Kourtney Kardashian's hammering the final nail in her relationship with Scott Disick -- and the only thing up in the air is how he handles the news.

Our Kourtney source tells us she's done treating Scott like a baby and worrying how he'll react to her every move. We're told she's telling friends -- she cares for and respects the father of her children, but romantically ... it's just over.

We're told Scott's jealousy is the reason she wouldn't post anything on social media about who she's dating. She's aware it's triggered him into drinking and partying binges before.

But she and Younes Bendjima were recently photographed in Bev Hills -- and she believes Scott's friends see her out, and report back to him. As we reported, Scott's off the wagon and friends say he needs rehab. As for him partying with blondies ... we're told it's a front.

Our Kourt sources say she's determined to live life on her terms, and Scott will just have to get onboard.

Ariel Winter and her boyfriend pulled up their house-hunting pants -- at least he did -- and hit up several pads around L.A. this week.

Ariel and 29-year-old actor Levi Meaden checked out a place in Sherman Oaks together. The 5 bed, 6 bath, 4,668 sq. ft home comes with a pool, spa, built-in barbecue and outdoor fireplace. Translation: great party spot ... for a cool $2.185 million.

Sources close to the couple tell us they're just shopping for now, and haven't put in a bid on the pad.

Ariel bought a $1.5 million house in the same area last September, and she recently revealed Levi -- who stars on SyFy's "Aftermath" -- moved in with her. Sounds like they're ready to upgrade.

Casper Smart tells TMZ Sports there's ZERO jealousy or animosity or bitterness at Alex Rodriguez for dating his ex-girlfriend, Jennifer Lopez ... and actually praised A-Rod as a "legend."

He also thinks it's been super unfair that when he missteps, the entire Kardashian family comes down on him like a ton of bricks, but when she crosses the line, everyone in her fam gives her a pass.

All that said, Scott wants back with Kourtney, but she's got other things on her mind and various other body parts.

Barack Obama seriously dated several women before meeting Michelle, and none of them were African-American, according to the author of one of the definitive books about the former president.

Christopher Andersen, who wrote "Barack and Michelle: Portrait of an American Marriage," appeared on "TMZ Live" just after excerpts from another book -- "Rising Star: The Making of Barack Obama" -- were released, saying he twice proposed to a woman before meeting Michelle.

Andersen says Obama, who had big political aspirations early on, recognized the value of marrying a black woman, although he's quick to add the love between Barack and Michelle is real and profound.

Aaron Rodgers was spotted at an L.A. golf course Thursday with a very attractive blonde -- and we're told it's "Baywatch" actress Kelly Rohrbach.

Just a few weeks after reports surfaced he split with longtime girlfriend Olivia Munn -- the Green Bay Packers quarterback hit up the Westchester Golf Course.

Witnesses tell us Rodgers and Rohrbach appeared to be holding hands and looked flirty -- until they noticed people watching them.

Both Rodgers and Rohrbach are avid golfers -- so maybe it was just a platonic trip to the links.
