Charlie Sheen made a surprise appearance on "Jimmy Kimmel Live" last night -- where, instead of kissing goddesses, he kissed Kimmel, handed out "Tiger's Blood" swag and dropped a big hint about a deal with FOX.

Brooke Mueller's lawyers have notified the court that they want the restraining order against Charlie Sheen to expire ... TMZ has learned.

The

prohibiting Charlie from having contact with Brooke or twins Bob and Max expires tomorrow. Brooke had the option to seek a permanent restraining order but she will not do so because she's settled her differences with Charlie.

The restraining order -- which was issued March 1 -- is set to expire Tuesday, and Brooke's lawyers have told the judge to take the matter off calendar.

Translation: Case closed.

Robert Downey Jr. & Mel Gibson: Double-Double Date

Robert Downey Jr. and Mel Gibson got together for a friendly celebrity power lunch yesterday, but it didn't go down at one of those super-expensive Hollywood joints -- they got burgers at In-N-Out ... TMZ has learned.

The old friends found themselves out in Irvine, CA when the hunger pangs hit -- so they went to every West Coasters favorite fast food spot.

According to a witness, they each ordered a Double-Double combo meal and dined with a third person, non-celebrity. They were joined by a friend, who did the ordering for them.

BTW -- We know the pic is blurry, but we've confirmed ... it's definitely them.

No word on why the two were in Irvine together, but we're told it definitely wasn't for a movie.

Charlie Sheen -- Bringing Winning to Haiti

Charlie Sheen better make sure his warlock passport papers are in order -- because we're told he plans on bringing his comedy tour to Haiti ... with the help of close pal Sean Penn.

Sources close to Sheen tell TMZ his people are working out the logistics to have Sheen's upcoming tour make a stop in Haiti. We're told the plan is for the show to end there, with all the proceeds going to charity.

According to our sources, Sheen is enlisting the help of the unofficial president of Haiti, Sean Penn.

To the best of our knowledge, tiger's blood is legal in Haiti.

Oscar Winner, Olympic Medalists Targeted by Hacker

The growing list of celebs targeted by a hacker ring now includes the names of an Academy Award winning actress and two gold medal winning Olympians ... TMZ has learned.

Sources connected to the hackers tell TMZ ... Natalie Portman (Oscar winner for "Black Swan"), Lindsey Vonn (Gold medal skier in 2010), and Carly Patterson (all-around Gold in gymnastics in 2004) are all among the women who have been targeted by a ring of hackers who have gained access to over 100 active email addresses of celebrities, politicians and sports stars.

We're also told Dianna Agron from "Glee" has been targeted as well. And a prominent 17-year-old actress was also hacked ... though we're not releasing her name.

As TMZ first reported, the hackers have snagged nude photos from many female stars, including Vanessa Hudgens, Ali Larter, Busy Philipps, Scarlett Johansson, Miley Cyrus, Jessica Alba, Addison Timlin and Renee Olstead.

We're told the FBI knows the identity of the ringleader ... but no arrests have been made so far.

Charlie Sheen had a secret meeting with top execs at the FOX network ... TMZ has learned.

Sources familiar with the meeting tell TMZ ... Charlie sat down last Thursday with Mike Darnell, President of Alternative Entertainment for FOX, David Hill, President of FOX Sports, and Peter Rice, Chariman of Entertainment for FOX Networks Group.

During the meeting, which lasted more than an hour, the group brainstormed about various possible projects for Charlie, including a late night show.

Our sources say nothing was decided at the meeting, but everyone liked Charlie.

Mel Gibson -- Kid Tested, Father Approved

Mel Gibson is set to begin his court ordered community service at a kid's charity in L.A. soon -- and he's already getting support from some of the parents ... TMZ has learned.

In fact, one set of parents associated with Mending Kids International tells us they're more than happy to help give the actor a "brand new start" because Mel has helped fund a life-changing series of operations for their foster son over the past couple of years.

James Nicol tells us his Ethiopian-born son Berhanu was only able to undergo an expensive series of medical procedures to help fix severe spinal issues ... thanks, in part, to Mel's generosity.

Nicol says his family is still active with the organization ... and they're excited for any assistance Mel can provide ... despite the fact his community service is the result of a plea deal in a domestic violence case.

James says he completely trusts the actor around his child ... saying, "If Mel was coming over to our house to play ball with my son, I would not be the least bit concerned."

'Big Love' Star Identity Crisis I'm Changing My Name!

"Big Love" star Ginnifer Goodwin -- whose REAL first name is actually spelled "Jennifer" -- wants to make her stage name official ... and she just filed papers with an L.A. court to make it happen.

The actress filed the docs yesterday in L.A. County Superior Court -- requesting that a judge legally change her name from "Jennifer" to her professional name, stat ... but she'll have to wait a couple more months before it's official.

Charlie Sheen Rake$ It In On Tour

Charlie Sheen will make $7 million dollars on his "Charlie Sheen LIVE: My Violent Torpedo of Truth" tour ... TMZ has learned.

Sources connected with the concert tour tell us ... the deal is for Charlie to perform on 21 dates. He'll get 85% of the profits, with Live Nation getting the remaining 15%. Charlie's cut is projected to average between $250,000 - $275,000 for each show.

And there's more ... Charlie will get additional $$$ for after-parties and merchandising with 200,000 pieces of merchandise already shipped out for the show.

In all, we're told Charlie will pull in $7 million in a month.

The show will last 1 hour and 15 minutes. It's essentially Charlie doing comedy in a chair, so the overhead is minimal.

And since the shows are selling out off of Charlie's Twitter, there are no advertising costs.

TMZ now has a partial list of the celebs who had compromising pictures and video stolen from their computers and mobile devices by a group of hackers.

The list includes Vanessa Hudgens, Ali Larter, Busy Philipps, Scarlett Johansson, Miley Cyrus, Emma Caulfield, Addison Timlin and Renee Olstead.

TMZ broke the story ... the FBI sat down with Vanessa Hudgens Wednesday for more than an hour to determine how her Gmail account got hacked.

We're told 50 celebs had compromising photos and videos stolen by one group, and one of the ringleaders has his fingerprints on every job.

Our sources say the hackers' primary motivation is the thrill and challenge of it all -- not the money.

Law enforcement sources tell us the FBI is closing in on the hackers.

TMZ has obtained Mel Gibson's new mug shot -- taken late last night in connection with his criminal battery case.

As we previously reported, Mel rolled over to the El Segundo Police Department last night to have his picture and thumb prints taken ... after the actor pled no contest to simple battery last week.

The charge stems from an alleged standoff between Mel and his baby mama Oksana Grigorieva back in January 2010.

As we previously reported, Mel was sentenced to 16 hours of community service and 52 weeks of counseling ... along with 36 months of informal probation.

Michael Gough -- the actor who played Alfred the butler in four major "Batman" movies -- has died at the age of 94.

Gough has one hell of a resume dating back to the '40s ... including "Out of Africa" and "The Boys from Brazil."

But one of Gough's most impressive accomplishments -- he was the ONLY person who didn't make a complete ass out of himself in the 1997 disaster "Batman and Robin."
