleans this week ... and people who witnessed the event first hand were convinced they were observing authentic MTV tatas.

But the REAL Deena tells TMZ it's not what it seems ... explaining, "I'm in Jersey right now ... plus if I were down in Mardi Gras I would NOT be showing off my boobs or any of my goods."

She continues, "I've been trying to work on changing my image especially since I want to be casted on 'Dancing with the Stars.' I get imitation is a form of flattery but this is definitely not the imitation I can ever hope for."

Fine. No beads for you.

Jerry Supiran -- the guy who played V.I.C.I.'s wholesome brother Jamie Lawson on the classic sitcom "Small Wonder" -- says he's ready to be famous again ... and now he's officially campaigning for a spot on the next season of "Dancing with the Stars."

Jerry ... (how do we put this delicately?) ... has "changed" a lot since his younger days after falling on some pretty hard times.

In fact, Supiran says he spent time living in a homeless shelter after a stripper ex-girlfriend stole his trust fund money.

But now, at 39 years old ... and after various restaurant jobs ... Supiran tells TMZ he wants to make a TV comeback and thinks he would be a perfect fit for "Dancing."

"I'm hoping there will still be interest since people are all about nostalgia these days ... hopefully producers will give me a chance."

Lindsay Lohan's ego might be her downfall -- because TMZ has learned, she just shut down a lucrative offer to do "Dancing with the Stars" ... because she doesn't want to do reality TV.

Sources close to Lindsay tell us, the actress was made several offers to join the DWTS cast this upcoming season -- offers that maxed out at $550,000.

But Lindsay -- who still owes hundreds of thousands in back taxes -- shut them down, telling friends she'd never consider doing reality TV ... she wants to stick to films.

But there's one problem -- after "The Canyons" fiasco, she's basically made herself unhireable. And as the saying goes, beggars can't be choosers.
