Lindsay Lohan's Movie Excuse -- Total BS
Lindsay Lohan made it clear to the court that she didn't wanna wear a SCRAM bracelet because she thought it would get in the way of an upcoming movie shoot in Texas -- problem is, no such shoot exists.
TMZ has contacted the producers of the only two motion picture projects Lindsay is currently attached to -- "Machete" and "Inferno" -- and they both made it very clear that LiLo has no business in Texas.
A rep for "Machete" tells us there ARE additional scenes being shot in Texas but, "according to the director, they don't include [Lindsay]."
As for "Inferno," a rep tells us, The Linda Lovelace biopic "doesn't plan on starting shooting 'till the beginning of August." Also, it's not being shot in Texas -- so the SCRAM bracelet would have no affect on that film either.
Lindsay's attorney, Shawn Chapman Holley, relayed Lohan's excuse to Judge Marsha Revel on Monday -- but the judge didn't buy it anyway ... and forced her to SCRAM it up.

'Survivor' Producer -- Passport Still in Mexico
Nobody stamped Bruce Beresford-Redman's passport when the "Survivor" producer secretly returned to the United States this weekend -- because the passport is still in Mexico.
According to Beresford-Redman's attorney in Mexico, Raul F. Cardenas Rioseco, the former "Survivor" producer's passport is still in possession of Mexican officials, who seized it after they questioned Bruce about the murder of his wife, Monica.
According to Rioseco, Beresford-Redman didn't need permission to leave Mexico, because "he hasn't been charged with anything."
Rioseco tells us he plans on "soliciting" the passport -- as soon as Bruce pays for services rendered.
As for how Bruce crossed the border without a passport ... still a mystery.

Brittany Murphy's Husband Found Dead
Simon Monjack, widower of Brittany Murphy, was found dead late Sunday night at his home in the Hollywood Hills -- the same home where his wife Brittany Murphy collapsed and eventually died five months earlier ... and both bodies were discovered by the same woman.
Law enforcement sources say Brittany's mother, Sharon Murphy, found Monjack unconscious in the master bedroom around 9:30PM, and then called 911.
Monjack was pronounced dead sometime after paramedics arrived ... when resuscitation efforts failed.
Monjack reportedly died from cardiac arrest, though nothing officially has been determined.
The similarities are remarkable. Murphy was found unconscious by her mother Sharon. Sharon found Simon unconscious as well. Murphy was found in the master bathroom. Simon was found in the master bedroom of the same home. Paramedics administered CPR to Simon. Simon administered CPR to Brittany. And they may have both died from cardiac arrest ... five months apart.
A death investigation is underway.
UPDATE 5:15AM PDT: Law enforcement sources tell us prescription bottles were found in the house (as they were when Brittany died), but there were no illegal drugs. There is no sign of suicide or foul play ... as a result LAPD has closed their investigation. It's all in the coroner's hands now.

The 'Lost' Diary -- The End
Welcome to the final edition of The "Lost" Diary.
Every great magic trick consists of three parts or acts. The first part is called The Pledge. The magician shows you something ordinary: a deck of cards, a bird or a man. He shows you this object. Perhaps he asks you to inspect it to see if it is indeed real, unaltered, normal. But of course... it probably isn't. The second act is called The Turn. The magician takes the ordinary something and makes it do something extraordinary. Now you're looking for the secret ... but you won't find it, because of course you're not really looking. You don't really want to know. You want to be fooled. But you wouldn't clap yet. Because making something disappear isn't enough; you have to bring it back. That's why every magic trick has a third act, the hardest part, the part we call The Prestige." -- Cutter, "The Prestige"
Fair or not, I believe "Lost" will be judged forever based on tonight's finale. "Lost" has been a great show, sure -- it's told some stories, had some great characters, and produced some of the greatest WTF moments in TV history. But, at least for me, it is at its core … a mystery. Mysteries present question and, hopefully, answers.
I don't expect, think or even want "Lost" to answer all my questions in the finale. But sometimes a magic trick is only as good as its reveal. It's time for "Lost" to deliver its prestige.
Let's roll ...
9:00 -- "How long am I going to have to do this job?" -- Jack. Only for about 2.5 more hours. And we're off!
'Survivor' Producer Wants Custody of Children
TMZ has learned one of Bruce Beresford-Redman's first moves now that he is back in Los Angeles is to regain custody of his children.
The body of Bruce's wife, Monica Beresford-Redman, was discovered on April 8 in a sewer at the Moon Palace Resort in Cancun. TMZ broke the story that Beresford-Redman is back in L.A. Now his lawyer, Richard Hirsch, says that since his client has not been accused of a crime, he has a legal right to custody of his children.
Hirsch adds, "That is probably what is going to happen next."
Beresford-Redman's parents currently have temporary guardianship of his two children.
Hirsch tells TMZ Beresford-Redman has already retained a family law attorney to assist him.

Lindsay's Pals -- She Can't Quit Drugs and Alcohol
Lindsay Lohan cannot comply with the order Judge Marsha Revel will almost certainly lay down tomorrow -- cut drugs and alcohol out of her diet ... this according to multiple people who are in a position to know.
Judge Marsha Revel talked about it last Thursday -- that the conditions of her bail will be refraining from consuming alcohol, wearing a SCRAM bracelet to monitor alcohol consumption, and submitting to random drug testing at least once a week.
As one person connected to Lindsay tells TMZ, "She can't make it through a day without it. She's a mess."
Another source says Lindsay wakes up with cravings and satisfies them fast.
Unless Lindsay's lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, changes Judge Revel's mind tomorrow in court, the three conditions should become part of Lindsay's bail by noon.

'Survivor' Producer Back in U.S.
TMZ has learned Bruce Beresford-Redman -- the former "Survivor" producer who was not allowed to leave Mexico during the investigation into his wife's murder -- has returned to Los Angeles.
Richard Hirsch, Beresford-Redman's lawyer, tells TMZ that Mexican officials allowed his client to leave the country. As Hirsch puts it, "He has been informed that he has no legal obligation to remain in Mexico pending an investigation into the tragic death of his wife, Monica."
Hirsch tells TMZ his client "has returned to Los Angeles County to be with his children and attend to family and personal matters."
Mexican officials had previously told Beresford-Redman not to leave Mexico and had taken his passport. It is unclear if Beresford-Redman got it back.
Hirsch adds, "He is devastated by the loss of his wife, best friend, and the mother of his children. He and his family are requesting that their privacy be respected during this time of great grief and sorrow."

Bret Michaels -- Painful, But Good
Bret Michaels says he's at 75% these days -- which, considering all he's gone through over the past few months, is about 1,000% better than we would have expected.
Outside his home in AZ, Michaels said he'll see how he's feeling over the weekend, but for now he plans to be in NYC on Sunday for the finale of "The Celebrity Apprentice."
If you're rooting for Holly Robinson Peete to beat Bret ... you're probably not a fan of snow on Christmas morning.

Lindsay Lohan in the Clear Over Photo
Lindsay Lohan won't have to answer to the prosecutor or the judge over the photo TMZ posted this morning ... showing Lindsay partying with a strange white powder in the foreground.
A spokesperson for the L.A. County D.A.'s office tells TMZ they will not even raise the issue in court on Monday, when Lindsay goes before the judge ... and she has been ordered to appear.
The spokesperson says there is no way this photo can be used in court because there is no way to prove what was on the table.
No surprise to us ... the very first comment when we posted the story was from someone who said there were "obvious lines of blow" -- aka cocaine.
Notwithstanding the buzz, it's not going to be used in court.

Kendra Wilkinson Beats Kim Kardashian
Kendra Wilkinson is XXX box office gold -- more so than Kim Kardashian, sources at Vivid tell TMZ.
We've learned the pre-sale orders for Kendra's sex tape are the biggest in Vivid Entertainment's history.
For you XXX historians, Vivid has distributed tapes with the likes of Kim, Mindy McCready, Shauna Sand and Kelli McCarty.
It's sweet payback for Kendra. Remember her husband fumbled the ball during the Super Bowl ... while Kim basked in the glory with Reggie.

Lindsay Lohan Posted Bail Real Quick
Lindsay Lohan got $10,000 real fast yesterday in order to have her bench warrant recalled, and we've learned the money came from Lindsay's camp ... from Tennessee!
Sources tell us bail was posted at 2:00 PM yesterday, just a few hours after the court hearing.
We're told Lindsay's lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, did not come up with the cash. The $10 grand -- the standard 10% -- was wired from Tennessee by Lou Taylor, Lindsay's business manager.
Bail was posted by David Perez Bail Bonds. Incidentally, the paperwork is dated 5/19 -- the day before the hearing -- but it's a clerical error. All of the paperwork was filled out and filed yesterday.
There are, apparently, certain things even Lindsay will do promptly.

Michael Jackson's Tomb Flower Power
Michael Jackson's tomb is ensconced in sunflowers after last week's delivery -- and now we have the pics to prove it.
After Lisa Marie Presley made a plea for more flowers at MJ's final resting place, a flower shop delivered about 1,500 sunflowers (Jackson's fav) to Forest Lawn Cemetery in Glendale, CA.
Along with the delivery, there appear to be several individual arrangements ... with cards and all.
Lisa Marie -- mission accomplished.

Dr. Conrad Murray to the Rescue -- The Video
A bunch of you thought the whole mid-air medical emergency with Dr. Conrad Murray and a passenger was a publicity stunt. Well, we just got video that suggests it was the real deal.
Remember our story -- that the doc on trial for allegedly killing Michael Jackson was on a US Air flight when a female passenger passed out with a dangerously low pulse.
The photo below was taken during the emergency, and the video -- which shows the woman being wheeled off the plane with Dr. Murray in tow -- was shot after the plane made an emergency landing.
The passenger who shot the video tells TMZ after the woman passed out the flight attendants tried in vain to revive her ... and that's when one of them got on the P.A. and asked if a doctor was on board.
The passenger says Dr. Murray walked over to the woman -- and several flight attendants thought he was just a regular passenger trying to make his way to the bathroom. We're told the flight attendants asked Murray to return to his seat ... and that's when he revealed he was an MD.
We're told Dr. Murray elevated the woman's feet and found a weak pulse. He asked the passenger who shot the video to help him move the woman to the front of the plane, and that's where Murray inserted an IV (apparently standard issue for the flight crew) and the woman began responding.
The woman in distress -- Sharon Ross -- told TMZ when she came to, Dr. Murray said, "You probably know me ... I was Michael Jackson's doctor."
